Good clean and green resort. However, they need to offer better facilities compared to the price they charge. Food shall have starters and mock tails/ cold drinks complementary. Evening tea with snacks and group games have been discontinued which is a big dampener. Also, lighting during night needs to be improved. Most of the games could not be played at night due to darkness. Lawn tennis lawn was not operational. They need to add some activities for 8 yrs to 14 yrs kids as well. Condition of rooms also needs improvement

This is an old venue and is decently maintained. I have visited this place three times and my previous visit was around 15 years back. This place appears to be popular in people with young kids who go for weekends getaway.

It isnt a 3 star or 4 star property. Please check the rooms theyre offering. Also, avoid rooms on the ground floor, either their room service cart would be parked outside your room or service van. I raised a concern to GM and he apologized for the down status of property. Not recommended!

The place is just 1hr drive from Delhi however, strategically away from husle bustle of city. It has many facilities like sports, games, kids area (multiple games) swimming pool. animal rides, etc to enjoy. However in terms of suggestion they need to focus on Check-In time(In Weekend its too rush and time taking) and House Keeping.Overall It is recommended place.

The place is a budget resort, food is not good and the rooms are like 100 years old. While booking they show you some different photo of the room and when you enter is something else . No proper arrangements for the guests and they are lacking in providing services.Otherwise its lush greenActivities like cricket, chess, swimming pool, camel ride, horse ride can be enjoyed.But keep in mind its not a luxury property.

Good place for day outing with group.Cricket, volleyball, badminton, chess, carrom, TT, billiards pool along with so many activities for kids.Only cons was expensive food and remote location.Take all meal package only, as there is no shop near to that property.

This resort is nice, it has many things, but all those things go to vain when there is no maintenance.they have kept 5 Rabbits in a very tiny cage where rabbits who r supposed tor in freely, absolutely cannot and are very congested than they are supposed to be. They are literally kep to rot and die. There wasnt water to drink for them, there wasnt any food, they are kept under harsh direct sunlight and they are locked up so that they cannot go under shade. The cage is very poorly built too, there were 5 rabbits and all of them has either damaged ears or some scar or something pr the other. Now the review is for basic staying and other luxuries . There r toiletries in glass containers. So if u mistakenly drop ur shampoo/shower gel by chance, ur bath might turn into a blood bath with the help of all shattered glass. Basic logic should be implied and toiletries should be of plastic or any other material which cannot be harmful. Some of the ACs of the rooms was also not working. The hotel should provide something like frisbee or any ball for the customers to at while they are in swimming pool.The staff of luggage transportation was very very disappointing. I had 2 cars to unload,I just unloaded one and the smart employee took another customer and left with her without first providing service to me, whose work he took first( it wasnt like the other customer had less stuff, I had the same amount of luggage).Then the employees vehicle broke down and due to slow speed of the staff it took half an hour to arrange another vehicle. Yesterday it rained heavily so today there were many ants in the pool and the management didnt clean the pool so there were many customers just swimming in a pool of dead insects. We were received well at the reception, the rooms we were allotted were nice, but if these were the only factors to be here then this resort could have been replaced by any nice small hotel. Cant absolutely denie though, that the food was great. We ate there twice and both time the food was fantastic. But overall, very very poor management , Very disappointing and also disheartening to see the management and how they treat the voiceless innocent animals.Pic 1- Rabbits miseryPic 2- the glass toiletry which shattered and made my foot bleed.

Worst place to spend time with your family. Pathetic food, Pathetic room service, Pathetic taste,we fell sick after eating food over here. They also served non veg food to us being a vegetarian. High prices, room cleanliness is a concern as I doubt they santise the rooms. We could find dirt in the room. The washroom was not working properly. Front desk responds to your request at their own pace. Even after telling about the washroom and flush issue the problem was not sorted. Seeing your own poop after flushing and coming out of the pot was a horrible experience. We fell sick and were hospitalised. In room dining was also a bad experience. Very high prices and very low quality. Cheap Dhabas serve better food. Please dont visit the place. I will never recommend it.

Pros: Great place for kids. The resort has multiple activities. You name it and they have it. Rain dance, camel riding, horse riding, children play room, swings, toy train, duck pond etc. There was a DJ floor as well. The food was amazing at all times.Cons : The service was a bit stretched. Some staff were really courteous while others ignorant. The deluxe room was ok types.Bathroom woefully small.

Untrained staff, 90% hotel staff was without mask and also there was no protocol for mask wearing, every guest was without mask in the property. Service was very poor. Room was not cleaned properly.Food was good but rate was high according to hotel rating. For children its good.

Outdoor and kids activities are good. But, I felt following issues:1. Prizes are too high.2. Although overall food is good, they only provide Halal meat and not Jhatka meat.

The kids area and overall experience was very good. Breakfast was good but the food for lunch or dinner is highly disappointing. We drove to highway for lunch, its so disappointing.

Stay was not at all good. Will go by points:-1. We were not given the room until 3 pm, they were saying that room is not clear yet2. Food was not at all good, neither taste not quality. Plus they simply said us no to sit in al-a-carte section as buffet area was full.3. Rooms were so so badly maintained, no cleanliness, no comfort4. There was no room service for food at all, we missed our buffet breakfast, we asked for in room dining, they said clear No to us. At 12 in night we asked for coffee, they said us No.5. They promised us common room space which had 3 interconnected bedrooms, but when we asked them, they were predicting as if we are asking some treasure from them. And alloted us rooms which were in extreme corner of the property with no view , and according to them it was an upgraded version.In total bad bad experience, never ever will recommend to anyone.

Overall a quite and nice comfortable stay we had. Location is nice as its interior of Haryana making it quieter compared to others. Kids activities were bouncy and camel and horse rides which is nice but more should/can be added. Hygienic place and rooms were nicely kept though the washrooms think need a makeover to look plush and handy. Staff was courteous and supportive. What stands out is the tasty food which is a huge plus for this resort. A good weekend gateway

Resort property is good but following things are definitely disappointing-1. All the kids play outdoor games are outdated and got very old. Its difficult to use them.2. No adventure sport activities.3. Swimming pool is good but they dont keep even a small ball for kids to play in the pool.4. The timings of the pools and the games are not good. Pool opens from 7.30 to 7.30 only. During summer if you are going to enjoy in evening then u will miss the games like tambola. In morning the outdoor games will be available from 8 AM onwards when sun is scorching.5. Despite of taking heavy charges for room, the small things like tea, coffee except in breakfast are all chargeable. The cycles for kids are on rent basis. No water bottles kept in room. You will get glass bottle which are refilled again n again even in this Covid time.They need to improve a lot if they want to charge heavily.

Resorts looks beautiful, and hugely spread around. However, the service is extremely poor, we check-in at evening after 6:30. The receptionist Neha gave us a room key. she was nice at check in. But nobody is there to assist you where the rooms are, for first timer you just hold luggage and roam around in those huge open area looking for your assigned room. somehow a staying guest told us where the rooms are. Finally we saw our room, and the room is not ready, 2 housekeeper were inside the room and making it ready, we were told wait outside, it will take five minutes to complete the room, we are already super exhausted and tired since we were traveling from morning that day, there was just a single chair outside the room, only one person can seat and wait whole your room getting ready. waited for a good 15mints. Room was old, and even chair Inside the room was broken. called housekeeping for replacement. Breakfast was okay, No option for nonvegetarian people, accept egg. Overall the was not good.

A micro mini getaway from city hustle with just 30 km from Gurgaon. Lot of activities for kids and adults who are kids at heart. Try to book when there is moderate number of rooms booked. When we visited all the rooms where booked and the resort was fully packed, hence could not spend a quality time. Evening buffet dinner was one of the best, breakfast lacked variety though.Overall verdict, its a good family outing option specially if you are in groups. Absolutely no restrictions and you can enjoy your time.

Western resort is the best resort I have ever stayed in so far .Me and my family liked it so much. Location , facilities, food ,staff & everything is great at this place. Every member of the staff was very courteous , helpful & know how to take care of guest . Really loved our stay. Will surely visit once again and recommend to others .

Its an ancient resort with very poor level of services.The room was shabby and the bathroom was full of dead insects.The pillow covers were dirty and seemed used.The food was bad and found a strand of hair in one of the food items.All in all it is a poorly maintained property with absolutely no professional services.Not recommended at all.

Everything from Ambience, food, courteous staff, location, activities was superb. A perfect spot for a family vacation. A must recommended for everyone who was at home since last year due to pandemic.

We were a family of 6 with 15 adults and 10 kids.We were surprised to see the resort fully packed.There are so many activities for kids and adults that there is no chance of getting bored.The only drawback is the rooms , they clearly need to be renovated as the old furnishings and the damp smell is a put off.Overall it is a fun resort for families.

A good place to stay for few nights if you have young children who need some acting to keep them busy. House keeping and service is bad. Rooms are old, bedding and carpets being dirty the experience is awesome as long as you are outdoors and busy with kids doing some activities. Wouldnt go there again even though I had a fantastic holiday because my child had a fantastic time.

The food is very very poor. They have 2 property at a distance of about 1km which they have not mentioned. The 1st property have around 90+ rooms while the 2nd property have 20 rooms. All the food in the 2nd property come from the 1st property by Van and take almost 40-50 minutes. The food which comes is also cold. The food is very very costly if you compare it with the quality and taste of the food. Not worth it. They dont even provide bottled water which is very basic thing.Overall facility is nice, good for children as they have many activities for small children.

Nice place away from city but not too far for a break from Stay at Home and you can still Work from Home in a green environment.Safe as occupancy is limited and staff takes care of social distancing norms. Booked for 21-3-21 (4 Rooms), even after requesting Ramesh (Front Desk Manager) 3 days before for providing lawn view ground floor rooms for my family/friends he first mentioned I will check tomorrow if possible and then next day told me its all booked. How come all is booked even though 21st is still needs to come and there is no option to select Ground Floor specificc room. Not helpful for someone who have stayed on this property 2 times in past.

I love to recommend Best western for marriage venue for people coming from outside delhi as it gives them an experience of Destination wedding with stay + event sorted well. With options for corporates and family to have a weekend staycation in lush green field.

Lunch and dinner buffet was almost the same. Only the item name was different. Rooms and rest rooms were not maintained well. Had some issues with swimming pool staffs that was not at all acceptable. No other fun elements except swimming pool.

Plenty of activities for kids n adults. Good place to go. Room size are not too good.But activities are worth trying.

It was such a great experience. Our Ameer bachi got destination wedding at the place, events were managed in the spacious resort with good resident area, bar, recreational area, interesting playing area and much more.

Hotel Nice but Not arrangements for Driver

We spent a night at the resort. The property is vast and lot of activities for kids...but only on Sunday...everything vanished on Monday..The food is definitely overpriced. No compulsion for mask- neither for staff nor the customers. Sanitization tunnel was not working...no one was taking temperature and was super crowded...no question of social distancing. Suggest that the management to take care of these.

I just visit two days back with my family ,worst service experience and careless attitude from staff.

If you are looking for a place for holidays while doing some activities such as camel riding, goat cart, cricket, football, sangeet gala, than this place is great, you can also hangout with friends, but in summer you may not like to go outside so consider it also.

If youre looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway, this is the place to be. Independent rooms, very cooperative staff and there are a plethora of activities that one can indulge in, especially for the kids.I personally loved the Harry Potter styled mega chess.Rooms are nice and cosy, basic amenities are provided. Food is not the best but theres no other option, since the resort is quite secluded. Also if your ordering room service, make sure to order well in advance as mood is served in disposables and takes atleast 30 minutes to be served.Lastly, the service turnaround is a bit slow considering the size of the resort.More or less, a good spot for weekend getaways.

Food was good & nature & environment was okBest part was Peacocks were roaming around & ducks in the pond so enjoyed watching them around.
