It is not that empty and barren as the photograph posted by someone, looks.It is one of the busiest market places in Sector 40, Gurugram, as it caters to everything a person needs in their daily life. It has a line of saloons, bakeries, eateries, vegetable markets, clothing stores, pharmacies, bank ATMs, dairy stores, gift centers and street food stalls.

Reasonable event organize place

Its a great community centre like most HUDA sector community centres. I was surprised to see it was inaugurated by the then chief minister of the state himself! There is sufficient parking for about 20-30 cars and lots of open space. The covered space includes two floors, bathrooms and storage space. The park is situated right next to it. Quite convenient for small events of 200-300 people Id say. And the sector 40 market is right next to it.

Peacefull office

Not maintained properly, parking is very poor. The area outside the community for parking is full of wet mud. Authorities must check this as this is the face of the sector.

This is a good place to eat at thelas. The food is of good quality and awesome taste. You can try a lot of varieties here. OM sweets is very famous here which provides tasty food at affordable prices.

Has 3 roughly laid out badminton court drawn on ground, no net or poles, desperately needs maintenance.... Might be a good deal for any budgeted event though

This place has three cemented badminton courts with lights, a very good place to play. This is a community centre with ground as well and some covered area for parties etc. Overall a nice place to book for a party.

Its good place for any kids and of family function.

It is a nice place to throw a party,function,Jagaran and even a marriage.Arrangements are good.Size of garden is enough.If there is any weather issue,then party can be even place inside the hall.So,they have arrangements for all kind of situations.Food is also yum and charges are reasonable.

This place is situated on the main road of sector 40. It is not totally hygienic. There are 3 badminton courts in it [ not exactly courts but nets are there]. It has a hall and a ground of around 2 acres for any kinda function or party. The hall can accomodate upto 100 people and ground could accommodate around 500 - 600 people. It also has a kitchen and a restroom which are not at all hygienic. After all its an average place.

Community centre is near to main road of sector 40. Easy to find

This community centre is located near Sector - 40 market. Facilities are good and premises are well maintained.
