Extremely bad service for the price paid. No water in shower and taps despite complaining about it 4 times.Food is pretty average too. Buffet menu in the breakfast does not have much options and is almost same everyday.I would never visit this so called 4 star property again.

Nice hotel, airy rooms, courteous staff. The breakfast is also nice with a decent spread. Location is fantastic, 5 mins from ghantaghar. Everything is a stones throw away.

Beware before booking this hotel online. Hotel manager told me upfront that he will cancel the total paid booking also in marriage seasons. Unethical and not reliable hotel .They can cancel your booking anytime if they get some marriage booking .Dont waste your money on these selfish people.They dont care for you ..they just want to make extra money and can cancel your booking any time.

Right in the heart of city! Awesome location. Good food and good rooms. Overall a good hotel for a small place like Dehradun. Just make sure that your rooms are far from service area else there can be some noise related disturbances

A decent place but don’t go if you were called by Holiday Club for free dinner and Free vacation offer. They will try to sell their holidays package membership and also they won’t even ask you for dinner if you won’t purchase it. Pathetic experience. Wasted my 1.5 hours.

The property & rooms are not upto the standard of the price tariff being charged. The food quality was very good though. 3 stars for the price being charged.

Very limited services were available during stay. Even cable TV was not working despite my reminders. As my stay was inclusive breakfast but there was no choice or options. Only one main item was available. Otherwise room was clean and good.

Very good hotel in dehradun. Nice clean rooms available. 4 BMW CARS AVAILABLE IN HOTEL. Hes dropping and pickup our customer in bmw. Main hotel location was good Reliance Trend and Brand Factory near in Hotel Ramada.

Very tasty food but very costly also. Approx. 2000 for two people. Dont forget to try their brownie with ice cream in dessert.

From Hotel Nivesh to Surbhi Palace and now Ramada…I must say the upkeep and maintenance is simply fantastic. The restaurant is good. Rooms are ok…do need some finishing work. Staff is prompt and very polite. 👍

It is one amongst few good choices for stay in Dehradun. The suit rooms are spacious with good facilities including hot water tub with jacuzzi. Upscale amenities are available in room. Clean and well stocked.Staff is helpful and courteous.Restaurant reasonable. Buffet breakfast is a good start for day.

Nice and courteous staff, Location is is not on Rajpur Road but not too far - approx 3 kms , Rooms are at par unless you book suites, theyre really great.Their Restaurant has a nice variety of food and drinks. Pool was Ok, though we didnt use it because of the weather, its always poring in Dehradun and its an outdoor facility. Gift shop is not good, always closed and not much to buy their either.Best part was the cleanliness and service- prompt And upstanding.All in all a great place if your planning for a vacational stay.

Suite rooms can be maintained better.Not worth a suite . Its a studio kind of suite not exactly suite . Bed comforters are not that clean . Never order food outside plz Ramada will not allow that or y will have to go to the road to collect it . Only brand name RAMADA Nothing worth it . Room heater they provide seperate as the duct doesnt work . Too small bathroom . One nice thing is the Jacuzzi .

Extremely friendly staff, polite and helpful. Everything requested was provided almost immediately. Ensured that we have an amazing experience. Their ameylia mocktail is to die for. The food service was great and everything was cooked to perfection.

Very friedly staff. Rooms, beds and toilets were very neat and tidy.

During my stay at Ramada, I noticed that the quality of food was good and the cleaning was being done as per COVID protocols. Also, the staff was polite to guests.However, the team had to be informed multiple times, on multiple occasions, for delivering water or food. Furthermore, the staff did not control the noise limits in the hotel at night, leading to loud noises from the hallway post midnight, causing tremendous disturbance to the guests.

Ramada, Dehradun is a hotel where you can all the facilities accessible to everywhere you want to go, its a luxurious property if you want to be in the centre of Dehradun you can have a good stay there, just 1km from there you will get the big famous market of Dehradun,Paltan Bazar is a great place to shop out for yourself.

The roof top gives the best views of the city. Great food and ambience

Needs to take care of sanitizing the luggage once anyone checks in. Food is good, house keeping is prompt but they need to be careful to ensure that towels etc are spotless.

We were a group of 4 at the cafe we asked for the menu then they didnt mention any items which are not available so after we had decided what to order ( some cappuccino, cafe mocha and brownie). Now we were told they dont have cafe mocha then we decided to order cold coffee and specifically asked less sugar/no icecream but it turned out to be bad decision as it was insipid so a bit disappointed with the coffe experience at a cafe. Ambience is good and staff is courteous

Ramada hotel in Dehradun is the best hotel in four star category having 24 hrs coffee shop, restaurant , roof top restaurant and banquet hall for catering need of general public. It is busiest hotel in terms of service, occupancy , food and cleanliness. Staffs are very courteous and professional. I enjoyed my 15 days stay here in the month of May 2019.

One of the worst experiences at Ramada Dehradun.Parking is congested. My car 7398 was dented in its parking by staff or some other car not sure, and the rude parking staff did not accept it. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.If you stay, keep car key with yourself, dont give it to parking staff and park in a secluded place.

Interesting, palatable food and courteous staff. Wide variety of items on the menu. I ordered some version of fish and prawns, Tomato, basil soup and green corn soup, peach ice tea and Coconut panacota. High on taste but also high on prices.

Staff is very cooperative specially azra ,ganesh and harish.food is very good. Property has lot of service issues, they did not allot us room on time , even though we were checking in late. Ac was a big disappointment we had to change room at 1:00 am. There are other better properties like four points, madhuban and sarovar portico who offer better rates and even better services.

Fine hotel.Excellent service.Front office team led by Ms Sajal was terrific in helping with room booking etc since I was a walk in.The hotel room rate at the front desk was beyond by budget.

Its a very beautiful place, rooms are well appointed , clean , most importantly ,the staff esp at reception is exceptionally good , I had a family emergency ,and had to return immediately ,just as I checked in , they were very very helpful , comforted me , helped to arrange transport , made sure I had tea biscuits , also packed me fruits , muffins and sandwiches for onward journey ,all this when I was so deeply worried and occupied ,also checked on me if I had reached my destination safe ,.I think this is true Indian hospitality, out of manuals and rulebooks .this is not just a job this is true humanity ..I would love to go back , and stay there , for some days

Small rooms, small function halls, more of a hype.

The stay was nice. Many of the amenties like the spa and the pool were not operational due to COVID. The breakfast was ok too.

We got the smoking rooms as ours was a last minute booking. THe place is plush and the lobby says Opulence. The outdoor seating was nice and the window seat in the rooms is a fun idea. The exp was mostly contactless and the service/staff was wonderful

Rooms are avg if its a layover, food is expensive for the standards of ramamda as well as dehradun. They keep the ac on heat during jan months so even if u feel hot u cant turn on the ac.
