Excellent customer service. They give you really competitive prices for the LG products. One commendable service is same day delivery and installation. Great shopping experience. Should visit at least once.

Installation is worst , they send private persons to install AC who were unskilled and they ruined my AC installation which is creating problem for me after 6 months also. And Ganpati Electronics is not responding properly after that. Poor service dont buy AC from this dealer.

Taneja ji is just too good.

Worst experience. The owner (Mr. Taneja) is an old man and is making fool. I didnt received my cash back and he along with his staff tried to make fool of me. When i showed them all bills they started ignoring my calls. The owner stopped receiving my calls and started behaving in an arrogant manner. My CASHBACK never came and he kept on giving excuses when i used to visit his shop and was ignoring me.STRONGLY RECOMMEND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.

Owner is a grouch. Go to some other shop. 2 multi brand shops next to this have better prices and offers

The owner/SM is an old person and highly arrogant. No sorry feeling. I took 3 min to order and he took 35 min to bill and billed at a higher price. Trying to make INR 500 extra. Can cheat you any moment, beware and be highly careful of this man. I got my LED unbilled from this uncommittable store. No customer service at all. Wasted an hour and no apologies.

Pathetic installation service. Installs in such a way that you must need to buy extra cable and hoses. Substandard and unprofessional installation, do not fit all the bolts, does not use the cable entry glands and what not. You dont get response from them once material is delivered. Prices are at par with online retailers. Does not recommend.
