One of the worst service center of Samsung. I dont know how company like Samsung does onboarding of this type of third rated service centers. I had given my phone for service, it had a issue since purchase ( I had visited Service center min of 10 times since purchase of phone in 15 months), Samsung accepted the claim once and replaced the mother board, but still the problem pertained. This time I wasnt happy with the response of Samsung head office on the case & as they asked me to pay the complete amount. When I told that hand over the phone back as I didnt trust Samsung anymore. These cheaters took 117 rs for troubleshooting alone & also stole my all screws inside & sim tray while hand overring the unrepaired phone - Pictures attachedVery worst people Dont go there & dont buy anything from here.

Not doing any service work. Only warranty work. Receiving and sending to their parent office for replacement.

Some Staff behaviour is worst. (One Short person). I have paid advance of Rs. 500 for the replacement of Samsung A70S mobile during April 21, gave receipt and job card. They have not informed the receipt of material. After 2 months when I approached the service centre, they informed me that the material, which was received for me from the company, installed to other customer. I have asked why the material, advanced and indented for me, was installed to other customer. One staff in charge of the center (short person) rudely replied that it is non of your business and if you want to replace, you will come after 3 days. I was travelled more than 70 kms for this purpose.I replied that change my camera lens or otherwise return my advance. He refused to refund the amount. After a great effort, he refunded th money. I was very much upset of his mannerless behaviour.They have failure to service properly. Management will take action against the concerned to improve their quality of service to the satisfaction of the customer.

Unfortunately there is no negative stars, if so Ill recommend that. The best place to spend money unnecessarily like throwing it away. I visited for the warranty replacement. Satish is a person I contacted. Samsung has approved for replacement but he hard worked very much to cancel that warranty. First day he told there is a scratch, next day there is a dent, by next day mobile is not passing water resistant test. Such a great service center this is. Better contact customer support before visiting these good persons. One word to describe them is CHEATERS.

Staff behaviour was very rude and definitely not a place you would want to go for servicing your mobile. They will tell every possible reason to not to cover your mobile under warranty. Unfortunately there is no negative point in Google reviews. Service your mobile elsewhere but not here.
