Hotel was generally neat and clean.Middle standard.Food was also good.

Nice place to stay at digha, comfortable and sea facing rooms are superb to stay with family.......only linens provided should be sanitized or cleaned.

Management of this hotel is not good,... because thay have nonAC room starting from 800/day but whan I chose one of them, and went to reception to do the paperwork, thay carge 1000/day, and when I ask for the clarification they just denied that.

Room cleanliness, service are not upto the mark. Location and food are satisfactory..people must be trained property, professionally to attend or handle guests. Cleanliness is an important factor in this COVID situation.

We had stayed in the hotel on 02-10-20 in room no. 208 @ 1400 per day... Couldnt satisfied as the room condition is not as expected and AC sound like DG set... No maintenance done by management. We had great memories in this hotel last 5 years. Request the management please take care what you already have.

Well satisfied with the service provided by the hotel . Rooms are spacious but are not so big . Anyway they are clean and well maintained. Bathroom is at a decent maintenance. It has a lift facility . Food quality at their restaurant is pretty well and delicious at an affordable price. Moreover the hotel is very closely located near the New Digha sea beach , close to the picnic spot. You can even enjoy the view of the sea if u stay in a front facing room .

Facilities are good. Mostly it is near the sea beach, this helps the most at this rate. But be aware of fine. You have to pay fine if you do just a little bit of wrong things like food on the bed sheets or a little bit of line on the wall. They will force you to pay extra damage like 500 to 1000. This hurts more.

A good, rather average hotel and lodge near the new Digha sea beach. The rooms are okay, but need improvement. They have a restaurant too. You can enjoy good view from the balcony of the sea. The rooms are not very big and elegant over here. The toilets are also perfectly maintained or clean. They offer you both options for ac or non ac rooms.

Very good location nearest to beach, tariff seems a bit high during peak time, average rooms. Opt for sea facing rooms. Lift facility available. Broad road in front and car parking space is available. Also good restaurant attached with the hotel at ground floor.

Rented for 5 hours so that we can keep precious items safely in a room while enjoying at the beach in the afternoon. Only good thing it is 5 mins walkable distance from beach. Room below average with no amenities at all. We used it for changing clothes and as safe locker. Paid 600 rs for 5 hours. I dont think people can stay in that room a single night. May be okay for bachelors and not recommended for couple or family.

Hotel in Nice location & facing the sea at new digha. Our room was on 3rd floor with double bed, sofa, dinning table, led TV, geyser. Hotel Manager & staff are very helpful & well- behaved.

This hotel is located at New Digha. One of the nearest hotel from sea beach, just 2 min walk. Sea facing AC rooms are very nice. We got it for Rs.1650/-. This hotel has its own restaurant at ground floor. Almost all types of foods are available here.

The only thing I found positive in this hotel was its location. Room was average service was also average.

Hotel Ranikuthi is a decent hotel at a low price. The best thing about the hotel is its close proximity to the sea beach and New Digha market. Its just a walking distance. The rooms are also more or less nice and one has a view of the sea from the windows from first floor onwards. However the some of the sea facing rooms are small and have a even smaller washroom with poor bathroom fittings which is not suitable for most family of three members or more. The rooms in the top floor are however very nice. The quality of the food is really good in the hotels restaurant Rainbow. The food is fresh and not overpriced. The staff service and behavior is more or less nice but some of them need to be more polite

Non Ac rooms are seriously pathetic, like you are living stone age...We changed the room after first day, to AC room, which was better, clean, but really not up to the class if you compare with nearby standard hotels. 3k you pay for AC room and which is good but not enough in quality comparison with the hotel the pikus, hotel joyram hi tide, hotel jps etc, nearby same price hotels which are true luxury for your money...we booked by phone, so was misguided that non ac rooms are just same room without ac, in reality no- ac rooms are rubish...

Most wonderful experience to stay here.. staffs are very helpful and room service is available.. we were four people and the bed was big.. we were at first floor with balcony view.. tarif was ₹1200... We will go back to this hotel again... Book in advance as it is crowded

Very near to new digha sea beach 2min walk-in,can hear and view the sea from your window...Because of attached resturent food from outside is strictly prohibited.Daily room service, toilets are not up to the mark...As a budget hotel you can rate it far better..From my opinion its a family hotel. Very bad experience with this hotel. Should avoid it for own Good.Firstly, That owner is an elderly man, looked gentle but, all he does is to sit in the front corner and honk harsh words at hungry, food seeking guests, he is too foul mouth towards everyone , may be it is in his nature. so, lets go for the next, Secondly, The staffs were bad enough,only one of them was soft-spoken, and the stuffs who were at the outside food corner, they were quite good too, but the others were behaving just like they are doing favors for us, we are paying for these services, its not for free as per your kind information.Third one is, We booked rooms perhaps a month ago, we faced so unwelcoming behavior when we reached the hotel. Rooms and room services wasnt as per they are charging and so on, the list isnt that short.

Toilets are unhygienic! Rooms are not cleaned. Poor maintenance. Door locks dont work. Hotel management could make it a good hotel as it is nearer to the sea. It is not a sea facing rather it is market facing hotel. Bad experience. I think Hotel

This hotel is not that good . Not hygenic at all , clostrophobic and the electrical wearing is very poor as I have suffered. They also demand high rate, better room is available in other hotel nearby with same rate . The fooding is not that good ,they dont offer complementary breakfast and the condition of bathroom is very poor.

The stay was overpriced (although it was off season and election day). One should definitely explore the large number of hotels present nearby ( I could not do so since elderly people were with me and I regret it). Repairing sounds bugged us throughout. Doors and windows did not have proper fit. The behavior of the manager was not good as well.

Location is very good.Room-my room 1st floor, spacious- no option for bathroom door locking from inside.But, service man-behaviour also good, they enter into the room with outside sliper- doing dirty to the floor everytime.Food - outside food strictly not allowed in hotel room. thats why,i have to order dinner @ 1st night.chicken rooti.Next morning loose motion n vomiting stared, Today my 2nd day

They cheated us, we booked 2 rooms over phone, gave advance them through online transaction, they send sms telling that 2 rooms booked confirmed, but when we reached today at the hotel with two children of 1.5 yrs and an old lady after long journey they told no rooms booked for us today in their register and our rooms given to others, after checking the truth they only returned our money and as a result we harrased to find rooms as almost all hotels are booked today and we have to pay 3500 for a room in another hotel. So, please do not trust them over phone, come here and check by yourself.

I could say that this has been one of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life. The staff was composed of mid aged people and they seemed not really willing to help. The room charges were extra-ordinally high. I stayed there for couple of days with my wife. When I called up the hotel few hours before we reached there they confirmed a different price for their rooms but when we reached they increased their room rates drastically. 😡All in all worst experience.
