The photos of the restaurant shown are not real as on date as it is shifted to a take away size of place with a seating capacity of not more than 6 people. It is definitely not a fine dine restaurant and the menu options are also limited. Do not plan an outing just by looking at the photos.

The best place in Gurgaon, located at Crosspoint Mall for authentic INDIAN food. Of particular note are the Hara-Bhara kebabs, mutton chaamp and their Mutton Kakoris. The Khakra roti prepared fresh is outstanding. Haleem, newly introduced in the regular menu is yummylicious and they have recently started alcoholic beverages too. The Long Island Iced Tea is outstanding. Don’t miss the chocolate phirni!

Went there for a working lunch. The food was awesome and the ambiance soothing. Lounge music was being played. Tried the ramzan special thali and it did not disappoint. Both haleem and nihari were finger licking good. Firni melted in the mouth and wasnt too sweet. The only disappointment was Paneer kali mirch which was not upto mark. Highly recommend this hidden gem👌

It was a good place too much rush on a Sunday evening. They had limited staff to cater to the Sunday rush. Service time and quality was hampered. Food was good 👌 liked it. Ordered for angari chicken tikka which was served with different condiments (papaya sweet and spicy) was best. Salad was not up to the mark. Chicken biryani was ok types. The khimari (sweet flat bread) roti was famous and lived up to expectations. Chicken korma made up for all of the above. Overall its a good ambience and presentable place to visit with family. Zomato gold ppl can njoy drinks but they have very limited choice. They have some in house offer too on drinks.

#ReviewsByAditti14.06.2018It seems like I have located #Haleem fit for the Gods.. a kaleidoscope Of flavours, this ghee laden, lip smacking goodness is one find against which all others must now be judged..My experience in one line :“Came for the kebabs...Stayed for the haleem”The regular menu at #NayabHandi is like greeting a much-missed old friend.Food that doesn’t push at boundaries, it’s neither Daedalian nor is made to be photographed....to me it reads like a list of things that says everything will be fine. The atmosphere is reasonably charming with a well spaced seating area.. upscale, and decidedly genteel... and the owners have broadened it’s ethnic appeal by curating a menu from “undivided” India..Everything at “Nayab” translates into “quality”#WhatIAteChicken Murgh Malai Tikka – an extraordinary awakening appetiser, humble buttery goodness you say…. Whoever was in charge of this chicken that day IS a genius)🔝Galouti Kebab – a brill delicate starter.. the magic is in its intense yet melt in the mouth umami wow factor.🔝Gosht Nargisi Kakori Kebab – from my point of view it was similar to the Galouti, in taste and texture both, but then there is a very thin line anyway.. so I reserve my comments on this one !!The drinks - surprisingly immaculate⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Mutton Korma : Just go for this and you won’t regret it..even if this was the only dish that I would be eating that day, it would have been satisfying enough 🔝Gosht Beli Ram : didn’t make the cut for me at all⭐️⭐️Patiala Shahi Butter Chicken : like any other, good, but just good ⭐️⭐️⭐️Dal Nayab : can do better ⭐️⭐️Chicken Awadhi Biryani : delish and toothsome... went well with the BurranI Raita⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Desserts, to me, is always the real deal”... so here goes ..!!Phirni : near perfection in a bowl ...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Shahi Tukda : lovely, but again, if you have to choose one, then Phirni wins hands down. ⭐️⭐️⭐️Now this wasn’t a complicated plate of food.. and I regard this as reason enough for me to return.. !!

The concept , the menu description - very intriguing. The Mughals, the pre partition era makes you wonder about the ambience, the decor and the taste. The decor could have been more conceptual. The servers, very polite and helpful. It definitely is a kid friendly place. The food. Best veg galauti kebabs I have had. The food tastes amazing. Also ordered the Koyla handi mutton, the taste of the smoke empowered the dish and I could not taste the spices. The Shahi tukda was also a delight.Would want to add, I ordered 2 starters, veg and non veg, a veg biryani and a main course with a dessert and ended up paying 3500. I personally feel that the place is a little overpriced.Would definitely want to go back to try some other dishes.

After a scintillating evening at Lock & Keys where we tried some of the finest cocktails from The Tippling Street Bar, the no1 bar in Asia, we decided to have dinner. Based on a recommendation we went to Nayab Handi  ( Nayab  -  means unique). I liked the interior, as itwas subtle and inviting. The place was almost empty, however we had to ask for the server. We ordered Beliram Mutton, Nargisi kakori kebab and Yakhni biryani.Nargisi ( ? ) kakori kebab has overpowering spices which completely killed the flavour of mutton. It was very disappointing. Even the kebabs were not soft (Kakori kebabs are soft)Beliram mutton  - very strong presence of onion that resulted in sweet taste. Well, beliram mutton does not taste sweet. Mutton pieces were undercooked and didn’t taste well.Yakhni Birayni  - what’s in the name? I asked myself after looking at this biryani. It looked like mutton pulao. Rice had no flavour and overall it was below average.Below average service in spite of the restaurant being empty. I don’t think I will be able to go back again.

High ratings on Zomato doesnt really mean high quality. Thats my experience with Nayab Handi. Good branding.. so much advertisement on Instagram.. but food turns out Average. May be their other fancy dishes are good, but my experience with basic chicken and paneer dish was not satisfactory.Patiala Shahi chicken ..Simple boiled chicken in a wannabe rich gravy!Who uses plain boiled chicken in a chicken gravy dish? Please give your customers some value for money. Start using well marinated tandoori chicken in your chicken gravy dishes.Gravy of this dish is just okay. Nothing extraordinary.Paneer makhmali.. They used good quality soft paneer, I appreciate. But gravy was bland, as if water-mixed. Struggled throughout the dinner to find the taste. Lack of masala and flavours. Lack of cream/butter. I was expecting some special flavours and richness may be of cashew paste or charmagaz!! Perhaps I expected a bit too much by the restaurants high Zomato rating, by the word Nayab in restaurants name, by nice advertisement and branding and also by their upmarket location at crosspoint mall.Butter naan.. Yes, butter applied naan.. but made more like a layered parantha.. Also very thin. At Rs 105 for one naan, just not at all value for money. They are so miserly in sending even sufficient onion and chutney with my order. So, its obvious, how can they put in cream/butter generously in the dishes!!Just one small box of plain onion with my order of two dishes and naans. Look at the stinginess of this restaurant who is charging you on an upper side for its food. Cant they even afford to give plain onion generously? Of course, expecting vinegar-onion or a pickle from such a mean restaurant is out of question.

If you want to relish mughlai cuisine then Nayab handi is the place. Its quite spacious and well lit. The interiors are influenced by Mughal era and icing on the top was the kawwalli playing on the backdrop. I have been looking for good galauti kebab and has been ordering wherever I find them. So, I ordered them here as well and found them best till now. It was soft , delectable and no traces of extra oil. The cute little paratha was tasty and flaky. The beauty of it was again no oil was visible. It scored all the points. The coriander chutney was fresh and finger licking . It was served with regular vinegar onion but new style khatta meetha raw papaya salad. We ordered Paneer khurchan in main course. It was equally good and the best part was food is light on your stomach and flavoursome. I will come here again to try other items.

They are utilising and sticking to traditional recipes of our traditional dishes (Mughal and awadhi). We picked Dal Nayal, Murg Razela, Muttun Ghee Roast and Lal Maas from their menu, garlic naan and rumali roti to go along. We all loved the food. All containers were wiped clean. And we all had happy faces and stuffed tummies in the end.Dal was probably slow cooked and had a slight smoky flavor. Nayaab in Urdu means rare, unique, and precious. Handi means an earthenware, clay pot, or metal pot used for cooking food. Nayab Handi lives completely to its first name. The dishes are actually so good in taste that you feel them having a royal touch in their preparation. But when it comes to the second word in its name, it is missing in delivery. I am not sure if it lives to its second name in preparation or not. I would have loved to get the food in a clay pot well dressed and packed rather than coming in plastic boxes as it comes from other delivery outlets making it a normal delivery. That means preparation might be Nayab in all senses but delivery misses that essence to a large extent. Coming back to the dishes, you really find them graceful, tasty, and unique in all respects. All the dishes I ordered had a richness and grace in their presentation, flavor, look, and taste. The dishes are worth trying. In fact, you will fall in love with them. I had ordered 4 items from Nayab Handi. This is my first order from here. I feel it was a good decision to try food from here. Everybody at home liked the food. The delivery was well within the time despite it was raining heavily in Gurgaon that day. That is quite appreciative because the roads were waterlogged and it was not easy to drive two-wheelers in such conditions. This actually shows the level of commitment towards customer and business maturity. The four dishes I had were Hariyali Paneer Tikka from starters. Dal Nayab, Navratan Veg Biryani, and Kabuli Pulao from the main course. Hariyali Paneer Tikka is actually Nawabi Paneer Tikka. Very tasty. In fact, the look itself is quite attractive. Paneer is fresh and soft. Tikka is juicy and perfect. Dal Nayab from Nayab Handi is unbeatable. In fact, every dish is best and incomparable. Navratan Veg Biryani is again fantastic. Sumptuous and nicely flavored. Finally, Kabuli Pulao has a lot of raisin and cashew. That makes it a rich pulao. Quite tasty. Not very oily. And not spicy at all. In fact, it is on a sweeter side. A very nice preparation.
