The butter onion rava masala dosa & paper masala dosa was really delicious !!Staff was also polite and interactive.

The butter masala dosa was good 🙂 3 varieties of Chutney, coconut, Tomato and Pudina lends the touch of the Hotels in Tamil Nadu. Didnt like the Sambar much, but it was decent enough to taste nonetheless. They dont serve rice here in case youre looking for a Thali. They offer another kind of platter with the dosa and idly combos instead.Suggestion: Yes, vibes indeed. Appreciate the intent of having banana leaves as paper mats for the feel; but please get reusable washable versions of them done. It would be good to reuse and reduce paper waste.

Amazing food, earlier I was used to visit Udupi,I just visited today. Found delicious and healthy food. Complete taste of South Indian. I really appreciate their services and decorations. I recommend every person to visit and have the taste of real south indian taste.

Wonder why all portion sizes are becoming smaller and tiny? When I was young sambar was served in large donga and all sauces in bowls. Now do u notice microscopic size of sambar and sauces. No doubt when asked for, more was served. All restaurants have to provide value for money

A place that’s guaranteed to satiate ones South Indian cravings. If you’re in Dehradun and looking for good South Indian food in a neat environment this is the place to be. Their Sambar and chutneys compliment the main dish perfectly. I personally loved the Uttapam which was done to perfection- soft and fluffy with a golden crisp finish!

It is a very nice place to enjoy South Indian food with your family. This place is very Hygienic and food tastes awesome. And the music.. they play mantras and classical music in a low volume which gives typical south indian vibe.And its also pocket friendly. So overall , it was a nice experience for me.

The restaurant itself is designed in a very sophisticated manner and gives you a feeling of tranquility, and to top the ambience, is the food served by them. I like South Indian food but where ever I have eaten the dosa, I have never eaten the sambar because I dont like the spice mix normal restaurants use to make sambar. But South Indian Vibes offers you authentic sambar with flavours that are very subtle on your palette. Their welcome drink of Rasam and Papad make you believe that you have chosen the restaurant well and you are going to have good food. Though everything was beyond the mark, I didnt like their coconut chutney. It was not having any flavour and lacked seasoning. But I reckon if the coconut chutney would also have been good, I would have had a perfect evening. Definitely recommend to try the food.

With most of their chefs leaving in the pandemic, half of the items are not available now. What s available, the standard has gone down. Customer service s good. Ambience s good.. But that authentic taste s missing.

The welcome drink which is complimentary already makes you want more. The upam was great too. The must place to visit for all the south indian dishes lover here in dehradun. The paper dosa is the biggest dosa of the place. The ambiance is well maintained and the staff is the kindest and sweetest of any place I have been too. The sambhar and chutnies are to die for.

Experience with south Indian vibes is not good, the quality of food has deteriorated, had lunch today, in masala dosa uncooked tomato was served, which is not the ingredient of cooked potato for masala dosa. Secondly, in sambhar only pumpkin is being added, and drumsticks are totally absent. Even on general informing the staff añd being specific about drumstick only a single small piece of drumstick in sambar was served..Not a single piece of curry leaves was served and the food seemed deprived of it.This is has been repeated from last many months and every time the the staff has been informed and suggested to improve. Very sad there is no improvement.The owner has told us that he cannot address the complain and this is the best he can serve.

Parking of two Wheeler near hotel is fine, but car and tempo parking is very tough...Traffic police is very strict in dehradun, if you are voiliting rules then you need to pay a lot of amount...First he will serve with rasam and regular South Indian meals with poori or chappati ☺

Hi, so we visited this place during our short stay in dehradun. I must say the hospitality was super nice. The staff is very sweet and kind. The best dishes we tried were masala dosa, veg uttapam, filter offer, dahi vada. All the dishes were as per the south indian actual taste standard.Loved it.P.S - In this time of pandemic all precautions and sanitization were taken care and they even gifted us sanitization small pack. 👍😎
