Loved the ambience, the staff is highly and very polite. The food is excellent. All covid protocols are strictly followed. Plus its easy on budget.

Was there in the hotel for my sisters wedding and lobed the hospitality and warmth of the staff of the hotel. They were available at 24*7 even if you require a room cleaning at 4 am they were ready to help.The rooms were clean and the view was amazing.There was daily cleaning of the swimming pool and late at night so that the guests at the hotel werent disturbed.Such a nice experience.Would surely come again and would recommend it to everyone.

I am giving it one star just because of the security staff.Firstly they asked us to enter from back gate we had no issues with that and we moved to the back gate and at back gate the guard was as rude like kya kaam hai entry ni hai aise kisi ki medical le k aa apna ja.The way he talked with us was like we are taking to some illiterate person who have no manner to talk with others.They have started a new rule for looting people with the help of local jola chap DoctorsGuard will ask you to bring medical certificate instead of covid test or vaccination certificate and they wil send you 2 km away to get that certificate from the jholachap Doctor who will charge 300rs for that without that certificate you cant get enter in this hotel.I cant understand why they are doing this kind of rubbish things i dont know higher authorities are aware or not with such kind of activities.I think this should stop immediately because lots of photographer are facing same issue with this hotel only we cane here to work for our clients if we have vaccination certificate then why we should get that fake medical certificate or something like that.I hope you guys will take some action against this kind of activities.Thanks.

The property is really good and beautiful. It gives a special or can say Royal feel. Staff is bit rude which Id never expected. Sometimes they behave so strange. Else everything was good there. 1 deducted 1 star just because of staff else its a 5 Star property.

We were at Trident Hotel, but the owner is the same as for Oberoi hotel. Trident hotel has very friendly and accommodative staff and excellent service. The architecture reminds of Italy and the concept of garden of trees standing in water outside of your window brings the memories of Venice- city on the water. Lots of space to walk and relax. Also gym is excellent too!

Hotel is good and has fast service. Staffs were polite and the hotel was clean. We had good time as staffs were great. Very good hospitality.

It was a great evening with my dearest friend as well as the staffing was so coperative while we had a dinner. The food was also fingerlicious specially I loved the sundae {banana split}in desert, must try guys!!

This is the memorable place for me because for the first time I gave my interview in this international call centre named IBM Daksh in 2008. I really love this office.

Went for a wedding. Hotel is not meant for wedding. Too much walking from the hotel rooms block to the banquet blocks. Hotel is good for corporate stays but not for weddings/marriages.

I stayed for 4 nights with my small child. Their services, facilities, foods, etc are great and we comfortably check on and check out. This place is worth paying and we will come back again.

Big property. Little too quiet. Good for people who want that vibe. No buffet for dinner. Breakfast buffet quiet ordinary and no self service which was a dampener due to COVID protocol. The swimming not functional again due to COVID protocol. Being an oberoi the hospitality was good. The room was large and comfortable but little outdated interior.

One of the most enjoyable hotels but for complicated movements within the hotel. The staff are courteous and the ambience is pleasant.

The good things first, rooms are budget friendly (on the higher end of course!) The service is amazing and so are the people who serve. Rooms are good and clean and very well maintained, has a classy touch to it. The only thing that lacks is the royal touch to it; a more grand and palatial feel inside out.

Our stay is wonderful! I was there for my daughters birthday celebration. We checked in there a day before and surprised to see how detailed they are in hospitality. Every time they surprise and make you think about their guest services. Talk about how they care for kids providing them games, cookies, surprises, balloons, everything was so detailed and heart touching. We had birthday celebration in restaurant ThreeSixtyOne in private dining room. Every guest was happy with services. I would like to mention their staff members ISHANT, ANUP and CHANDAN for great services. My kids enjoyed their pool. Staff and pool side was so friendly and took care for us. Oberoi is best in class hotel and I will surely visit again.

Oberoi has always been amazing and exceeding expectations. I called the patisserie to check on the Easter eggs if they had any. They reserved 3 for me. I spoke to Devanshu who was phenomenal in his service. I gave him the time of 1:00 to 1:30 and when I was delayed by 15 minutes he called to check on me. Excellent work Devanshu.. I dont know your manager’s name but this is the only platform using which I could share my feedback with you...
