Driver and Staff Behavior is not up to the mark..on the middle of the long journey (Gorakhpur-Delhi) diesel is not available as per resultant the bus was stopped 2 hours .. what a poor management. apart from this bus is in good condition.

I booked their bus on the behalf of my Sister from Del- Kushinagar. She was traveling from Meerut to Delhi to board this bus. when she reached at the station she got to know that they cancelled the bus and ask her to board any other bus from Akshardham and advised to go there.This was really frustrating and annoying when you reach at station after 3 hrs to ride to Delhi and came to know that bus got cancelled.They even did not bother to inform passengers prior to journey start time. When called they behaved very rudely and did not care to answer any questions despite they were laughing.Im attaching the bus timing and the cancelled email copy which I received 30 mins prior to the journey start time.I request all to do not use this bus service at all. Really bad experience.

I have booked tickets for a lady.she goes on time.But bus kept standing all the night and upto 10 am in the day, at last bus staff said that bus will not go.please go to respective places.Neither confirmation message nor mail of bus cancellation after 24 hours.Money also not received yet.

Worst service provider forever . I booked ticket from Delhi to Deoria and reached at boarding point 1 hour before to take bus. I called more than 100 times on given number where is bus when it will I am standing on stop , but not buddy picked up call even I sent text msg. But end of the moment bus came I given hand to stop there are my booking from Delhi to Deoria and ran behind bus to board. They didnt stop bus to board. Conductor opened his bus gate and looked at to me not stop bus and gone.Full night i tired to search alternative.But I didnt get help from bus service even money .So think before booking , its my real experience to I faced.

I booked (2 tickets) the ticket on 1st April 2021 for traveling on the date of 6 May due to some personal reason i am not going to travel, when i tried to cancel (28 April 2021) the ticket it is showing that it will not cancel because as per policy this is not concealable ticket.My query is- ye kasi policy hai jaha aaap ticket cancel nahi kar sakte, jaha ticket cacel karne ek bhi rs wapas nahi milegabaki jo sabko pata hai wo hai ki ticket cancel karnge agar time se pahle to kuch kat ke return jarur milega lekin zero milega asa nahi hota haiwahi mera dusra ticket return ka tha dusre bus service ka wo 100% mera ticket ka charge within few second mere account me aa gayathis is totally not acceptable i want my money to be returned jo normal deduction hota hai wo karo i dont have any problem.
