Just to comment for review I had to click 1 star actually I will put many minus starts no end to it. Bad service no contact numbers of head office and numbers dont work if given. Call center people have no idea about old policy they work like parrot on the script given to them. Customer will die not for the medical Policy taken from them but they will die just to get in touch with them. Pathetic service think before you buy a policy

Giving me very bad service, I applied for loan on my insurance policy, I submitted all document and done all paper work but not transfer any loan amount in my account and not giving me proper reason why hold my loan for processing. I cant trust with icici Prudential Insurance. Very bad service

Most unreliable people on the job. With no commitment. You can visit them call or message repeatedly but they can conveniently ignore. Frustrating experience never trust such people or organisations with your hard earned money.If I had a choice I would give a minus star to ICICI Prudential.Such a disappointment.
