This is one of my best experience. Its been a month since I have been attending online yoga classes taught by BISMI mam, and I am really very happy with the classes. She explains each and every movement everyday to make it understandable to all. She is very motivating and her workout routine is very interesting. I would recommend this class to all. My experience with Himalayan yoga studio is beyond words that i can express. Yoga teacher was more than what i could have asked for. She showed me a new way to look at yoga , i came here only to strengthen my own practice but my teacher BISMI inspired me soo much , that now i want to teach others the lifestyle of yoga. My son only made me to join Himalayan yoga studio .Great . Bismi I can’t explain Such a great teacher,guide,motivator I have joined without knowing anything about Yoga. I have gained 11 kgs in a period of 1 year .I became lethargic always feeling tired .So I wanted to reduce Wt She has taught a lot. My knee joint pain is gone . Reduced around 5 kg in a period of 2 months . Lost a lot of inches . I am energetic now and I don’t want to miss even a single day yoga class.If I had some other office work I get angry.Bismi my teacher made like that. She ll be attending all the students personally at the same time .Will not allow us to do even simple mistakes,we can’t miss steps can’t escape from her eyes 🤪Lucky I joined her. Thanks Mam

Hi all.. iam sindhu, i just want to share some experience of mine before and after yoga..I was obese.. i tried so many diets , short term exercises.,walking etc etc .. But no use..... I entered Himalayan yoga and met Bismi... She recommended me to try for three or four days... I was worried about my children for how iam going to mange them after school and at the same time i want to continue my yoga..at last i decided to do yoga ...Really it was a wonderful experience... I tried and managed for three days... I said to trainer that sure i will come and do regularly... After yoga i can able to sleep very well and wake early in the morning.. now iam completed my 15 days of my yoga... I feel lite and at the same time i can see my inch loss... Though I have pain in my body i can able to do all household works and manage my work also...Thank you Bismi mam. For great support and motivating me for my healthy and fit life...Each and every loss of my inch i hold my confident in such a level.....

Himalayan yoga studio is a place where i personally felt motivated ,upgraded & tonned myself as best in fitnesss.....Bismi as a Guruji,teaches all d wellness of our internal organs through Aasanas ....when i joined here,i was shape less & very obese so tat couldnt able to do any postures....But as days passed,she trained me very well & Now became very fit,energetic & healthy...YOGA Enhances our inner & outer look....
