Four Star Hotel acting like 2 Star. Not so professional staff right now, buffet not operational, food quality is inferior, breakfast options are so limited (evryday puri bhaji & parathas with curd like buttermilk). If you ask them for cold coffee then you will get cold milk with coffee added. And when I told this to waiter he said, kya dikkat hai coffee me They are providing vanilla (only) milk shake which has simple vanila flavour in double tonned milk. I spent a week there as i booked through office portal but became sad to stay there because small insects (not mosquito s) making nights difficult. Last but not least Lobby/restaurant area is damm hot (many times ACs are switched off may be due to lower vacancies) in August. Worst experience i ever had in Lemon Tree.

Neat and comfortable hotel which is located on highway.. and very near walkable distance to downtown night clubs.. good place for hangout.. and to enjoy night life.... hotel staff and food in hotel is awesome.. customized dishes were available over here..

Worst experience.Booked a room with king bed - they were fullBuffet stopped as per govt norms they said, but all other hotels are providing.Food was bad. Everything had a sour taste. Either had gone bad or they dont know how to make it.Finally i hoped for internet and it was not working too i called then up for this and all they could say was its with IT person.An oyo cold be better.

This is to inform you that we have booked Lemon Tree (Add: 287 milleninum city centre Sec 29 Gurgaon on 19 Sep 2021 and Room no. is 409.Mattresses and bed both were not proportionate to each other, mattresses are coming out of bed due which my husband fell and got injured near his eye.This is one serious issue as anyone can get hurt due to this and I wont be recommend anyone to book LemonTree.

The hotel and the location is good. the food served in the hotel can be improved in terms of taste but the good part they allow you to order from outside hence no issues at all. and would overall rate a pleasant stay there.

Room size is small. Food menu is very limited and even breakfast is very limited basic amenities like shaving kit they are Charging for same.

Nice hotel but they charged me for petty things like a dental kit, shaving kit, ice cubes and even crockery which was a spoiler. Though it didnt add up that much but still such things reflect bad at the front.

What a cheap hotel. I never thought lemon tree will stoop to such level. You charge for a bucket of ice and extra water bottle is normal all hotels do, but you start charging for cutlery, from when you start charging customer for 2 plates? Thats not the end i asked for a dental kit and guess what i had to pay even for that. i started wondering whether it is a namesake hotel i booked by mistake or really a lemon tree group hotel. you should downgrade yourself to a one star hotel and inform customers before they book your hotel that we are very cheap hotel and we will charge you for everything even for a dental kit.

As expected - easy check-in, lovely ambiance, and neat and clean rooms. No hard copy of the menu is kept in rooms (Corona Time), for ordering food, request menu pdf over whatsapp. Google map may lead you to the backside of the hotel, be careful.

It was decent and could have been better if they had fast house keeping service. Food was fine, not much options though. Pool was operational. Their is nothing for kids so please look for kids play area.

Booked this hotel from 03-05 April 2021 and had a really terrible experience at midnight as the adjacent room was filled with inebriants who continuously kept on shouting, abusing and created disruption. The hotel should maintain a standard for dormancy. Can recommend hotel for good food, cleanliness & approachable location.

Quality of breakfast can be improved significantly. Rooms are good. Service is also prompt. Faced issues in internet facility provided by hotel.

The hotel is at good location. Few minutes away from huda metro, clean rooms and washrooms, supportive and friendly staff and decent breakfast. They have removed dental kits and few other stuff due to Covid and is now chargeable. Due to Covid I was wondering on safety precautions but commendable job by the staff to ensure safety. Overall worth the money you pay 😌

The hotel looks very dull starting from the enterance. The rooms are spacious but there few problems which were discussed with housekeeping manager and sorted out. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant is not as ler a 4 star hotel standards.

Lemon Tree Premier 2 is situated in sector 29 market is a good property to stay but their are certain things which I dont like about this property is that they dont have any valet parking service available which is currently a must thing these days in any of the 4* or 5* property. But you can park your Car in the open car parking which is right in front of the hotel.Their food is 4*/5,Their service is 3*/5,Their Interiors is 3.5*/5I can recommend this place as a over all rating of 3.5*/5 if you want to stay in one of the most happening area of Gurgaon i.e, Sector 29 Market.

Okay feeling but really not satisfied if I compare the same hotel with other Lemon tree hotels. Especially the staff and service part is really not up to the level of other Lemon tree hotels. Hotel entry at reception took long time.

Great customer service. The room was very clean and well-lit. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were above and beyond what you need: they provide you with the standard things such as a bathrobe, pair of slippers, iron, fridge, towels, hair dryer, etc. but they even have a yoga mat and a weighing scale. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a great experience stay at Lemon Tree premier city centre Gurugram. Nice hospitality, Wonderful buffet dinner & next day buffet breakfast. Smooth check in also. They dont serve you alcohol in the room, and dont let you take alcohol from outside into the hotel.This is a bit ridiculous considering the fact that their bar closes at 11pm sharp. Theres no option for you to drink in the hotel after 11pm if you just want to have a couple of drinks with the person youre staying with.Service is good, food was commendable. Rooms were clean and aesthetic.The only issue I had was with the alcohol rules that they have in place.

Centrally located hotel with courties staff. Rooms are decently sized with essential toiletries for business travelers. Bathrooms have hot water running at all times but similar to other Lemon Tree properties in Gurgaon area, bathrooms are quite small in comparison to the room size.

The hotel service and restaurant is be below average. They failed to meet the cousin standards, especially breakfast buffet which was poor. The staff members were courageous however without serving or doing any favors, they kept on asking for the good feedback. I kept on hearing the voices from the people who were staying in other rooms which destroyed the comfort & sense of privacy. & when I gave a negative review for a food service then they forgot to value their customer. Overall good for business stay. Isnt good enough for family, couples or solo.

One of the finest hotel chain of recent time. Very decent and comfortable place for stay. Located at close proximity to sector 29 market and Kingdom of Dreams (KOD) which are one of the most happening places in Gurgaon. Rooms are a bit small but really very nice and maintained. Equipped with a very nice rooftop swimming pool. Dining area is not much large but the buffet offered is really amazing. Cafe Citrus is worth trying. Awesome food and service. Needless to say staff is really very courteous. Had wonderful and pleasant stay. Loved the hospitality. Kudos to Lemon Tree Staff.

Living at Lemon Tree was a great experience! The staff is more than courteous. All 3 days, the rooms were exceptionally clean, bed was super comfortable and room service was always quick!The breakfast spread was really vast as well. Lots of options to choose from. Chef Puraans Medu Vada is highly recommended! Server Vishnu served me all 3 days and all throughout he was quite proactive; from refilling water to replacing forks and spoons immediately!

Rooms are good but less spacious. Bathrooms are well maintained. Good staff and great breakfast options from Indian to Continental options available for breakfast. Hotel is located at prime location so lunch and dinner options are also available outside nearby. Taking one star for rooms being not very spacious, other than that no flaws at all.

Budget hotel with awesome service.

I visited the restaurant a little while ago. I was amazed to see the change in arrogance in the staff. We went 6 people. Service was extremely poor. Simple logic, they served 5 pcs of sliced onion on the table of 6. You have keep asking for the things, staff doesnt listen. Otherwise the food is good, but this time the staff service was not good.

Very nice hotel in Gurgaon. Staff were pleasant, approachable and chatty during my short stay for business. A small but adequate gym on the roof top. The roof top swimming pool was nice however it was closed due to the lack of trained life guard staff.Once the bar downstairs and the pool upstairs are fully functional it will be a great place to stay.I was particularly impressed by the bathroom suite in my room.

Good ambiance. Great dining area. Had very nice promotion at the bar. Not much variety in food items but the quality was good. Had great time and this place is also recommended for those who want to spend quality time talking while dining. Otherwise places are crowded and very noisy which was not the case here. Fire restaurant is also very nice. A must visit place once. And location is also very good.

This lemon tree has the look & feel of a business hotel. Its location amongst green surroundings however make it a nice option for a dinner at the 2 restaurants. The Republic of Noodles serves Chinese, Thai and Burmese cuisine which is not so great , but not bad either. The icing on the cake is the eager to please attitude of the staff there.

Everything is fine except view from room. We requested them to allot the room with City view but no luck. Breakfast is really good. Easy access to road. Swimming pool is awesome.

This property is in Sector 29, Gurugram, Delhi. It takes approximately 35-45 minutes to reach this property from airport. Rooms are compact but very clean. The property offers wide variety of items for breakfast. They have all amenities for a typical business traveller. You can go and have meals in Bikaner wala which is approximately 850 minutes away from the property. They also have facility for keeping your luggage when you checkout of the room. Free WiFi, complimentary water bottles, newspapers in the room are some other things they offer.

Food and room were good. Reception service was not upto the mark, their system froze while providing the final bill. They did not wish to convey or inform this before taking the payment, for which it didnt even take them one second to bring out the credit card machine. But then they made me wait another half an hr only to give me a printout of the inital proforma that too on a paper which had content(seems they were out of blank paper as well)

Overall Good stay.Nice staff.Safety measures are good.Food was good.( Could have been better ) 1) Laptop desk table outside room in open spaces.2) Business news channels on screen.

Good hotel, at a very good location

The hotel is a surprise. I didnt expect it to be of such good quality at such price. In other area New delhi, the same level hotel service is poor. Usually you will get 1 toothbrush in a two-bed room. In lemon tree, you can find everything what you need.The location is perfect. 20mins walking or 5 mins buy car to HUDA CITY CENTRE METRO SATTION.在新德里出差的话完全可以住这个酒店，地铁很近。交通方便，三星级酒店有这个水平完全是超值享受了。

Decent place! Has a nice rooftop swimming pool. The place itself is not all that huge, but rooms are well planned. Had a garden view room on second floor, which has a surprisingly pleasing tiny garden covered on all sides. The staff is polite and courteous. Made for a very pleasant stay!

One of the worst lemon tree property ever visited.Hospitality: 1/5Food: 1/5Rooms: 2/5Value for money: 1/5I might sound bit too harsh while rating but this is purely coming from the experience I had in lemon tree premier 2 at Gurgaon.Firstly, there are 4-5 lemon tree properties in same vicinity so one cant reach his/her hotel at one attempt unless you carefully notice what lemon tree you are choosing on map, only lemon tree or 1 or 2 or 3 and I dont how many.So I reached the wrong lemon tree (of course due to my own negligence which the receptionist promptly highlighted). Tired ...sleepy with a delayed flight I somehow reached the hotel at 1am... with god at my side the receptionist arranged a vehicle for me to reach the other hotel at around 1.45am.Even after seeing my tired face and posture the other receptionist asked me the usual question how was your day sir...god what should I say. Then he told me the tariff and other details about my booking which I figured were outdated so gave him my business card and also gave the GST number to be put in the invoice, till then everything was ok.Now I reach my floor (without any assistance) which was stinking of total smoke and I dont know why but they offered me a smoking room which was pathetic to its core, you cant breathe and if you force yourself you might die with cancer within few hours, so I again went back to the reception and requested for no smoking room which the receptionist simply declined saying they dont have no smoking rooms available instead offered me room freshener, this blew by brain...its 2am... I am paying 6300 for a room ..for not even 8 hours and I am also not getting proper room. After some ruckus he shifted me to another smoking room which was relatively less stinky.Now I come to the food part, I went for breakfast at around 10am and I saw almost stampede like situation in the restaurant where in a space of 50 people almost 150 people were gathered dont know for what, so it was obvious that there was no space to sit and with limited staff there was complete madness all around, I somehow managed to get some cold upma, cold paratha and lil warm idli, most of the other dishes were either empty or people were rioting for it, after finishing my 3 items sitting in the visitors waiting area I managed to get a seat at the restaurant, I ordered for masala tea and not to my surprise the lady gave me 3 times boiled cold tea, I politely told to take it back and bring a new which I knew she will not get. I left it there ..and went for check-out.I guess not to greet your customers is in lemon tree Gurgaons DNA. Nobody greets ..it’s not as if you are dying for their greetings but expect that at least...and also I think the receptionist categorically did not ask me about my stay and experience otherwise he would have surely got an earful.Last but not the least the receptionist again made errors in my invoice. With no mention of GST number wrong email id..wrong company name etc... thoroughly disappointed by the lemon trees so called refreshing experience...improve or perish is my advice to lemon tree...it’s in your hands. Good bye forever lemon tree you lost a customer last night ...this may not affect you much but in the long run it will surely.
