Pet Prime is Good For Doctor consultation, Little Expensive , dont come into affordable category although as I mentioned before it is good for consultation , But I WOULDNT RECOMEND you to take your pets for Grooming, They dont have all the proper facilities for grooming also they didnt do well grooming of my dog!! He couldnt even do the zero Number trimming properly!!!

Very well managed clinic, Doctor Sapna is very knowledgeable and professional. My pet rabbit suffered a breakage of the rear leg bone and was in an extremely delicate situation, she handled her case in an extremely sensitive and empathetic way and provided urgent medical care. Dr. Sapna Sonis behaviour is good nd she is much experienced. However, every time we need to wait for long time outside the clinic for our turn. Its too expensive also as compare to other Vet clinic. For vaccination only you will have to pay Rs.8000 to Rs.9000.

They are completely money centric. Visited once for my Lab vaccination and she gave two vaccine and charged 2600 And said that 8 more Vaccine to be injected. I was not convinced so visited Rohtak Vet clinic and found out, that many vaccines are not needed.

Oh my gosh, it was such a terrible experience when I took my female golden retriever to this Doctor for a checkup before her first heat she said these 2 tests are required, when asked what are these for ..she started using fancy words to show how serious the situation is.We agreed since we were concerned. No conversation nothing she immediately said u need to pay 2200. Most rubbish thing is she takes consultation and registration every time u visit. This lady Dr is just after money. We took our baby to our old Dr( far from our place) he said she is all good and nothing to worry about. It’s been more than 8 months and my pet is doing great. Beware of this fraud doctor who is only after your money. Read comments b4 u go to this doctor.

She is not at all expert, says that she has done a lot of degree, but no nothing. I feel bad to say it but shes knows nothing. Said very confidently that my dog is pregnant, after seeing xray like 10 20 times. Bad communication, bad convincing skills, bad VET knowledge. She is just making money blindly without doing anything, the max she can do it to check the teeth of your 4 legs sweetheart.Its better to go to CGS than going to this non expert so called doctor.

Bad behaviour, bad skills, CGS is better then petprime

She gave our dog an injection for insect bite which became so much worse as it was the wrong injection given in wrong root. Dont seem treatment even for basic vaccinatios.

I went with my dog at pet prime. He was having stomach infections. Dr. Sapna soni treated him very nicely and the next morning I could tell he was okay. Please be on the lookout for any extra products being sold to you by the doctor without any discussion if you actually need those or not. I feel that they charge premium but dont really give much attention to your pet.

Oreo, a 4 months old Shih tzu, looked quite handsome with his long glowing coat, but then I decided to get him a good bath and some trimming at this nearby clinic, else he always goes to Cessna.To my dismay, the groomer took shaved away a huge patch as a sample, and the rest of the haircut was totally unprofessional. He simply caught hold of just any hair that he could, and stating shaving with the clipper, all haphazard and uneven. Shaved off one ear and one paw so much that it reveals the skin.To my surprise, asked me to hold the puppy and hold the hair so that he could cut and I paid a bomb (1400) for this service.The puppy was left looking skinny, with most uneven hair, and allergic ears - they never bother to clean ears, wipe them and the doctor, no matter how sweet and knowledgable she is, did not check upon the puppy even once.I made a mistake, paid for it, puppy is gonna pay for several days until his hair are back. Avoid grooming here!

I visit Pet prime for my Beagle regularly. Dr. Sapna is really polite and humble, she’ll listen to your doubts carefully and will address them eagerly. She even addresses the concerns on call/msgs promptly.They even have all the pet needs products available.

Quite expensive. Price for vaccines (same brand and stored in required temperature) is almost double than outside. Also we found that the doctor is not much experienced.

A rabies vaccination is available in market off (100 to 150 rs). And they take a additional charges 500 rs. Very much expensive

Dr Sapna is a very knowledgeable vet . She has been very cooperative and responsive to all our queries. would definitely recommend all pet Parents to consult her for their pets.
