Very nice, calm and peaceful retiring home for seniors, having beautiful scenery and environment. Has a pleasing staff. Food is good and fresh and is reasonably priced. There is a game room, a mini theatre, a physiotherapy room, and a medical room.

Elvis was here. The perfect retirement gated community. Though its not for my lifestyle... I would recommend it to people who are hitting their 60s, who never had a good social life.

An excellent retirement home. Good ambience, caring management, homely food, good library, amenities for a relaxed retired living.Scopes for improvement include a railing along walls for support and a better planned floor levels.

A retirement home. A nice concept, now a days getting promoted across Kerala, since it’s the need of the hour. When the generation migrate in huge numbers, there parents need to stay along at home. People those who are away find these setting as a comfortable and safe place.When coming to the business part, I too have been in such setting for a month as volunteer. There the amount paid as deposit and monthly maintenance was bit heavy. Here too it won’t be lesser that what I had, since the setting and infrastructure is better than the place I have been. (A lumsum amount to be invested before getting admission. The individual or family can then monthly pay a maintenance charge as applicable. Individual homes too are provided based on need). These are affordable to affluent family where foreign money comes.but when comes to the people, those living in the same locality. The concern is the neighborhoods. There are few houses near to this. How will this institution benefits them or going to create trouble is to be noted.- The waste managed. Waste water managed (water treatment). The environment getting affected. Plastics, there daily food and other wastes (biogas).One of the major concern, my friend shared is they find water scarcity during summer and they need to carry water. The institution can manage water by buying from out side. What will the nearby local people do. pipeline facility of panchayat has reached only on one side and the other side not. So some move would make things better.The post has been edited on 26/12/19, why because the owner has replied my accusation. Sir, you are doing a good thing. It may be a Business or Service. But, in both way you take, the concerns remains as concerns. It need to be addressed. I have been to this area twice. In my two visit I could find that the infrastructure has grown bigger. The nearby lands were acquired and construction happened. The location has a good ambience (as if we are in some foreign setting). It’s a calm place and the inmates can enjoy a better retirement, if ample provisions made.but Down the line what is going to happen should be foreseen. Those who wish to stay or wish to find admission for their parents will have good review to post. As a common person and a person concerned about the society, I made my comment. And to all those who view and respond - take note our need created a self in us and distorted the joint family system and we took nuclear family. But here too, there is no peace.

Happy faces serving elders in a serine, beautiful architectur yet fully functional abodes ideally positioned on well kept grounds with lots and lots of natural light. Even a short visit fills you with immense positive energy. Wow to the creators and managers.🙂

A good place for settling after retirement,has all the facilities to simplify the life in old age, 24 hrs medical help,food,library, theatre, gardens, walking tracks,bungee vehicles for commuting from the entrance to the villas or flats inside
