One of the worst delivery companies that I have dealt with, if not the worst, delay and disrespect for the customer. I do not advise anyone to deal with them at all.

I used to order via wish box regularly... Their services was good and professional.But today I was seriously frustrated with the delivery guy.The way he shout at me is really bad. And , I planned uninstall this app from my mobile.He is dare enough to tell that you can call the wish box office and register a complaint against me.

Their delivery guy parked his bike in my parking slot in my building and when I told him not to park there, he literally started fighting with me instead of apologizing and the fight went on and on for some 15 minutes as he was not letting it go and kept coming after me.Extremely ill mannered person and very bad attitude. Such quality issues should be taken care of from every delivery company.

Order placed at 13:13 recieved at 15:00 this is the worst ever delivery company. They blocked my number and i couldnt call them. after i sent them email that i will complain they unblock me. The driver cant understand. did open his whatsapp till i called and requested to do so

Worst delivery app in Qatar, no customer service contacts available, its up to wishbox when it wants to deliver ur order, no proper tracking system, i wish i could give 0 stars but i couldnt. Its been 2 hours and still waiting for my order and there is no contact details to get in touch with wishbox atleast to know about my order. Complaint needs to be launched to relevant Govt authority to take action against this app as it is exploiting customers by taking payment online and no one is there to help you with ur delivery.GUYS, dont use this app if you dont want to wait for ur delivery for hours.

Kindly improve your UI and have a live chat. Ordered 3 times and all were late and 1 had missing items. If you want customers , fix your app. Uninstalled for now.

I ordered from wishbox. i didnt received my food, I waited 1:45 hours when i tried to contact them so many times on their costumer care but no response. I called to the restaurant and my food was still there. Dont use wishbox to order food if you dont want to stay hungry. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Unprofessional IRRESPONISBLE AND CARELESS SERVICE

Please improve your customer service and location tracker. Had tried updating my new address a lot of times and still tracker shows my old address. Was looking for a customer service to discuss the issue with, but no option other than sending an email.

Their customer number is always not available. The food delivery doesnt come before 2 hours. One of the worst service ever.

Extremely bad experience, this is the third time i have faced issue.. they r not picking our calls.. we ordered our breakfast 2 hours ago.. it shows picked up and nobody has any idea where the order is.. once they charged us delievery when it was free delivery, i had screenshot also, they did not refund..Their drivers r a cheat, they put pickup in the app..but actually order wasnt picked up. I suggest u all not to order from wishbox

Extremely pathetic service. I have placed my order for single item 2 hours back and havent received it yet and this isnt for the first time. Amd not only this they do not even have a valid contact number so as to get any required information because there app is already useless, it wont update the status and there is no way to report a particular order. I will uninstall this app and never use it anyway and will never encourage anyone to use the app.

Very Bad service , They deducted money from my card but i did not received my order. when am contacting them they are not replying properly.now more than a week am trying to get refund still no response from Wishbox side. I will Never use wish box againSince August 7 am following my refund till today(9/9/2020) idid not received my money back)
