This is the first time I tried Shake Shack in Doha after experiencing it for the first time in Shanghai branch two years ago. I’m not a fan of burger chains and couldn’t understand the hype with this one until I tried their beef burger which was really very tasty, and I am happy I actually found the same taste here in their Doha branch. It was well balanced, juicy, and simple in a good way. However I really didn’t like the chicken burger which was a way too salty, the crust was not tasty and there was too much sauce.

The burgers were tasty and juicy but they were very salty also the hot dog was tasty but again salty. Honestly l was waiting bigger hot dog and burgers but they were very small. l will visit again with the hope the food will be not that much salty.

They are not treating all guests equally , most of the staff are very rude .one of the staff has no manners and he has no politeness to talk to the guest. If he got frustrated with his job then talk to his senior person about it. The people are expecting good service than the food because there are so many option for it.

One of the best burgers I’ve tasted. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and great food! They are very helpful even when it’s mistake from them for not getting the order correct. Even though this branch is a great addition to the other locations but the food quality doesn’t fall. Good price for the quality food you are getting!

Sorry. I thought it has better food and service.The burger was not salted evenly. The pickup counter forgot some of my orders.

The burgers here are truly out of this world creations The place has a very hip feel to it and its almost always crowded. But the staff are also experts at making everyone feel welcome. Full credit to them for that. Repeat customer here.
