This was the second time I went to Sagar Ratna in cyberhub.This place has professional staff, quick service and hygiene is great.You can visit with your family for peaceful meal.Menu is very assorted, South Indian as well as North Indian and chinese food is available.Taste is amazing.We ordered deluxe thali which is must try, and was unable to finish because of food was plenty.Prices are very reasonable too.

The food was quite okay. Guess the expectation was high. This particular outlet experience taste was not up to the mark. If at cyber hub think about going to this place.The bad experience with thali was the sweet jamun served was not fresh and was hard from inside. Even after telling to replace they didnt.

This place is awesome...it was my first time I experienced pure South Indian food..well some things I really liked about them as mentioned above... Onion masala dosa was really yummy..dosa was very crispy and ingredients was fresh.. presentation of food was also awesome..I desert...Rawa kesri was very tasty..I had first time this kind of desert.. overall we ate alot and spent around 1019 rupees..so that was worth for that food...so I would like to recommend this place..I will visit this place next time with Family..I would like thanks krishna and team for good service.. thanks..

Ordered Food for takeaway at 9am sharp as soon as they opened and they delivered to my driver at 1030!! I understand that it’s the “pandemic times” and “it’s Saturday” as per the quoted excuse from the management, but then please don’t open for service till your work flow is fully functional. Very disappointing.

The quality is good. Sometimes there is a delay in services but if I have to rate the overall experience, its a nice place to eat south Indian. Idli chaat and dahi vada are a must try.As compared to other outlets of sagar ratna, this one has a better interior.

Food was very pathetic. I went on 20 mar 21 and Ordered tomato soup and tandoori platter- both were pathetic. Platter was not fresh, When i complaint, they took it back and again server same plate after putting in oven. This repeated 3 times and i waited for 1 hr. In last. I just came out after paying bills. Wont suggest for this option, there are many more better options in cyber hub.

Sagar Ratna is the best if you want to have south indian food. I have tried idli chaat and spring dosa. I must say idli chaat is the best in taste. Sagar Rtna is loctaed in Dlf Cyber city. You can order food online.

Visited this place for lunch. Average taste with decent ambience. The service and the location is outstanding. However, the food really does not tastes like authentic south indian. Ordered a special kind of rice(puliyogre) typical to south indian dish, got a rice which was no where close to the original one. Rest, dosas were average and cocounut chutney is better compared to other south indian joints in gurgaon!

Thali was awful ,water served was not ro water nor the glasses are clean and had to wait for a quit long time. Dosa was not as expected. Would recommend not to visit. Even though they added Mysore masala dosa in our bill as we didnt ordered .check your bill before paying..

Not a good experience in comparison to other branches. Most specifically Defence Colony branch. Service was too slow. A ready made idli took maximum time to serve but a Noodle Manchurian dish served first. Imagine 9 people waiting and watching one person finishing food.

Great food. South Indian vegetarian cuisine. Dahi vada is delicious as well. And of course their speciality Dosas were a delight. Loved their fusion dosas as well. Their sambhar is one of its kind and absolutely delicious. Combine this with their filter coffee and you are in for an absolute treat.

One of the most economical restaurant in cyber hub. Good taste and variety of cuisines. Its fun to eat 4 feet long dosa.

I visited the outlet at cyber hub with friends and its a very good option...the place is hygienic and the food is very tasty. We had ordered executive thali..spring rolls dosa cheese dosa and puri bhaji dish...all the dishes were so good and delicious...and that too at a very reasonable price...very much worth it...and a very good option in dlf to have a good family time.

Being a South Indian food chain, they have a good experienced taste of North Indian Food with a variety of yummy dishes.Its not only the item I had, there a various south Indian dishes I had out of which I liked their Rawa Mysore Masala Dosa which is too good and had authentic taste of garlic.

1.Poor pest control. Flies were here and there inside2. Dont go for assorted pakoda they will serve you capsicum is pakoda.3. Found hair in tea - felt very bad after it

Worst service I had ever got in any restaurant. Worst Chinese, never try. We gave order at 8.30 pm and till 9.40 pm starter also not came.

Ordered using Swiggy a Rava Dosa + 4 Vadas, got only two and very little sambar, two dishes should have been enough for two small eaters, shockingly they werent even enough for one, very disappointed! Quality just about ok but quantity a real dampener, had to order again from a near by take away.

This outlet in located in Cyber Hub, Well ambiance is really great and beautiful not so much crowded, there is facility of Inside and outside sitting so you can choose. Well we have ordered Onion Masala Dosa which litrly so bad, so i dnt suggest you to try dosa there. Second item we have order Idli Chaat which is really great so you should try, third we ordered Soup which is also great in taste. Price are normal.

I never miss any chance visiting there and have my favourite cheese dosa, a creative fusion they have made. Staff is wonderful I lost my card over there and after 1 week I realised that I might had left here itself I had called them and got to know that they kept with them and it is safe.This is known and famous for South Indian food but they do keep regular Indian Thalis and Chinese food too......

During this pandemic, an early stroll to this restaurant is totally recommended. The masala dosa and the chutneys were perfect and they also have Navratri specials. If youre looking for south indian food, Get going and you wont be disappointed.

It git me so hooked that I ended up coming here 3 days in a row.The food is really good and simple.On top of the same Mr. Ram Chandra, who is a manager here was extremely warm and gave me one of the best experience I have ever had. I would poach him any day of the week!It’s a must visit for anyone have a taste for authentic South Indian food.

I went there with my parents and tried Paneer butter masala, dal tadka and butter naan. Also tomato soup, so tomato soup was sweet in taste and not so good. Also the food was bit ok and very much expensive.Dont go here, you will get better options in Gurgaon.

This has most amazing South Indian food...with option for some food items without onion and garlic..I have tried there two dosas one is chetinad and other is ghee garlic onion...both were delecious and dahi vada was also very good.
