Great Rooms and superb staff. Made sure my stay was comfortable. The breakfast spread was superb with everything you could ask for. So many live counters in the open area. The lunch buffet tasted brilliant too with ample options to choose from and definitely worth the money !! Cheers !

It was a very nice stay. Staff was friendly and the best was their gesture of snacks and drinks in the evening. So you can drink and eat a little before your dinner.Things to work on would the service speed. It really takes some time waiting.

Pathetic hospitality.First time facing the issues with this hotel but would never like to come back here.There was fish market for breakfast for consecutive 2 days. When the hotel cannot handle full occupancy they should not even try for that.At the entrance of the restaurant we asked for the timing of the breakfast and was told it will be served till 11:30 where as they started picking up the buffet at 10:30 when we got the table only at 10:25. This was not the case for one day but the second also we were just sitting on the stairs outside the restaurant waiting for the table for good half an hr as all the other sofas in the waiting area was fullIn case of the room we had clearly put a msg on the Marriott app to clean the room and they had messaged back that it has been noted but even after 1 hour it was not done. The staff was very rude. Their keys work for lift but half the time do not work for room and when you call them from outside the room, they will never come up and help but will tell you to come back. With a child a person cannot just keep going back and forth.

We booked premium room with pool view for 2 nights and the movement we entered the room the heavy setup of shower was falling off the wall.Initially they told us they are sending someone to fix instead of changing the room, however we had to insist to change the room.Why they are not reviewing there room before allocating to some guest.The dinner buffet was also not good and did not had much of the option.In our personal experience the food had bland taste.Breakfast buffet was ok ok..few of the things were good..but still not satisfactoryThey need to improvise the food part, we skipped our breakfast buffet just to avoid the food and went outside to have a breakfast.

No varieties of food for dinner buffet.. two snacks for veg No taste ...for chicken two varieties are there that too dont taste good... Veg noodle are tasteless.. we have told there will be great varieties of food will be there... But now two veggies two chicken, one dal, fried rice and pasta .. that too tasteless.. There is nothing else was there more... Its better to go to somewhere place else in this budget for buffet and enjoy the evening there. So very upset with the food we ultimately served

A perfect stay. The rooms, food and general ambience were top notch for the price. I was particularly impressed with an exceptionally hospitable staff. From the restaurant staff to the reception, every one ensured we had a great stay. Moreover, thanks to the trustworthy marriot staff, we were able to regain possession of some valuables that had mistakenly left behind post check-out. It was an incredebly responsible gesture on part of the staff.

Came here for a Spa at Tatva. The Spa services were nice and relaxing with no interruptions. They didnt make me wait at all and were quick. Ambience could have been better. It is a little worn out may be because it is quite old now.Valet parking services were quick too.

Pleasant stay, very good buffet breakfast. Though they attempt to provide you a personalised customer experience, they fall very short of it. Promises are made and are not fulfilled. The rooms are OK. Looks worn out and there is a lot of ground to cover on the cleanliness in all aspects.

There is no activity or games for kids as other 5 star hotels have.So kids feel bored.Otherwise nice ambience...Room service not upto expectations...Staff in reception very helpful specially Mr. Rajnish...Food quality and taste good...but service people in food section very energetic and helpful so i give 5 star to staff members in food section.5 stars to reception staff but 2 stars to room service staff.

Stay was good. The reason I am writing this review is because, I was made the park the car in basement-1 below the chimney. Next day morning I see this (pic attached). Paint is permanently damaged and i have to live with this. This is my month old car, irony is had checked-in to celebrate the car purchase with family.

For calling a sales person for arranging a party took 30 minutes. The best part was that the guy who came to talk said that the dates selected arent available. Great way to utilize 30 minutes of your time.I strongly would suggest if one isnt able to pass time then they should go to this place (Marriott Gurgaon) and ask for a sales representative. I can bet your 30 minutes wont go any where.

I called ahead informing them that I would be checking in early and they assured me that my room will be available by the time I come. When I reached, I was asked to wait 30-45 minutes for the room to become available. This was unacceptable as I had informed in advance and received their reassurance. Four members if my family and I went to the Marriot coffee shop on August 21 for coffee and snacks. We had a disappointing experience. The grilled sandwiches were cold and falling apart and the hard edges had not been trimmed. The two sauces that were served came without small serving spoons. We had to use the big table spoons. Did not look or taste like a five star sandwich.Ice cream was served in soup bowls. Awful. Why? The waiter insisted ciffee first and sandwiches later. That was not our choice but we went along. All in all not a great experience

I received a call for a promotional dinner invite and 2D 3N vouchers for my next travel in Courtyard by Marriott on 8-Sep-2021, dont trust them, youll have worst experience. Call was made by Ms. Kavita, associated with country holidays inn and later by Ms. Rashmi Roy for confirming.When we reached to courtyard by Marriott in sector 27 Gurgaon, they asked our details and given some presentation and when i asked for dinner arrangements, they denied such invite. I have their recordings too about the dinner invite in Marriott, let me know if anyone wants.They just wanted to explain their offers and give the vouchers, we didnt took the vouchers and walked away, and Im sure when anybody travel in any city in Marriott, they will deny about such offer and vouchers.So, such kind of scams also going, I dont know management of Marriott knows about it or not, but be aware guys.

Extremely pathetic service. The breakfast time was over at 10:45 and the reception guy told us the breakfast is over when we called them from the room. We went one hour later and saw full fledged breakfast being served. It was highly disappointing. We asked for an egg and they said they’re getting us one. Made us stay for 45 mins and still didn’t get us. In such prestigious hotels where we’ve already booked 4 rooms and a suite. We expect a polite way of dealing with the costumers. These little things matter the most.I genuinely don’t recommend this hotel. And this is my last visit ever here. BTW I want to add that when i mentioned that i would put a review on this, they did not bother a lot and were like do whater Its been 2 days and still feels super angry.

Being a high rise building it is visible from quite a distance...Interiors: They have tried to play with modern and chic interiors which is a blend , but doesnt gives you the feel of luxury interiors of marriotFood: I was there during breakfast and food was pathetic... So we checked in on 13th Feb and the hotel was completely booked because of Valentines. Most of the room services were delayed, the phone calls would go unanswered or youll have to wait a long time for someone to answer. We requested for an extra bed by going to the reception and then followed up twice on call and got it after 1 hour. The second experience we had was when we went for breakfast at 10.10 am and saw a que outside the dining area where we were informed that it will take 15 to 20 mins for a table for 3 people. we saw people go in who came after us and dint say a word as we understood that it was crowded. 35 mins passed and we got a table at 10.45 am and we had to wait for someone to clean the table during which tried to rush us saying that were closing the breakfast soon. I cant believe I paid for having to wait in que or the call and losing my temper at such things in a 5 star. You guys were underprepared and couldve planned better to manage the guests. The general staff serving us in the dining area were courteous, helpful and doing their best which was truly great. Also, FYI, the bathrooms dont have a jet spray, so good luck with the toilet paper!

The worst Marriott you will ever come across. Housekeeping barges in the room if you dont respond to their 3 knocks. They dont care if you are in the washroom ,in a meeting they will barge in. Happened twice with me. The first time I was told this will not happen again and I should extend my stay. It happened again. Their manager Mayank was unapologetic. When other guests sided with me on the issue and asked him to file a complaint,he introduced house keeping manager Welsey as GM who asked me to share my complaint on the feedback form at reception. This is how they treat guests staying with them for 10 days. Travellers told them that if they do not resolve it immediately ,all guests will side with me. Thats when Mayank was okay processing the refund which he still hasnt. It is extremely shameful how they were least bothered about the guest. Their security staff Renu misbehaved and said I should leave the property cause she owns it and no one in the management told her anaything. She did this in front of the house keeping manager Mayank. Please do not stay here. The management is run by a bunch of hooligans who are least concerned about the well being of their guests

The stay at Courtyard by Marriott (Gurugram) was less than ideal or what we had expected going in.The power kept going - I stopped counting after the 10th time on Day 1. The supply of coffee sachets, creamer, bathrobe, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. was only enough for one person, and not for the two people who would be staying in the room.The glass walls in the bathroom were not opaque, but clear glass, which is not the most ideal when body confidence is not on an all-time high and privacy is preferred, at least when one is in the bathroom.We could not access the wifi in our room, and we ultimately had to sign in with the credentials of the adjacent room to access the wifi.The dinner experience was abysmal. For a buffet, there were hardly any options to choose from. Any orders for breads like naans, rotis were delivered at least half an hour after making the request, and meanwhile all the curries on the plate became cold while waiting for th accompaniment. Once the breads were delivered on the table and we got up to replenish the curries on the plates, another attendent cleared the table - so once we were back to the table to finally eat our meal, the prodigal bread basket we had waited so long for had disappeared before we could even have a bite.There was no crowd at the restaurant, nor were our orders specialized and out-of-the-menu or time-consuming. and so there no such reason for such a long delay or service.Needless to say, we were quite disappointed, and did not know what to expect the next day for breakfast.Much to our delight, the breakfast was wonderful, there was a large variety to choose from, everything was fresh and available in plenty. The restaurant was packed, but it did not dim the eating experience one bit.Ultimately, the breakfast buffet and the soft mattress were the only redeeming points for our one-night stay - and for each, I give a star. And I add another star because they gave us interconnecting rooms because we were a family of 4 looking for 2 rooms.

I stayed at one of your hotels Courtyard by Marriott, Gurugram yesterday.I reached the hotel at 3.30pm and the check-in took place by 5pmI specifically asked for a non smoking room because Im asthmatic.The room i was provided with had a strong smell of smoke coming from the bathroom.I complained about it multiple times from 5pm till 11pm.The responses were, they applied air freshener and then put in a broken air purifier.By 11pm i reached the state of an asthma attack due to this.I called the manager of the hotel to help fix this, and he came upto to the room and said he smelled No smoke!I just had an attack due to it and he said its fine!No solution provided by him, just to bear with it for the night!This is the level of hospitality received at one of your premier hotelsBy 12am at night, my health reached the state where i couldnt stay in the room anymore and had to leave the hotel to go back because the manager could not provide an alternate room or any valid solution.So basically, i spent Rs, 5200 to stay in a smoke filled room for 6 hours, deteriorated my health and risked another attack over the night.I request you to kindly request you to look into the matter and help me get a better resolution than a half hearted apology!Booking id: 97867253Name of booking: Shivam goyalRoom number: 511Update:After sending an email to Marriotts customer care, they escalated the issue. No menu was offered, was told to pick the food from buffet, when I especially called in and confirmed if they were serving A-la-carte. Worst ever Mariott property ever. They don’t pick up calls on reception and take forever to give u basic things like stirrers and water. The furniture is also substandard. They don’t even have first aid kit and said it’s hotel policy not to help clients medically. How do you expect a 5 star hotel not to even have a basic medicine like dispirin.

A great choice indeed for a leisure time with family and friends.. the room view was spectacular and room service was also good, the pool was closed due to covid and is not deep and is small too. Have a glimpse of the party hall in our photos, its magnifiscent. The food was also tasty and live counters were also there ( which is a lovely thing) in a restaurant

Checked in at 3pm, booking was for two rooms. Rooms were not ready. Allotted one room at 3:30 and kept waiting for second room till 4:30pm. Room was allotted but was not cleaned so keys not handed over. Really sorry state of affairs. On top of it front desk tells it is not a priority.

I am a titanium member and have stayed at each and every marriott property. I have never experienced such a pathetic service anywhere that I had at courtyard , the chef had no sense ,no hospitality , cold staff, you have to literally stand in a queue like a wedding reception at the breakfast.Absolute waste of money and time . Marriot is always our first choice to go because their service is amazing but I would like to specifically point out one employee named Varun who works at the hotel’s front desk is one of the best people I have met in the service industry. Such a human response to everything, so kind and welcoming. He gave us an upgrade and arranged a cake for me and my husband when he realised we recently got married. It’s not about an upgrade or cake, it is about how you make your guests feel. Thanks to Varun, Marriot has found a loyal following in us. I hope he is rewarded for being a great represent for the hotel.

Very nice property with huge rooms at 14th floor. Unfortunately the pool was not operational due to government restrictions but the kids enjoyed the hotel amenities.The room 1411 and 1415 were connected so enjoyment was doubled.The market and malls ate nearby so they can be visited anytime.

We went in for the second time to this property. First time our experience was great but this time it was just okay.The second time we went in to this property for a buffet breakfast. The spread was as usual. Options available were great, from parantha to aloo Puri, from idlis to dosas, from baked tomatoes to chicken sausages, they had pity much everything covered.I tried my favourite Aloo Puri. Aloo sabzi was not great and the puri was also a little over done.Then I tried idli. To be honest I loved the idlis, it was soft and fluffy, just like it supposed to be but I just didnt like the Sambhar.I tried Parantha, requested them to make a fresh one for me but when I got it on my table it seemed like that they just reheated it and served.Apart from this I loved the coffee and also the Sunny side up. You guys must be wondering I tried pity much everything and then this feedback 😁😁. I went with the purpose of trying out all the flavours but Courtyard disappointed me this time with the buffet breakfast.3 star for the ambience, for the staff, and for the coffee.Deducted 2 stars as their was a delay in the service even when they were not full and also for the average taste of most of the things. Didnt feel like Marriott experience for me.

Courtyard by Marriott in Gurugram is the worst hotel. I had gone with my wife for my first wedding anniversary for 2 days and 1 night. The room was good. I wont lie. But the buffet was so horrible that 3 of our guest left without having desserts. Around 15 of their dishes was never filled. They did not serve the food at all and one of our guest found female hair in fried rice. The level of quality of noodles they make, oh god, the Chinese van near my house makes better noodles than this 4 star hotel. There is one girl in front office.. she promised my wife that buffet will be 1800 plus taxes (Some offer) for 2 people. But during the payment we were told the buffet is 1800 only for 1 person. There is no communication between employees. Anyone can promise anything to anybody. Guys you please choose other hotel or even if you decide to go there, call and confirm them 1000 times.

First of all I usually avoid giving feedbacks but I personally feel the kind of experience Ive received from a branded hotel like Courtyard by Marriott Gurugram Downtown shouldnt be experienced by anyone in future. Below are few of the points Id like to pen down here in reference to my recent stay (probably the last stay ever):1. Arrival experience : Decent business hotel located within city centre with ease of access to corporate houses. Amazing welcome experience with all documentations kept ready on arrival as shared with the sales personnel Mr. Shovan Arora. It barely took us 2minutes to check-in in our preferred room type for the preferences shared an hour ago. Kudos to Sales and the Front office (Varun) team.2. Stay Experience : Its a fact that a hotel can be built by anyone but it requires bunch of amazing people to run it. To begin with our restaurant experience during breakfast hours, we had few basic requests and we were courteous enough to wait for those until the requests are being delivered as I understand that the breakfast hour was very busy for the staff under current circumstances and staffing limitations. We had our VIP guests amongst whom one of them was a BJP leader. We requested Mr. Hira Sharma for a bowl and I was shocked to hear his rude reply early in the morning that Aap baith jao, jab bowl aana hoga aajayega. Further to this we asked for 6 banana smoothie and strawberry milkshake which I believe is not something out of the box request however, Mr. Sharma mentioned that it will take 30minutes to get the same. We were comfortable waiting for the same as we had just started with our breakfast however, what was delivered to us after waiting was just 2 glasses and when I asked for where are the rest the steward mentioned that you had only asked for 2. When I called Mr. Hira to address to the situation, he started speaking with me with arrogantly that the rest of the milkshakes will be chargeable Agar aur chaiye to paisa lagega, free nai hai were his words in front of my guests which was very embarrassing. Im sorry but If that would have been communicated to me Id have never denied to pay for as Im sure a person paying to stay at your hotel is not going to deny to pay for these little things.To sum it up, weve a project movement for next few months and this could have been a regular affair however, looking at the experience of our first stay we not only decided to move out of the hotel the next day rather than extending it, but also would never want to come to this hotel until such people are there to serve to our requests. We were having 3 rooms 1005, 1008 & 1112. Our Arrival date was 30.06.2021 & Departure date was 01.07.2021.Thanks & Regards,Vipul Kaushal

I stayed here for a week just after Covid 2nd wave hit India, and I must say I was extremely impressed by everything from cleanliness, customer service, hand sanitizers everywhere, temperature checks at entry and room service. I had left my stuff scattered in the room just to find it all wonderfully laid out when I returned. It is very close to Sushant Arcade, Vyapar Kendra (walking distance) and Galleria Market (20 minute walk). I ordered Zomato multiple times here, very uncomplicated delivery. The breakfast is excellent, and you can order things at the counter too for extra options (aloo/paneer parantha, pancake, masala omelette, dosa). The service of the staff was top notch. The seats were reasonably distanced. The common areas were extremely clean and beautiful interiors. I only wish the pool was open, but I understand its not possible due to Covid restrictions. Would strongly recommend and consider staying here again if I need to. Prices were very cheap due to Covid times.

The Hotel was good and rooms were quite comfortable. Food was also great and live cooking kitchen was present. Facilities are not a compromise but one thing which is necessary in every hotel is a side Shaft near the pot in washroom which was absent. This thing should be addressed as even a four Star hotel offers this necessity. I am not disappointed by rooms and services but this is a necessity and in my room it was not there.

Stayed for a day as staycation after Covid Unlockdown2.0. Overall stay was gloomy and unhygienic. Room were clean but service at restaurant was pathetic. Unhygienic practice was observed at restaurant while having dinner and breakfast. Server/Waiters were unprofessional and unskilled. Flies can been seen on plate while having breakfast. No name tags at dishes.Fallen cutlery were kept back. There was no one take order in ala carte for dinner. Breakfast had choices but it was not worth five star or Marriott level. No pastries or waffle in breakfast.Very costly as per the services they are providing.

Stayed here for a month staff was very kind and friendly. Room was always properly and thoroughly cleaned. Breakfast had so many delicious options. Staff went the extra mile! Overall great experience. Would definitely recommend. Also, gym is really spacious.

Horrible propertyFirst they gave me a room which had termites smell and after complaining numerous times they changed my room.The room which I was offered later had curtains which were torn.I ordered for sandwich and requested to be crispy and in brown bread but when received the order it was soggy and was in white bread which they changed once I complained. Dirty plates were kept outside my room and wasnt picked for till I checked out.Breakfast has limited option where you will find fruit which isnt fresh ,the vessels were almost empty though there was 30 mins for the buffet closure.I ordered for a poori and aloo parantha out of which I got the paranta with just 2 spoons of yogurt. Poori got after 25 mins.Asked the restaurant staff if they have any chillers and they refused however upon complaining to head chef got to know that they do offer shakes.I did stay for 3 nights but had miserable time at this property.

Quite an amazing experience. The entrance lobby is so aesthetic it gives you a feel as soon as you enter. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast spread was delectable.

Came to courtyard for a video shoot. This place is very clean and well maintained. There is proper parking space, nice ambience, cooperative staff and quality food offering. The rooms are also well maintained.

Located centrally, Courtyard Marriott offers good accommodation at very reasonable prices, specially if you are Marriott Bonvoy member. The staff was courteous and allowed early check in as well. The rooms are very decent for the price. Two little issues I felt were limited In room dining menu and their management of Sunday buffet breakfast. If you expect a huge crowd plan for it. Asking a staying guest to wait for a longtime isnt good experience for anyone. Overall, I would visit again if I am in Gurgaon for the ROI and a good positive experience.

Restaurant Review :I went to this place before but post pandemic things are not settled in the coffee shop .Staff is completely clueless.Food is pathetic.Toilets are dirty,stinky and very unhygenic.Cutleries are not strelized.With the mask on guests are taking food from the counter but what about touching each serving spoons by each of the guests ?Also no social distance is maintained neither at the sitting area nor at the buffet junction.

The staff was quite friendly. Beautiful property. However, there is some lag in fixing customer issues. Breakfast buffet spread is quite vast with really good quality food. Went there for a night stay with friends, had a really good time. Overall, a good weekend getaway/pass time.

Loved the cooperation by reception staff. Overall great stay. Good food. Proper sanitisation protocols followed in these times of pandemic. Good in-room service.One can book in these times to enjoy great discounts and extended services at the same time support hotel industry with following social distancing protocols. Nearby Vyaapar Kendra market is also happening place for evening walk and snacking.I would recommend for a business and leisure stay.
