Hi folks, I waited more than a month to write this review as I wanted to see how sustainable the weight loss is.I joined Zero size at the worst of my weights... 75kgs and bloated to an XL size. After a dystonia, I had been unable to sleep on my left side for the past 10 years. After attending yoga therapy at zero size, I am able to lie on my left side and sleep well. My tummy also reduced and am able to sit in sukasan which was a tough job before. My stress and anxiety was also reduced. Thanks to Nazreen........for motivating and being a strict instructor (good friend to be with), also the hospitality in the clinic is good.
