Wonderful hotel, nice staffs, sorted and safe parking. location of the hotel is awesome. Also the food is amazing at reasonable price. The only thing they need to improve the egg tarka preparation. 😄Next time will definitely stay here.

The hotel location is amazing, just 2 minutes away from the beach. The hotel is quite neat and well maintained. The only drawback is that they do not have Wi-Fi amenity and also there is not a good variety of channels to watch in TV. Overall our stay was good but the hotel receptionists need to be more professional, at the time of our checkout when we were asked to pay the Digha Development Charge they couldnt bring us any receipt of it, we paid the money but had no valid document / bill for it. And it was also a bit disrespectful from their side that they didnt tell us to visit them again out of courtesy while we were leaving.

Everything was good except the food quality..food quality was very bad otherwise very good hotel.

It was a 3 nights stay in My sea side hotel. Location wise its just 2-3mins walking distance from Digha beach. Very neat and clean room and washroom. Very cooperative and helpfull staffs. Restaurant food was too good. We took complementary breakfast. Different kind of breakfast was served each day.It was a very comfortable stay there. Strongly recommend.

Hotel Good,Location Great,Food Great,Hospitality Good, Only 1 point which I would like to see in future is WiFi in the hotel. The network connectivity in poor inside the room I am using Airtel Sim of W.B, therefore it would really help if there is a wifi available in the hotel. There are other hotels who are providing it in lesser cost rooms. However, that was the only miss I felt as I had some office work to do which I couldnt do due to poor network availability. Rest everything tick the right boxes, overall good stay, loved the place and will be back as soon as possible, given covid is gone. Thanks Mahek hotel for making our stay pleasant!

Very Friendly Staff. Tasty food in affordable price.If you choose a Side sea view standard AC Room, you could get a Good room but, only problem with Window ac which is fitted just beside the bed. It was very problematic.

Hotel Location is sea facing and near to beach , 2 minutes walking distance from hotel to beach. Rooms are all good. Room service was excellent. All types of cuisine are good. Room Booking and food price are fair and reasonable. Happy about to stay there and will surely visit again.

Overall experience was Excellent. The rooms interior decoration is amazing.front office associates like sou men was very polite and helpful in behavior. the housekeeping staff were really nice.the beach was a 2 minute walking from hotel.hotel was very nice and clean.only concern was that the room ventilation was not proper.rooms were not having any sea facing..all were side sea facing.the food in the restaurant was really delicious and tasty...will give 5 star for that.the last day(8th March) was a bit annoying from restaurant section..i called up restaurant for breakfast ..was asking him to send early..he said you checkout fast and go....he behaved in a bit rude manner which was not acceptable and it really shattered the image of Mahek.

I went last year in January at that time this hotel was well maintained, well behaved staffs and very good ambience. Two minutes walking distance from the New Digha sea beach and you can also enjoy the beach and sea from the hotel s balcony. Food was very tasty and the entire hotel was very clean and most importantly the price was moderately cheap with a very good service.

Great hotel, promt room service, staff behaviour was great, parking available for 2 and 4 wheelers. Hotel has its own resturant and lift. Outside food not allowed except packaged items. Drinking, smoking everything is allowed but only inside the room.

Very good condition of the rooms, neat andclean,regular housekeeping etc. Food was also very good at resonable price. Very good for family stay. They are very much voncern about our demand and also supplied the food on time. Meal for baby is also available.

It is just a budget hotel. Rooms OK, not bad. Room service is very good. Food at their restaurant is very good, though bit costly as compared to foods available outside in nearby restaurants. Main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is Located about 2 minutes walking distance from New Digha sea beach. Almost from all room balconies, sea view is available. Hotel has working lift. Inside decor of the hotel is good. Reception desk and the support staff are well mannered & quiet supportive. If you travel by your own vehicle, parking space is available in front of the hotel (On other side of the road). Hotel doesnot have their own parking arrangement.I visited during the peak season of Holi. Yes, I was charged double the room rent, but I am satisfied by their service & behaviour. Rooms are OK type, Our room had old model TV, Bathroom was not that clean, bed was of good quality, towel provided had stain marks, water was dripping out of the A.C.Overall, OK hotel. Can be managed for one / two days trip mainly because of its excellent location.Hotel Facilities : 6 out of 10.Food: 9 out of 10.Staff Behavior: 9 out of 10Location: 10 out of 10.

Beautiful hotel🏨

It was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean but washroom was not so clean. Towel was provided but no soap. No Room service was there for drinking water. No blanket provided for AC room. Service could be better.If you are with family and not fond of open alcohol drinking then should avoid this place, as I have seen people having drinks in balconies, even in reception area. Hotels staff rather stopping them are actually encouraging.

I liked the hotel as well as their services.... They were frank, decent and used to greet us in the morning and evening while going outside, this is smthng enjoying.. Moreover, I had opted for free brkfst facility in my booking, they used to serve the plates and send them into rooms and provide everything like we r eating in a hotel. People were nice. Services provided were nice, near to sea beach, if u opt for top floors u can see n feel the beach breeze too. Must choose I would say😊

Location wise great, couple of minutes walk & the lovely New digha beach .Food🍴 is tasty, (Bengali food special )Hotel staffs are cooperative.Room service prompt.Rooms are little small bit small for 3 adults.Overall the stay is absolutely value for money.

Excellent Hotel and StaffThis is one of the best hotels we stayed in. Room was standard. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. I definitely would stay at this hotel again

Excellent location, family hotel, clean , staff behaviour good..1 km distance from Digha Railway Station... Auto will take maximum Rs 50 for dropping from railway station to hotel... But main drawback is reaching to the beach opposite to the hotels in this area, as it is rocky consisting of large sharp stones... So very difficult for the old ppls and ladies for taking bath in sea...But another nearby beach namely Udaipur beach is there , which is plain sandy and comfortable for all aged ppls.

The location is good, hotel services and all other facilities are good. No extra Service charge for delivery food in your room. But you will find damp if you rent Non AC Room specially in Monsoon. For AC Room, its ok. Otherwise all over its fine. No problem for Unmarried couples also.

Hello, I stayed here in ±15 AugustActually Mahek and its all colinear hotels are situated on the first road after sea beach.. So, sea view is standardized here.. Needless to say, walking distance from the ghats used for sea bath.... very near to sbstc depot. Very near to station... its located in main market, safe, secured area... complementary bed tea is available here... Services provided here is very unique, attached in my photoIn a nutshell, experience is amazing from all points Hotel is located in prime location, dine facility available which is free of cost in case of room service, food is very much appreciated from price point as well as quality wise.. Room condition is very good, every room has sea facing balcony... I will definitely consider it for my next visit.

The hotel is ok , we had booked a deluxe room, but it was extremely small , with no view of the sea . We paid decently for it , hence basis that was not up to the mark . The room was clean and the linen good , the bathroom had a basin pipe which leaked water. At the reception, the guy taking the details during customer check in and check out , does not have basic customer services skill . if you share a problem with him, he starts defending immediately without even giving a patient ear . The food served during lunch ,was tasty and good though very rich ,the food at night was horrible . The dal tarka and dal makhani had a thick layer of oil over it and was sweet . when I discussed the same with the reception manager , he was very restricted with his response and mentioned its prepared like that only . overall not a good experience at all, there are many more better options at the rates we paid in new digha. One room service guy Bonshi, is a thorough professional and extremely courteous and helpful. He was what customer service should be , but the remaining have a lot to be desired , specially the front office manager.

The hotel is located just 100 meters away from the New Digha Sea Beach and just opposite the new market. The rooms are big enough with all the basic features. Cleanliness is good and the ambience is perfect. The manager and the staffs are very helpful. Food quality is better than average with reasonable price. Room price also is affordable for most of the travellers with wide variety of rooms from different price-range. However, there is a good scope to improve on the bathroom-kit, bed-sheet, pillow cover, TV etc. Overall experience is great.

Nice hotel with a nice location. If you stand your balcony you can watch sea. All staff attitude are good. Just one thing disappointed you that is Wifi. No Wifi facility are available in this hotel. Almost good hotel.

Very bad service all stafs are cheater

Rooms are good. Bathroom is good. But in bathroom there is no soap present. I have to asked for that twice. There is balcony available with the room from where we can see sea.Good environment. I saw an instance which feels good. One boarder taking alchohol in the room but hotel administrative said it was not allowed. So as per family I think we are in safe hands.

Clean rooms, clean washroom. clean balcony, big enough beds. All good. Food was also good. Overall our weekend outing was good. Highly recommended.

As per location is concern it is near from beach hardly 100 miters... Room is Excilent ...and clean... All support staffs are supportive.... Food is good but rate is very high.. as Example 1 PS Elish of Rs 200/-.....Tv is there but all Chanel are not available ...after complaining no one take prior action.

The location of the hotel is very good and the rooms are cheap. Room service staff are also polite. All the good things about the hotel stops here.We had a few issues with the rooms allotted to us regarding amenities. The reception and the manager did not provide any solution for the issues. Food in the restaurant is moderate but the sitting area is filled with flies and insects. The spoons were also not clean. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL.

We paid 3k per room for zero exceptional facilities. We booked 2 “delux rooms”, I’m yet to figure out what was delux but anyway. There was no fridge in one of the rooms, the fridge in the other room was barely working. There were almost no other channels available on television except the cable ones. There were multiple stains on bed sheets as well as duvet cover. And the list goes on...

I stayed there for 3days .. everything was good except the room which is too small for 3people ... And one more thing if you are checking out in the morning make sure you have cash they refused to talk online payments/ card ... And I really disliked one thing that is that charged me too much for the waterswhich I buyed from there.. they took 15 RS extra per bottle

This hotel is situated at a very good location in Digha. This is amongst first line of hotel after renovation of sea beach market. I personally stayed at room no 201 which had a clear sea view from room through a glass window & balcony. I believe room no 301 or 401 also should have better view as these rooms are in front. Coming to the food, I had dinner here for 2 days & to my surprise, it was really good in taste & felt really fresh. The manager was really polite & cooperated during our stay. They also provided free bed tea in the morning.The only bad part of this hotel is bathroom which are not well maintained & creepy unprofessional room service guys which is quite normal in digha.I will definitely come back to this hotel if given the same room.

The location is absolutely great. New Digha Sea Beach is a few walks away. Very poor service, with worst food quality

They will ring your bell at about 6.30 am to provide you bed tea. I think this service should be asked before providing. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Also from room boy to security guard, every body asks for tips.

I have no issue with the hotel ... Even beef lovers can stay in this hotel without any hesitation... Its having multi cuisine restaurent.. But the beach opposite to hotel is rocky and accidental prone...even the hotel is 200 mtrs away frm sea...

Good place to stay. Nice rooms but not clean enough. Food are not good all the time. A little costly that it should be. I paid for bed tea.
