I like the place, they have the red color as their theme. We have been to their brunch on Friday from 12-4 PM . The buffet was nice, had spring rolls, sambossa, a lot of fish. Tea, soda. There was a face painting and balloons for kids. Pricey, almost 300 QR per person. We took one night, the room is clean, they offered us dates, water and bowl of fruits.

A breath of fresh air to most places we have been. The outside pool service is great for food and drinks. This is a perfect place for unwinding and just taking the views. The beach at this resort is fantastic as well.The food and drinks were amazing, and we enjoyed a perfect and exceptional service from Gabriel. He was very friendly and took good care of us. We enjoyed sitting at the pool and servings of his signature cocktails.A very good experience.... Highly recommend it 👍

Even a short stay (1 night), you will be comfortable with the ambience of the hotel and resort with the following observations we sought and felt during our stay.1. Cheerful and accommodating personnel from security, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staffs.2. Beach and Poolside is clean and crystal clear which therefore you will be relaxed during swimming.3. Room and Bed is very comfortable and relaxing with all the complimentary water, coffee and tea and you dont to call the room service if something is missing. If one item is missed, the room service is fast and reliable.4. Food and drinks in restaurant for breakfast is in variety of selections and you will not only feel your in hotel but you will feel at home.Hopefully we can book and check in again in your prestigious 5 star hotel.

We stayed at this amazing hotel with excellent service. The receptionist Fatima was kind and very professional. Thai in charge of the housekeeping is kind and always willing to help. The rooms are perfect with a unique view. All the staff are friendly and always available. The pool area is large with many green areas and the water is chilled. The private beach makes the stay perfect. Comfort and elegance are in every detail. The breakfast is superb, full of every food and just perfect. The Chefs are kind and always ready. To visit absolutely.

Visited Sheraton Grand Doha for a family leisure trip for 2 nights. What an amazing experience it was. Beautiful interiors, spacious rooms, picturesque sea side view from the balcony and very friendly enthusiastic staff.Breakfast at Al Hubara was a wonderful experience. Lavish buffet spread with Arabic, Indian, English breakfast options . And if you are confused with what to go for, then the staff at Al Hubara is always there to help you with some great recommendations.Thank you Lijo, Yuzuru, Merriam, Anita, Rajesh, Anukul, Bhumi and Chef Prabhu for making the Breakfast an amazing experience especially for the kids. Thank you all for a sweet and warm farewell.Do try the Salmon with egg Benedict, super tasty.Lunch and dinner at the club lounge was great too. Special thanks to Imane, Gita and Suraj.Thank you Imane for making my birthday surprise arrangements on time and so special.Time spent at the private beach and swimming pool has been fun filled. I am totally impressed and wowed in this Hotel. This Hotel was built in 1979 and just 1 year old younger than me. Very elegant and classy specially the lounge. The room was a mixed of classic and modern. Though so many guest checking in that time, what impressed me mostly was the way I was handled professionally and nicely. I would like to give a loud shout out to the pretty Ms Nikita for handling it professionally and well. For this reason, a 5⭐ review is not enough. I will give a 7⭐. Good job guys! Godbless.

This is the first of Doha hotels, it was built long before any building existed in that area(as you can see in the photo I got from online archive)It got renovated around 4 years ago, and they said it was made exactly as it was built, so when you go there, you feel its history.

Sheraton Grand hotel is a huge place with unique features, and it offers a great holiday experience.Starting with the architecture. The building is shaped like a pyramid. It has cool, colourful lights at night and the same shape can be seen inside the hotel as well.The hotel has followed all the corona restrictions. At the entrance a visitors Ehteraz app must be shown (it has to be green) and your temperature is taken.A mask is mandatory.The rooms are clean and organized. Some have a great sight to the sea.The hotel also offers many restaurants and bars for vaccinated guests.The staff was welcomming and the stay was great overall.5/5

I’ve been using the Sheraton club membership for many years and stayed at their hotel a few times. They have an excellent gym. Really enjoy eating at Nusret and Em Sherif. Love the fact that they preserved the historical/vintage vibes of the lobby during renovations. Their open beach and lagoon are the best in Doha. Overall a dreamy and magical place.

The hotel rooms are perfect & staffs are friendly and the hotels location is excellent, everything is close to that area. However, the food buffet is disgusting this is a big shock to me since Sheraton has been a big part of my childhood and it used to be my favorite hotel. The food now changed completely, even though the buffet is perfectly arranged but the food is tasteless and saggy. Nusret & Um sherif is the only good restaurants in Sheraton, the buffet chef needs to take notes from them.

Place is great. Kids-friendly and people are usually friendly too. Most of the staff will greet you with a smile when they pass by you. The room was clean, the shower was great (water pressure was strong) Theres always a lifeguard on duty by the pool, which made me feel safer for the kids (that means I can leave for a minutes to take a few pictures by the beach, marina, and the massive garden they have at the back of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was good, although it will take time before your order comes, if you are hungry go for the precooked, but if not, better order so they will cook it for you. You can watch sunrise and sunset as well! Stoked to see the flowers were fresh too ( they were so pretty I though they were fake!) Dont miss to visit the visit the VIP lounge, too (esp during happy hours 😉) Ambiance was luxurious and homey at the same time. Wish to go back again with fam! 😊

Ive heard a lot about the umm Ali here which is why I came to try it out.Its not so mind bowing or anything, I would say its just okay. What one would expect from a 5 star hotel.The service though was very poor. There was leftover crumbs and spilled water on the table that we were seated at and Ive seen more cheerful waitresses at KFC.

Oldest and well known hotel in Doha. Renovated, nice ambiance. Good hospitality however some staff need more training to be able to suit to different cultures they serve too.Booking was easy, hotel has its one private beach. Gym, squash courts, tennis courts etcNice vie if you get sea side view rooms.Good value for money.

The hotel is well maintained considering the time when it was built.As to speak as a customer, the only thing we did not like or expected was when we were standing in the queue to check in the receptionist did not acknowledge or to let us know that she was wrapping up something from the previous guest. She just showed her hand ✋ without smiling.Above all it was a nice experience.

Remarkably 5 star hotel. Made my Anniversary really special. The staff, the decor, the breakfast, calm beach, lovely pool and garden everything is 10/10. Its just Majestic . Too busy can’t find table easily I’m her for Om Ali desert but they changed the recipe the old one much better the manager apologized and he promised us that he will take care of this comment and will invite me to try the dish after solving this issue even al habary Buffet the food was horrible I couldn’t eat anything even the appetizer and salad this is not what we used to had in her , I think the hotel facing serious problem with their staff because he food is very bad or because of the crowd they can’t focus

For work reasons we have been staying at the hotel for 2 weeks. I wanted to thank all the staff who have taken care of us, especially Sanae the housekeeping that has kept the room fantastically clean and tidy.

Did I love this hotel or what! Everything was great, from the politeness and attentiveness of the waitstaff to the managers, quality of food at their restaurants (not to mention the generous portions everywhere, which got overwhelming sometimes for me personally), the beautiful room we got (deluxe with sea view - absolutely stunning views of the sea and corniche), and the gorgeous beach area. The pool area could use some improvements in terms of decor, but its certainly large enough. I loved the fact that you get a giant ice box full of cold water bottles when you go to the beach or pool, and can order drinks and food right to your table should you choose to. They also have a lovely garden seating area for the pool cafe as well, so thats nice.Oh, and did I mention the gym? Do give it a visit and get a sweat sesh on if you stay at the hotel, cuz this gym is niiiiiiiice. Very well-equipped, quite large, all hygiene protocols being followed.Overall a lovely experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone I know, and will come back for a staycation in the future.

Hotel is very nice, especially I love the beach area after the renovation. This is why I’m a frequent user of a day pass program which allows to enter the beach on weekdays for 150 QAR.What disappoints me a lot is the service at the beach reception area near the SPA salon. Usually no one is there and you have to wait 10/15 minutes at least. Also in the past 3 weeks I’ve been here 4 times and every time the reception girls show a very biased attitude towards the people who do not stay there. But I mean..I’m paying for the pass, right?So it makes 20 minutes of this excruciating experience before you are allowed to go to the beach. I’ve never encountered service like this in a 5-star resort and this is why I decided to share my experience.

The room felt like it was humid and maybe moldy. The tv flickers and has terrible picture quality. The lights in the room flicker. I ordered talabat delivery food because the hotel buffet food provided was so terrible and they took 45 minutes and ten calls to get the front desk to bring my food up to my room once talabat delivered it. Absolutely disappointed.

We always come here to pay entrance fee and stay by the beach. Unfortunately service so bad at the beach club. You can wait 1 hour just to make order as waiter will run around and no attention to you. They can forget about order. And even you remind it doesnt help. Same things every time. But for the payment they will come after 5 minutes when they bring your food.Disappointed. Place 5+ service 000 😑

I have to give a star for being able to leave a comment, the sport club it is not that bad however, they were not offering a basic need for customer who come to use facility for playing sports such as shower room changing room, towel with the price increase that you have to pay for one hour, it is not worthy, plus the staff at the reception with not welcome face only want to get only the money from the customer like it is her own business. I would not recommended
