I booked my vacation to Goa with Go Travels and they booked me at a hotel where the room was disgusting, smelled like somebody puked there and then refused to help me out in any way. I even offered to pay more money to get a better hotel but Mr. Prashant Rastogi, the owner outright refused. I ended up having to get a different hotel myself for all the 4 days of the trip and had to pay double the amount. They didnt issue us any refunds saying that its there policy, even though we didnt stay for a single day at the hotel that we paid for and the hotel never got the money from them either. So basically they kept all the money for the hotel booking in their pocket. The dates on my booking were January 7-10, 2014 and the hotel was Alor Resorts. I have the original hotel voucher and a letter from the hotel stating this in writing if a proof is needed for this review.
