My wife had her UK VISA interview here in august. We typed in VFS global in google maps and ended up reaching the another VFS global office which is located near Ravipuram junction. With the help of google map photos we understood we were at the wrong location and immediately left for our UK VFS interview office which was located close by.This place is really hard to find if you are new to the location. Also, the road leading to this office is a narrow one and so one has to keep that in mind if you are travelling in a SUV car like us.There is no parking provided. So you will have to park your car outside on the road itself.INSTRUCTION TO LOCATE THIS PLACE EASILY-1. Enter Kurishupally road from MG ROAD,2. Keep going straight until you see a building covered with glass on the LEFT side.3. This building is S&T Arcade.4. UK visa office is on the 1st floor.If you have your interview here, better be acquainted properly with the office beforehand itself so that you don’t end up in trouble at the last moment.Hope the photos help in locating this place.

All the processes were smooth and organized.No delays or crowds.Given entry to waiting area before 15 minutes of scheduled time.Application and biometrics submission and all the processes were completed within 25 minutes.Parking facility is not there.Upto 9 am the vehicle may be parked on the nearby roads sides (unofficially).The nearby roads are very small and congested.

Location shown in map is accurate. Congested area. Parking car will be a challenge. If opting for out of working hours service parking may be easier as nearby shops may be closed. Service of VFS is excellent and hassle free. Make sure you upload all necessary documents online and bring necessary documents.

No parking facility. And we wont be be able to enter early. So better to come 15 min early of appointment time. Staffs and their services are really appreciable

I went there for my visa process. It took only 1 hour including biometric verification. Well organized office which maintained all covid protocols. Staffs were really helpful and supportive.Only and main trouble I noticed is no parking facility.

The process is obviously slow. So be prepared if youre coming from other districts.There is no waiting room/facility for the person accompanying you. They have to sit on the ground outside the steps. But its not like you have a choice if youre applying for a Schengen visa.

Okay my experience with this place was weird. I really wished they gave a bit more insight of what was happening because I was confused the whole time. Their system is really smooth and lets you complete the entire process in the least amount of time. But that is again stressful because no ones actually telling you whats going on or what documents you should be submitting. Instead they ask you directly what documents you should be submitting which is really confusing for someone applying for the first time. Other than that the service is really nice and the staffs are really helpful. Overall it was a good experience. Keep up the good work.

Nice place. Location is bit conjusted area no parking facilities for vehicles.Only applicants have the entry inside the building premises,There is no waiting area or chairs for those who came with applicants,can wait outside on the public road.Anyways processing and services are good.

VFS Center for Visa related services for UK / New-Zealand. There is another one VFS center in cochin for Schengan countries which is in a different location.You should not carry laptop inside the center.Please make sure that your vehicle(car) parked is atleast min 300-500mtrs away from the center as its a small road.

Visited last Wednesday with family. Since I came to know from the reviews that it is difficult to find this place, booked an Olacab from the hotel which was 1.5 kms away. There is no waiting area if you are in early for the morning appointment. But they let us inside by 8 for the 8 am appointment. Staffs are very courteous and helpful 👍🏼

Staffs are really good.ButThere is no facility to take photo copy from inside the office. During my appointment, there were no air conditioning or at least a simple fan.individuals those who took appointment through other agencies will feel ease at VFS global. Those who have done the appointment and payment individually may experience some difficulty at the office.Otherwise I got my visa within one week.

Only office for european countries visa. They dont have a phone which attend the queries. They entertain all the queries in person only. Well behaved staff. Usual timing is till 3pm only. Visa specifications, application charges are displayed outside their office. They are not easily identifiable from normal traffic. All the directions given by them are given in their website. They entertain fon calls in their all india helpline number only

Only thing I didnt like is the waiting time between different stages of the process, maybe its due to the pandamic situation

All staffs are good exclude one checking lady.. Her behavior is very arrogant.no manners to talk with candidates.

The place where you go for Visa application and document verification for a bunch of countries including UK, Ireland, Australia, Dubai, Georgia, etc. The place will let only the applicant to go in. We may have to wait on road untill they call in at our appointment time. It happened to me that they called us prior to our appointment time as there were free faculties and less appointments. The process was smooth and the faculties were delivering good service.

Went for visa appointment. The guys sitting in the counter behaved strange and he was passing comments in front of me. There were few others dealing things professionally. One is enough to make the damage. People are coming to your office for assistance and support, not to hear your rude comments.

First of all,never buy premium services ,there isn’t much difference in services.Second,NEVER GIVE A COMPLAINT BEFORE YOU RECEIVE PASSPORT BACK FROM VFS,OTHERWISE THEY WILL HOLD YOUR PASSPORTI booked UK visa on 16th December via VFS,kochi ,India.i was told i will receive passport by 15 working days.When all my colleagues Applied on same date received visa on 7th day.i enquired with UKVI told me that the decision has been made and VFS will send passport.During this time I complained to VFS regarding a payment when I visited.But after 15days I visited VFS to enquire and told me I will get passport within 2days .But I received visa after 25 days and message which we receive regarding courier was sent to me after 5 days receiving passport .Even though my visa was approved by UKVI,but VFS hold my passport which results me to book a ticket for ₹1lakh when everyone else paid half priceI had a big financial loss only due to VFS incompetence of sending passport

Expects the regular formalities of any other VFS office. The staffs are friendly. You may have to climb the stairs. Generally the facility is congested, hence an appointment is recommended. Restroom facilities are provided. No dedicated vehicle parking space, one has to do road side parking which is available on a first come first serve basis. Related facilities like color printing, scanning, photostat, web browsing can be found near by at walkable distances. But be prepared for higher charges.

This office is on Kurisupally Road, starting from M.G. Road left after Ravipuram Junction towards Thevara Jn. It is heard that VFS GLOBAL is doing excellent service for the thankless Keralites. I am a poor Indian not interested to visit UK, IRELAND, ETC.

An easier method for contacting them could be done.Rest is good. Polite staff.

The only good thing is staff behaviour. No facilities for customers .

As long as there is enough staff you will get your job done within 15-30 minutes. If not you may have to wait about 2 hours. Only the applicant is allowed to enter. Your immediate family member can accompany you if they are an applicant too. Elderly can be accompanied but its not guaranteed if not a close relative.Please bring your own chair if you are not an applicant and wish to wait. But if you are happy to stand for 2 hours or more, you are always welcome.Do NOT FORGET to bring your appointment letter AND payment receipt.

All the procedures are thoroughly done by following the Covid safety protocols. Staffs are friendly and they help us with any clarification we have. If all the documents and lists are perfect from ourside, procedures will complete with 1.5hrs.

This building is around 200 meters inside a nearby road to the ICICI bank on MG road, also near to the Cochin shipyard.

System is well organised

Vfs service was good...i got appointment at 10.30 am. And i finished everything before 12. we have to go through 3 counters. First one is document arrangements. Then 2nd counter, we need to pay courier charges. Then last biometric check. You will receive a receipt which u have to show to collect your visa from nearest courier office. I would like to give 5 star, but there is no waiting area outside... especially those who reach before time and their families. Similarly, those who finish their work, have to wait on the road side. Its really not good. As it is a visa center.... people expect more convenience and facilities.
