The location is the plus point of this hotel and they provide early check-in without any hassle. The staff was polite and they are ready to help you with everything. They have limited menu items though the food was good. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hotel is approx 300 metres from railways station while paltan bazar is just 2 min walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to the other travelers.

If you need accommodation near Dehradun railway station, this is a good choice as its just 3-4 mins walking distance from the station. The rooms are good and clean. The bed sheet was a negative for me as I didnt find it very clean. Otherwise the room is well furnished and has a working television set too. Free WiFi but the Wifi signal in my room would vary greatly and disconnect many times. Hot water is available in the tap only during certain morning hours. But the staff was kind enough to provide me with a bucket of hot water late evening on request, free of charge. The hotel food (delivered to room) was very good in taste and quantity and also for the price! I ate aloo paratha+dahi+achaar+tea combo for just 80 INR. They charge 30 INR for a bottle of one litre mineral water. The staff is kind, helpful, prompt and punctual.To visit the clock tower, just take a share auto from outside the hotel in 7 INR only. From the clock tower you can walk back to the hotel (2-3km) via the Paltan Bazaar. There are a lot of shops and stalls in this Bazaar, including ban tikki wala!

That was ok ok experience... Affordable price makes you easy.. but expensive food menu and prohibition of outside food in hotel not makes good. The bed was so dirty and bed cover was clean and have no lock.🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

Hotel price was too cheap as compared to other hotel. Their service was too friendly as well as very good and the best part is anyone can keep their bags even after check out under staff monitoring. They don’t even charge for that.

This hotel provides costly services compared to Milan. I would prefer Hotel Milan over this. Quality of rooms in Milan are good and services too. Quality of rooms is poor in Hotel Grand. Location is fine. Both are side by side.

Worst place to stay. Everything is in poor condition. I was on a college trip and in the bathroom there was not even a wash basin and the flush was not working. The floor was completely filled with dust and the mattress and the bed were in a poor condition. It was my horrible stay ever.
