Sleeper bus was comfortable . Thanks for the good service but try to dont change the schedule once we have booked it online. but overall great service the person who was manages all these things had helped us and informed prior us at least.

Very Bad service they had took the passenger over delhi fir sleeper (AC) nd from rudrapur they change their normal roadways bus.. Very poor quality service.. Never board..

Over crowded bus, In 1 cabin of 2 sleeper seats 4 to 6 passangers travell. Wested 5 hours in unnecessary halting. 18 hrs journey took 24hrs.

Never book with mahalaxmi, they are goons. Their office manager behaved with me and my female friend as we were waiting for taxi in front of their office. We travelled from haldwani to delhi with mahalaxmi, they stop at their moradabad office for hours. We deboarded at red fort office and he started fighting with us yaha bheed mt lgao aage jaake kro cab book and it was 3 am.

I have booked their 11.30 PM slot from Delhi to Jaipur and I have reached the location at around 11 PM so that I can be ontime. But the bus arrived at 1.30 AM after waiting for 2 and half hours from their scheduled time. During these two hours they kept fooling us by making different stories and they kept misbehaving also I hope they are trained for that or maybe its their routine job. Whatever, but I had worst experience in dealing with these guys and the way they kept making stories. I wont choose them in future.

I was travelling to jaipur and booked a seat with mahalaxmi travels.Expected bus arrival time was 2:15 AM but bus didn’t arrived till 3:30.Waiting room was full of mosquitoes and there were no mosquitoes killer something so I asked the staff to turn on the AC at-least but they didn’t.

Staff was not good. They was always in mood for argument or doing misbehave even not following COVID-19🦠😷 rule , no one wearing mask no Senetizer ....... In future I will not advice or suggest any other to travel by mahalakshmi transport.

Pathetic bus service. rude staff, bus was late by 8 hrs, cockroaches in the bus, ac not working and many more. Mahalaxmi people if you r reading this I would suggest you to stop you services and ride battery rickshaw. Most importantly all the 5* reviews are fake I can bet on it

It is nice but timings are not well as mentioned there.Both were deferent.We have to wait for two hours for getting the bus.

Managing staff was very unprofessional and was fighting with passangers. The luggages and bags were not safe. Greedy behaviour had shown.

This travel bus original timing is 2:15 am on 31st october, I booked tiket at rs.945,I am waiting at mahalaxmi travels redfort parking area. But bus was not at this time, wait for 3:30 am. Bus was not come, I go to another bus, pls give my 945 rupees

I booked bus through red bus and chose my borading point as Mahalaxmi travels and I had one extra sac with me 20 kg...and they asked 1000 Rs for that....I became irritated....I said for passenger it is 900....and luggage 1000....I said cancel my ticket,,,they said no refund will be given.....I was totally disappointed and disheartened by their behavior...the man at mahalaxmi travels said....If you cant pay better throw your luggage.....This kind of behaviour....in helpless condition...I had to pay...just want to make money..when i talked to conductor...he said we charge rs 300 for this,..but since you are on booking...your amount will be through agent only....and his commision is 500.....Will Never travel with mahalaxmi or milan travels......

Please don’t book this travel agent as they have no idea when there bus is coming , talking with stupidity to customers, even delay of 40 minutes they have no idea when the bus will come .Previously it was good but now it became worst .
