For philips head phone

They are cheater. I called up Godrej to repair my fridge and this guy from Shivay electronics on behalf of Godrej was assigned for this job and he found fault in PCB without visiting at home I.e on phone. He was forcing me to buy AMC of 4500 rs. I asked him to change PCB for which he told the price as 2000 rs of brand new PCB. Also sensor price of 250 rs. Then he brought old PCB and claimed that it was brand new. Here problem didn’t resolve. So he brought one more PCB with new packing but had old PCB , again problem didn’t solve. Now he asked me to replace another PCB. Total price had already exceeded 2600rs, problem didn’t solve and then demanded more money for replacement of Display PCB.Problem not resolved. He charged 600 rs and I had to return his faulty PCB. This is how they troubleshoot problems.I thought of calling police but just paid money of his home visit and sent him back.

Good but need better facilities for visiting customers.

Shivay electronics is not situated their any more. They were shifted to Sector-7 in Raj nagar ghaziabad .
