Experienced doctors. They give all the required attention to your pet and understand the problem. All the medicines and pet accessories are also available at one place. Only negative i felt was that the cost is slightly on the higher side but at the end if your pet is well it is worth.

They are very expensive . Doctor fees 800/- for only suggesting a neck cone. Neck cone 700 which otherwise available in 300 -400 rupees. Avoid if you can . There are much better places in Gurgaon for pets.

I have used boarding services for both my dogs from the Indirapuram and sector 56 CP vet outlets and Im happiest with the Sushant lok branch. Staff are helpful, friendly and very professional. Videos of every meal and walk are shared with owner along side health updates. Id strongly recommend CP vet, Sushant lok for their professional services. Massive ups to the staff.

It’s one of the few 24*7 vet hospitals (Sushant Lok) where doctor(s) and attendants are always there. Very prompt, courteous and responsive . They take utmost care of the the admitted cases and keep providing a timely update to the pet-parents.

Mu Budgie wasnt well and looked for nearest Vet, which sought to be this clinic at night 10.30 pm. When informed that my pet is a bird, they asked me to come to the clinic despite of the fact none were the specialist of birds.After visiting:1. No doctor available. Some random staff stretched the feathers and legs.2. Staff feeded and gave the DOG MEDICINE, whose chemical drops even burnt the feathers right away.3. Took 1405/- bucks for giving dog medicine and giving stretch massage to the bird.500/- visiting charges (WHY DID THEY CALL WHEN THEY WERE NOT THE BIRD SPECIALIST)750/- emergency consultant charges (BUT WHERE THE HECK WAS THE CONSULTANT)155/- Medicines (WHICH IS IDEAL FOR DOGS - HEAVY SPECIES, NOT BIRDS - SMALL SPECIES)Kudos to the CP Vet Hospital for taking a life at 1405/-.Atleast they could have done is denied in the beginning that they cannot see birds. I would have searched for other professionals of BIRDS.Made the full use of the emergency situation to earn money. Good job team!

Doctor gave me big lecture, please keep visiting after 7 days regularly if you want your dog in good health blah blah...As soon as another lady entered the shop, he started listening to her and even forgot to gave injection to our lab. All they know is how to sell you medicine and keep your pet dizzy.It was my second and last visit.

For emergency services CP Vet (Sushant Lok) is nice place for pets.

Never ever take your dogs there!! Please visit CGS Hospital or Pet Works instead. These people just want to fleece you - their prices are much higher and they if you leave your dog with them in IPD, they will not administer any treatment, keep them in a small cage where they cannot even move, feed your dog dry packaged food and charge you a bomb for it. If you love your dog, NEVER visit CP Vet.

They hurt our poor little dog while taking him in for an XRay, and didnt even care to treat him after that. Instead, their staff kept on blaming us. Screw you guys, you deserve to be shut down!

If you love your pet, never even consider this place. Very unprofessional people, not qualified Doctor. The doctor who owns the clinic doesnt even work or respond to people or any emergencies. I have lost 2 dogs to these people and lost both of them due to their negligence. These doctors lie and dont give you proper information. They are not capable of maintaining a health record of your dogs. This is a PET SHOP NOT A CLINIC. Very rude staff and they simply dont care about the animals. Just a heads up for all you people out there, think about your pets and find a new clinic. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PETS IN THE HANDS OF THESE PEOPLE.

Pathetic, rude, unemphatic and highly unprofessional wont even call them vets. Only and only bring your loved ones here if there is a late night emergency, but just dont count on them. Stupid morons. Possibly the best veterinary hospital in Gurgaon. They even have a 24 hour emergency service to take care of our pets well being. Dr. Ashok along with his staff have really done a good job.

Cant believe such insensitive vets still exist today! Had a horrible experience, there is no compassion or humane treatment of your pets. They treated my very docile pet cat like some wild rabid animal. Would not recommend to anyone.

Doctors are okay, but they charge too much money unnecessarily.Also, the doctor put a dog suffering from Hypothermia on glucose which in itself is cold and acts as poison during hypothermia.They charge too much after giving wrong treatment. Even if all you do is take strays for rescuing. I expected them to be curious. I was in Gurgoan for a party but they charged me 1800 just for helping a dog out :/ Found it pretty unfair. They said wed give you a discount of 33% and made a bill of 1800. Ultimately told me to take the dog and they wont keep for the night and removed charge of keeping for the night and didnt even give me a discount.Took the same dog to a doctor this morning in Dwarka, Apolo Vet to be precise, he treated the dog and didnt charge a penny.Thats respecting a person helping an animal.Very disappointed in CP Vets system.

The doctors here are just for business and lack any sympathy or care for your pets. If you love your pets, please find better options for doctors around. Had a real bad experience with Dr Ashok.

PLEASE CONSIDER SUCH CASES. THEY DONT MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU BUT THEY MEAN THE WORLD TO US.. Very unprofessional behaviour.. i lost my dog jst because of them.. Dr. Akhil Jindal is very unprofessional.. my dog was suffering from respiratory distress. He said dnt worry hell be fine its normal in pugs.. after that he gave him some medications and iv injections and told us to take him back home bt we waited some time... the colour of my dogs tongue became blue and his condition became more severe.. he still asked us not to worry as this is normal. His temperature was rising from 103 to 106.. Dr Akhil didnt gave him any medication for fever he said itll be fine as soon as his breathing becomes normal.. he jst gave him ice massage to lower his fever though he was suffering severe congestion.. after a few minutes my dog stopped breathing.. my husband noticed that my dog was not breathing anymore.. the assisstant didnt have any attention towards him. They were still giving him ice massage.

Took a rescue in for treatment and they were very helpful. The doctor however has since then left for a new place so dont know how the new one is.

Dr Ashok is the reason my dog is not in this world anymore. He is a highly unprofessional and inconsiderate doctor. He operated my dog on 14th August for Pyometra infection. After the surgery, he came out really confident telling my parents that everything is fine she is perfectly normal and that we can take her home anytime, this despite repeated questioning by my parents(sadly I was not there :( ). That very day later in the night my dog died. Just read through his blatant lies after that, and to be clear he never mentioned any of these things before the surgery:-1) His words the next day when I called She developed severe infection, puss was so spread out that it was almost 10-12% her body mass. Now I want to ask if it was so severe and lethal why did he take 3 whole days(including the 12 hour fastening as they suggested) to finally do the surgery when ultrasound was done on 12th itself. On the day of surgery also, my parents sat there for 8 long hours before he started because ofcourse he couldnt loose on so many paying customers just because my dog is in fatal condition. Again all this waiting, when according to him the infection was so severe and deadly.2)His assistant doctor later told us that my dog had a weak heartbeat during the entire operation. Now if these doctors whom we treat as God knew of all these complications, why they didnt keep my dog under observation. Why the doctor was exhuming so much confidense after the operation that when my parents asked them if she is stable, he almost ignored them by saying Maine 200 surgeries kari hain, sab theek hai.3)We had also consulted him few days back(in July) for Tick fever. We asked him before the operation, is it safe to do surgery just after her recovery from tick fever, he outrightly said ofcourse, forget about tick fever now. Now this same person later on gives excuse that tick fever had also weakened her condition. Still these people delayed her surgery so much and didnt keep her under observation :( :(.4) We have visited him many times earlier as well for general check up. Everytime my parents asked if my dog needs spaying surgery, everytime he said no need. Now after surgery he says thats why we suggest spaying. This shows his sheer lack of care.5)Mr Ashok provided with an instruction form after surgery, in which they asked to call the surgeon IMMEDIATELY in case of abnormality in patients breathing and as they generally tout that they are open 24/7! My parents kept on calling him and his assistant the entire night, even the next whole day but they never responded :(I am shattered to the core and feel so guilty that I was not there this whole time and my precious girl had to suffer so much because of these highly inconsiderate doctors. I wish she could speak for herself.I cannot bring my girl back but please please please dont take your pets to these extremely unprofessional doctors if you care for their well being.

Extremely dissatisfied. I put my kittens in potential danger by taking them there for deworming. There was no qualified vet, and the guy who saw my two kittens, some Deepak, wouldnt reveal his qualifications, and his name doesnt exist anywhere in the clinic or on their business card.
