Was the the worst experience I’ve ever had with a kfc! Other then order being late 2 hours it came missing and haven’t got a refund,I wish this brunch would take more care and fix there problems since it wasn’t the first time

Absolutely horrible delivery service. Took almost 2 hours to get my cold chicken. And then the delivery guy forgot to include my Pepsi in the bag. Had to call him and wait another half an hour for him to come back. They also gave me a regular Pepsi and not the diet Pepsi I ordered.

As mention in the website will close at 4 am but the staff do not want to take my order and they start cleaning when we are on the table sitting,Is really not good as if they are telling us do not come back again.Then we asked what time you will close and why you start now cleaning but I get a very rude answer from the cashier deplene her name.Any way I will not recommend to any of my friend to come this place.

The location of this KFC is good and its more of a carry out than Dine-in. The problem is the kfc here tastes very sour compared to other branches. Thus the 3 star rating.
