The salesperson quoted me a price yesterday, and when I came to buy it today, he refused to give me the product at same price just because now online prices have increased. When you finalized an amount yesterday, why did they change the price today? Salesperson was a big lier, and the manager was also not cooperative. I told manager that we will not going to purchase anything again from this store, he bluntly told me Aapki marzi hai.Worst store to buy anything, wouldnt recommend at all.

Nice store... Not too crowded... Staff is really very cooperative... They offered a free gift to me on buying a AC at the time of billing which was really impressive and good gesture towards the customers... Overall it is wonderful shopping experience with Reliance Digital...

Been there to purchase Washing Machine....they had almost every product available but the information available with their staff is different than what is mentioned online. They were not having updated information about the product I was looking for.

Pros- This is a very large electronic store for almost brand items like AC, Refrigerator, Cooler, Washing Machine, Mobiles and many more home appliances. The ambience and display lobby of products is also quite good. The staff is able to answer queries and supports customers to chose desired and deserved items. There are few products have discounts either by displayed brand.Cons- The sells person tries to sell any of the additional product saying customer free items but the itemized bill includes nothing free item. The customer knows the same when he checks the billed items thoroughly after bill payment. And the installation guy also tris to sell more accessories at very high cost.These are not too big cons but overhead to customers pocket.

Staff is pretty slow, customer keep on waiting and no one is attending, everytime we called they have only one thing to say your product is out for delivery it will reach soon, to cover 1 km they took more than 3 hrs to deliver our product.They are new, they just need to be little bit focus and punctual for what they are doing
