Worst experience ever! I got the worst of the worst piece, bitten and torn apart and Mr. Sulaiman from Zaiqa claims that thats what they serve. They r justifying what they r doin is right! Too bad.0%customer satisfaction. And they just dont care! Simple!

Just ordered 45 riyal delux non veg executive thali, not worth it at all, their was only 1chicken curry , that also with only bones, that also doesn’t taste good, and rest all veg curry.wastage of money.. very big disappointment.

Awesome place for foodie.. had mutton biryani with Chicken bbq. It was delicious & worth a visit. But they have problem with the parking space... Else all good..

Food Taste reminds aromas and taste of Hyderabad

One of the worst Restaurants, We order Mutton Haleem today.. They send us Haleem which is made of 90% dal and 10% Mutton... Worst experience, Tasteless food.

Ordered food from them a couple of times the food is passable but they dont do soft drinks whichforces you to spend 5 times as more when youre getting food delivered and the lemon mint mojito I got was blue and tasted disgusting.

Love their yummy hydrabadi boriyani. And juicy crispy chicken burger 🍔🍔🤤 and yummy chicken pop corn

Good Indian Pakistani restaurant..briyani taste is delicious and the quantity also more...good for party orders...if u order through Talabat u will get free juice also..

We had a bad experience from the delivery guy, Mr. Noor.We ordered food to our office. This delivery guy came near our office, and was 20feets away from the office building, and he asked us to go to him. It was very hot and sunny.When we asked him to just come to us, he fought over phone, and came to us finally, but behaved like a rowdy. Shouted in front of our office.We called the shop manager. He was polite enough to listen to our complaint. And he spoke to the delivery guy to remain calm. But we saw he was still shouting.However, having such arrogant guys work for you can damage the reputation. Regret the whole thing.

The most pathetic service ever experienced .Staff doesnt even bother to take order or wish customer.Most of the staff is only concerned about the online deliveries.The most bad and embarrassing experience ever had.The quality of food is worst and indeed tasteless food.No manners at all from restaurant owner to the staff and most surprising thing I witnessed is the staff are cleaners .I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone. Unless you want to waste your money and time by visiting such pathetic restaurant.

DO NOT EAT FROM HERE IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY!!! Ordered food and asked repeatedly whether it contained nuts, told no then rang again and lady said definitely no nuts. Sat down to eat my food and I found cashew nuts in it!! They dont realise how serious nut allergies are...people die from smelling nuts never mind having them in their food!!! So disappointed and feeling unwell! Seriously this is dangerous,sort yourselves out!!!!

Failed to deliver my order and no communication from the resteraunt advising of a technical delay.Only after waiting and then contacting the restaurant was I told there was a problem.Why offer a delivery service if you can not do it within a reasonable time?Very poor Customer Service. There are many other restaurants to choose!

Good food, terrible service, clueless staff, zero accountability, fake commitments.Deliveries are way too late and even though address is provided at start even if you order via Talabat or over the phone, driver still calls and ask for complete address. staff named Ahmed in management was ignorant and hung up when call was made to express grievance.
