Bad bad bad.... pathetic experience...visited lemon tree premier 1. Small rooms, no cleaning, no parking, no room service, food was badd, no light at pool side in d evening infact they r ready to argue on any petty issues, staff was rude, buffet ke naam per only daal chawal...wont go to any of its sites again...guys dont go to lemon tree 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Affordable hotel room , the best thing is the location as adjacent to it many pub around for evening time out with live band around .Hotel room are comfortable and food too are good .

The hotel is very okayish in the price paid, the service is not very great, room was of decent size and clean but many basic amenities were lacking. There are better options available in the price I paid, however the only good point is that it is of walking distance to Sector 29.All the rooms are non smoking and they are not soundproof if anyone needed to know, we could hear everything from two rooms over.

Decent hotel located along side other lemon tree hotels. Personally, I liked LT Premier 2 more. All these hotels are co-located in Sector 29 which is also a party hub. Just opposite to hotel at walking distance are many bars and pubs. Sanitization and all was maintained at the hotel. Due to limited bookings, the breakfast buffet was not as lavish as is expected from LT brand. Rest all was fine and stay was comfortable.

Buffet was not there they are slowing room dine in.Room was not good insted of booking LTP1 you should go for lemon tree premier 2 it is far better than 1.They are charging for small things like dental kit and bathroom sleepers

I returned from Singapore last month and this is where I was quarantined for 7 days. I liked my overall experience. The room was clean and spacious with everything that you might need during your stay- electric kettle, refrigerator, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar etc. And if you get bored too easily, taadaa the TV has almost every channel. There is a study table as well. And a dental kit in the bathroom :p which was important since my toothpaste was taken from me at the check in (airport). There is a big window to look at the weather outside. And if you are enthusiastic about a little workout/swimming, you have that too. The service is fast. And the food, delicious. All the 3 meals provided were yum. I enjoyed my time here!

Don’t get trapped by the cheap deals. It’s all false. They promise you rooms which they never accommodate you in. Worst experience ever.Receptionist is so impolite no clear terms communicated.Rooms are not properly sanitized.Compact rooms with old broken switches, kettles etc.Cutlery charges are additional.No assistance in transferring your luggage.Buffet is a big flop.No secured parking of hotel.Basic toiletries are charged extra.It’s a trick, they will verbally communicate terms and conditions which are not mentioned at the time of booking.Spoiling the name of the brand.

The hotel is located at a very decent area with everything around. The hotel is beautiful with decent room and view. The services are nice but only thing which was not appreciated by us was they are charging you for basic services which are usually free like sleepers, ice bucket, cutlery etc. I stayed in lemon tree chandigarh in sept and faced the same issue there. Rest all in all it wasnt a very good experience.

Stay at hotel was good but the front desk staff (do not want to reveal the name) was verytempered and adamant during checkout against booking reference No -11042371& even after confirmation from Lemon Tree for one night,he forced a very senior officer to make the payment for 02 nights and also such staff are spoiling the credibility of reputed organisation.Finally after discussions with senior management, the refund was initiated.In todays Era, every body is well versed with English.Regards

Though the place is in prime location but the property itself didnt appear of good hotel. The reason for such impression is because break fast was very normal hardly with limited choice. When I asked for shaving kit they told we need to purchase it. Since it is close to many pubs and restaurants they noise is too loud if you are on the right side of the hotel. Also since both lemon tree premier 1 and 2 are next to each other we are bound to get confused and the team are not so helpful to pass on the luggage.

According to a 5 star property, this particular property in sec 29 gurugram was a disappointment.Rooms were like store room, very slow room service, they charge extra for slippers -like seriously, amenities are provided only after you ring them twice. We asked for a medicine, and they took forever to provide.Breakfast buffet wasnt very impressive too.Cleanliness is good, staff is good but for a 5star property, we dont want this.Ps: the prices were lowered a lot during our stay month, but that dsnt suffice the above.

Located in Gurugram it is one of the best hotel chain. Nearest metro station is IFFCO Chowk if you are coming by metro. Hotel amenities are good with mouth watering buffet. It has a swimming pool with a mini gym inside to keep you fit. There is a mini bar next to the dining area and hotel staff dont left any stone unturned to provide you best of their services. Kingdom of Dreams is one of the famous attraction which is within 2Km of the hotel premises.

Had a really bad experience . We paid a bomb for a deluxe room and the staff refused to give us complementary slippers or even sanitizers. Also, when we asked for a plate, they said it was chargeable. The microwave was there but didn’t work. Had to get it fixed. The tv wasn’t working had to get it fixed too.The room was so so cold , the heater we had asked for wasn’t working! Terrible experience for a brand like lemon tree !

Delightful experience. Rooms are big and everything is well organized. Very neat and clean with high quality of toiletries. Only improvement area can be the breakfast. I felt the items were not too tasty although number of options were decent.

Great place for a quick stay. Good service, clean and neat, accessible location and comfortable rooms. Breakfast bar a decent spread and the service was excellent. Diligent, attentive and aimed to please. Thank you. Quality of food was very very poor

Beautiful property. Location is fantastic. Conveniently located with a ton of restaurants and pubs within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). The rooms are beautiful and the view from the upper floors is fantastic. Room service was top notch and so was the breakfast spread. Will definitely visit again. The staff, everyone from the security at the entrance, to the check in desk to the servers at the restaurants are extremely polite and pleasant and do go the extra mile to ensure that the guests feel thoroughly satisfied with the service. Would definitely recommend it to everyone who is coming to Gurgaon for a trip.

Ambient atmosphere. Comfortable stay. The buffet lunch is extremely tasty. I went there for induction programme of my new organisation. Though no public transport is available in front of the hotel, you can call Ola or Uber. For public auto, you will have to walk for 5 minutes. Close to IFFCO chowk metro station. The rooms are really decent. The location is peaceful far from the traffic. Premier 1 and 2 are just beside one another. Overall great hotel.

I have ho there for attend our invited guests. I and they requested for some drinking package water but not given us until I have requested 4-5 times. Taking so long time in front of my guests its very unpleasant and very poor service from hotel staff.

Good hotel. Nice ambience. Employees are very kind hearted and ready to serve kind. Special notification to Mr Kuldeep, Kunal, hemendar, duty officer Mr satvant, Mr Himanshu and Ms kashmeen. List is long , but these are the people who made the stay memorable. Neat and clean environment.

I would like to thank entire staff for the wonderful services. It was my birthday eve and as per the rule they dont allow guests after 11:00 they said they can give me table in restaurant but I wanted the room so that we can enjoy the way we wanted. I spoke to the person name Rajneesh and the personalized service I got from the hotel it was unexpected. I was allowed to take my guests in the room even after 11:00pm.Moreover the best part is when these people sent the cake for me sharp at 12:00am. I wasnt expecting that at all. Such personalized service , such amazing staff. I always recommend everyone to go to this hotel and enjoy the service of the hotel.Coming to the food. Mama Mia! Mutton Roghan Josh was the bestest one I ever had in my life in any restaurant. I was feeling like that I cooked it. The food was very delicious be it butter chicken, noodles, chef special pasta, everything I must say.This hotel even value their staff I have seen specially abled people appointed here and they were treated equally like the normal. A company can grow if they treat their staff equally. Those people were very nice.I wanted to thank all of you guys , you made my day and stay so wonderful that will look forward to stay again.Thanks to Ashish, Sandeep, Rajneesh, Kamal, Mayank and rest of the staff. Good customer service. Quick response. Breakfast good. Rooms just ok for the price u pay. They could make them better. Food very expensive for the taste. Location hard to find even for cabbies of Ola and Uber. They have 3 branches and the address on Google takes u to wrong one. Swimming pool good but overcrowded (may be I went on the wrong day). Very noisy neighbourhood at night due to some discos or bars oppo of property.Recommend as its still better than some other hotels of its star rating mostly because the staff if very friendly, caring and courteous.

Prime location with access to great pubs close by. But getting to the hotel can sometimes challenging in a cab. The rooms feel a bit old better to have some kind of renovation. Not up to mark. Location is apt if you require to cover places close to gurugram. 20-30 mins from airport. The first building is Premier 1, there are chances of getting it confused with Premier 2. Feel Alive is the pub to be in.

Luxury business boutique hotel. Very neatly maintained. The hotel also takes up social responsibility by providing employment to differently abled citizens to make them more inclusive into society. The food and facilities are very good too.

Lemon Tree 1 hotel is in sector 29 , Gurgaon , Haryana . This hotel is in sector 29 market. On the back side of the hotel is Leisure Valley Park . On the ground floor of the hotel there is restaurant, pub, bar . The suites of the hotel are comfortable . There is Gym in the hotel . A nice SPA is also in the hotel . There is one swimming pool is also in the hotel . Overall the hotel is good . Car parking is out side of the hotel . The hotel is visible from outside . There is also a benquet on the ground floor that was my wedding destination. Food quality and taste was good. Chef and all the team members are very helpful, well behaviour, professionals and cooperative.

Good ambiance. Great dining area. Had very nice promotion at the bar. Not much variety in food items but the quality was good. Had great time and this place is also recommended for those who want to spend quality time talking while dining. Otherwise places are crowded and very noisy which was not the case here. Fire restaurant is also very nice. A must visit place once. And location is also very good.

Located in a prime area along with many other hotels. The rooms are well maintained and the amenities provided are good. The breakfast buffet has a wide range of items to choose from and tastes good. The staff is very cooperative. There are multiple pubs and restaurants in the area and there is a huge crowd coming to visit during the weekends.

One of the good property available near Huda city centre metro station and sec 29 market. Good service, nice food and guys at front desk, specially Satwant, they are best in their job.

A nice business or family hotel in Gurgaon. I definitely think these rates were very fair. Taxis are readily available most of the time from outside the hotel. The welcome at reception was warm. I met great ***y friendly people. The cleanliness of the room was fine. Great welcome by the nice people working there.

Budget hotel and nice place for a stay of 2-3 days. Very well connected to airport and Gurgaon railway station.

Pathetic food. All my family member and known ones who attended one function there are suffering from Food poisoning. Food/starters served were cold and tasteless. 2 stars given only for location, proximity to Delhi-Gurgaon Highway and average ambience.

Visited Lemon Tree Premier 2 as a part of the training conducted by KPMG. The over all ambience is good and staff are so helpful. But the lunch buffet needs to be improved bit since some dishes didnt taste good.

Went for one day induction program. Sounds system was not great for hall, nice hall though. Veg food and tea was good. They dont have own parking. Would recommend for small events of 30-40 ppl only.

The Lemontree in Gurgoun is probably the best value for your money. Service is good. Good location for business. Hotel is very modern. You get lots of food options nearby. The pool area of the Lemontree premier is nice and there is a ladies only floor. Rooms are very nice.
