Certainly a very bad experience. Staff as well as the owner (Anil) are too rude. Will suggest for some other shop rather than S M Mart.

The worst electronics shop in Ghaziabad. Pleased dont buy anything from here. They sell the defective items and then their after service is very poor. I bought an usha cooler from this shop which doesnt work most of the time. I have spent a fortune on its service but still it isnt working. Every summer it remains non working for almost 3 months or more.. And shopkeeper doesnt care to listen to the problem.

No after sales service. They sell a product and if there is any issue, they wont even listen. Avoid!!!They sold me an older model of oil heater which needs service every year. Each winter it stops working. If they were honest, they should have refunded the product when I first complained within few days of use.

S.M, Mart in Vasundhara and in its nearby area is known for its quality of products and after sale service. Its synonymous to trust. Happy shopping.
