I and my friends went there to have some Sushi and that place is known for Sushi. Three of us ordered different types of Sushi and decided to share.Let me start with the California Rolls. I had this many times and I knew it was good. It had Crab and Cucumber wrapped with rice and at the top, there was a salmon egg layer. It was soft and kind of squishy as it supposed to be.Tiger Roll Sushi was my personal favorite. It had shrimp andCucumber in the middle wrapped in the rice. There was also some kind of sauce as the toppings. I absolutely loved it. The Boston Rolls were also really good, it had the fried taste in them. There was cream cheese and shrimp is in the middle of the rice. All of the sushi was served with Soy Sauce, ginger, and wasabi for extra flavor. This place never disappoints me. Really liked all of their items. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who loves Sushi.

I tried lime chicken shumai and miso chicken dumpling. Both taste so good! Ill definitely take their delicious food again. The dumpling sauce they provided with the dumplings is tasty but a bit more salty than average. For the dumpling lovers - their dumplings are a must try!

A restaurant situated among many other eateries in Lalmatia. It is hard to find a quality sushi place or japanese/korean food restaurant here. But this place, no matter how small - truly delivers.Upon entering, we ordered an apple juice. Because they dont serve soft drinks there. The apple juice was made of real apples! Truly refreshing, sweet, slightly tangy.We ordered their maki roll platter, a gochujang fried chicken, panko crusted calamari rolls and a chicken ramen bowl.Every food was up to the mark. The maki rolls were fresh, size was good, and very filling yet very light. They serve their maki rolls with wasabi balls, pickled ginger slices and soya sauce. The sides go very well with the dish and the fact that they have kikkoman soya sauce in every table - is really impressive.The calamaris were very good - crunchy, chewy, slightly spicy. Could be one of the best calamaris out there.The gochujang fried chicken has to be a homerunner. Its sweet, lightly spicy, saucy yet very crunchy. Usually saucy wings or fries dont really have a crunch in them - but this one did and it really sets it to a whole new level.Now, the star of the show - the ramen bowl. Basically we went there because I was craving ramen all day and this bowl did not disappoint. The ramen was very generous in amount. The broth was very flavourful, sweet, savoury, spicy and salty. Also, the aroma was very nice. The chicken slices were also very delicious. The eggs on the topping were perfectly soft-boiled. To be honest, if we only took the ramen it would have been enough. It took a while to finish the whole bowl but finished it with great satisfaction.The only downside of this place will be - the interior. The interior looks so shabby that it was hard to believe this place could deliver hygienic, delicious food. But they maintained great hygiene in their servings (hope they maintain it). We asked for chopsticks for our sushi and ramen - and the chopsticks were clean. One chopstick had an issue though - but upon asking they immediately changed it.I hope they switch to a nicer, bigger place soon which has more than two tables in it.Definitely recommended. Specially for the Gochujang Fried Chicken.

Wouldnt recommend for shushi cause there are many more in town. Small cozy place love their dumplings and ramen.

Its an amazing place to eat Japanese food.

The value for money is very good. The place is compact but cozy. Do make a reservation before going as seats are very limited. I’ve been at this place multiple times and it’s pretty good for what it is. They’re food is extremely good. The sushi’s are delicious and authentic. I didn’t find any stink or anything bad about it. It was fresh and delightful. What I would say is that the bad part about this place is often things will be out of stock. On my every visit, something was out of stock. It could be tofu or anything in general. Also there service is extremely slow. They take an average of 25 mins to serve you your food even though there is no one else dining. Henceforth do look into addressing these.

We ordered the assorted maki roll from foodpanda. The rice was so bad: bland, in some sushi pieces tasted watery. Cucumber was the first filling I tasted after rice, means it was a majority of the filling. Only the cream cheese filling tasted alright, the rest was disappointing. I was really looking forward it *sigh* I dont see myself purchasing from them again any time soon...

The sushi needs more flavor. I tested only blend rice and nothing else. Safe your Money and go to another place.

The service was very satisfying. The food was affordable and delicious. They have a extensive range of foods and the atmosphere is homey.

Their ambiance is great, they take great care of customers. Loved their sushi items, didnt love the lemonade. Hope they make better lemonades next time. People should visit this place to taste great japanese items.

Hands down one of the body best place for having sushi at a low price. The California and Philadelphia rolls were amazing. Calamari fries were average and the ramen was really good. Gochujang chicken was delicious and a must try item. I highly recommend this place.

Really liked the Maki sushis. Nigiri sushi is not my thing. Their pricing is quite reasonable. Interior is really cozy, but Id appreciate if they had more tables in the non-smoking zone. If you are trying sushi for the first time, Id say go for the assort maki platter.

Wouldnt recommend for sushi junkies. Its a nice place for a cheap meal with friends however, but again, for an actual sushi experience there are way better places.

Both their food and service are completely top notch. I usually got them delivered home and as much as I enjoyed that, the one time I went to have food at the restaurant, I was amazed by how great their service is. They dont have much space in the restaurant and when I showed up, the entire place was packed, but, they agreed to take the food to the restaurant beside theirs as they had seats and I was supposed to get something from there as well. I have never seen any other restaurant serve at a different restaurant just for the convenience of the customer. The behaviour of the staff was amazing as well and, like I mentioned earlier, I never had that good japanese food in Bangladesh.

They have a great menu and variety of dishes. If you like sushi then try their assorted sushi platter. Other than that the pizza are worth trying. One of my fav platter is assorted maki platter. Slightly expensive but worth it.. They also have softy ice cream with different toppings. Choose ur best. They also use to have best cheese cake.. I dnt knw if its available anymore..

The best thing about the place was their cosy environment and good quality food. The portions were extremely good. Their shrimp fried rice and spicy garlic chicken was, arguably, the best two dishes I have had in dhanmondi when it comes to asian food. Howevere their gyatso lacked any flavour(had no seasoning) and could use a nice condiment to go with the dish. But, it was quite a fulfilling experience. I must also add the place is quite small but a friendly and warm staff make up for it greatly!

This is the best place for having Japanese Cuisine in Dhanmondi. The items are prepared with perfection giving the customers a real taste of japan.

We ate the biggest platter they were offering. It contained more or less the best dishes of their menu. But I, personally, didnt like their sushis. The garlic chicken was average, but others loved it. loved their tofu.

Food is good. Menu selection is great. Price is affordable. The place is small but cozy. In my opinion this place is really underrated.

I tried Ramen and Sushi there. Both of them were so good. Ramen was spicy, I liked the broth much (though the broth is not the actual one-Japanese Ramen made with). Sushi was well cooked.Both of the items test as same as I have experienced in Japan(Fukuoka and Tokyo-2019).Sitting arrangement is not so cool. They should change their AC.Family consists of 10+ members will not get a good environment for them.You can go their with your FnF. A good place to hangout. However due to lack of sitting arrangements, it would be better if you reserve your seats before going there.Arigatou gozaimasu.

I had the sushi boat and apart from the tempura lover which even the second one was meh, the others made my friend almost gag. Not gonna lie, I aint going back unless it thats tempura. The atmosphere was good and the service was good as well but the rice tasted old and the fish wasnt fresh unfortunately. They had a mint mojito which was good.

The food is actually pretty nice. The Matsuri bento and an order of mandu from Korean menu was quite filling for two.The beef and mushroom dishes in the bento were really salty, and you need the rice to make it edible. I recommend the sticky rice.I personally think that every dish should be good on its own and didnt like the necessity of rice to balance the saltiness. But yeah it was pretty good. Id give a 3.75, not a complete 4 out of 5. The pineapple shake/juice was delicious.Recommendable for affordable Japanese cuisine.

I dont know what Japanese food tastes like, but it was an worst experience. Had two dishes,1. Kanagawa Bento: Everything was tasteless+flavourless and cold. Nothing feels like fresh.2. Oka-Sans Ramen: Ramen was okey. It was hot, aroma was good, well garnished and texture was appealing, but 700tk was not worth it.The place was informal, overpriced, even the beverages was awful.So not recommend for new people. I dont know why other peoples are recommending this place.

WORST sushi I have ever HAD. The food was EXTREMELY TERRIBLE. It was bland and the taste was disgusting. I will never recommend this place-not even to my WORST ENEMY! I ordered their food from a delivery site called ‘foodpanda’ and there I asked them for some extra sauce but they didn’t include it at all. It honestly felt like they gave less sauce than their usual amount. Really disappointed. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE-WASTE OF MONEY!

Sushis taste is worst. They do not follow perfect recipe of Japanese sushi. In tuna sushi of this restaurant you do not a slice of tuna. Atmosphere is not attractive and it does not represent anything about japanese or sushi. Price is high according to foods quality and taste.

VERY poor service. Took them an hour just to get the change of the bill. Portion of food is also very less compared to the price. The food is okay, not upto the mark.

Amazing food, and a really good environment. Must tries include Okasans Ramen, Tempura Lovers, Boston Roll, High-Fi Pizza, and their Apple Pie Gyoza!Side note: awesome place for a munchies run. Just make sure to call ahead and place your order, so that they can have them prepared when you arrive!

Ordered a sushi boat, literally nothing served was fresh. I could not rate one bit of Japanese in their sushi rolls as they were all mostly filled with mayonnaise. For BDT 2000, all of it was definitely not worth it. There are also no soft drinks available, and the other drink selection is also not so good.Waiters are nicely behaved and the place is a little small, which is fine but the food really made me dislike the place.

I have taken the 🍣 which to some extend I feel is not bad. However, you may find something better for the price or a bit more.

I hadnt had sushi since a long time. But then I discovered this place. I ordered the great sushi boat and it was amazing. The Salmon and Maguero Nigiri were a little unfresh, but the California Rolls and pretty much the rest were quite delicious.

TBC delivers excellent food for reasonable prices. It only lacks in space and quality of service.

The ramen was pretty good. But didnt like the hidden charge.

The food is definitely good, but the experience there was horrible. I go there time to time. Today, they didnt have their regular fishcake for seafood ramen. So they gave a half sized substitute fishcake for the ramen. And didnt address the issue. Then my friend and I asked TBC about it and TBC said they had run out of the fish cake. Then we asked for two more pieces of fish cake. As two pieces of the given fishcake were the size of the regular fishcake.They didnt have the beef for beef udon as well. They were being really unprofessional in the kitchen and talking loudly, enough for me to hear that they were talking about my order and that something was wrong. And lastly the nail to the coffin was, their card swipe machine wasnt working either. So I had to walk to an ATM booth to cash out and pay them.
