Experience was good...staff helpfull and according to price best hotel

Hell hotel of Dehradun. Tasteless food staff found Rude & non cooperative. Too much expensive & just wastage of your money. Not recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel

The staff did not get us a room as they could not track my record booked in advance. they kept us waiting for 1 hr. there was not hot water initially even for bath. no maintenance of covid rules. the entire dehradun town is not worried of covid. the hotel staff no one worried a mask.

Nice hotel in your budget with Great Available facilities.I stayed around 2 & a half month. Really it was nice experience.

Located at a prime location, this hotel provides value for money. Their staff is friendly and helpful, the way hotel staff should be. Neat and clean rooms, good service. Only let down was power failure and no back up for quite sometime.

Cons:Unclean rooms.Unclean food utensils.Wall clock that does not work.They have heaters which do not function. And if they work room electric supply goes off.Smelly beds.No towels in room.No water glasses and drinking water provided.Expect noisey neighbors. I am quite happy with their services. their owner Samar made our stay quiet easy... since we were visiting someone in hospital.if there is any issue with cleanliness, talk to them and get it resolved rather than showing high headedness.... they have been quite reasonable n good with us. thankful

Dehradun is a cold city and they dont have gyser in both 900 and 1200 room pls check with them if you need a gyser to have bath anytime of the day other wise you need to ask them to bring hot water also the rooms are too small there is not much big difference in the size in 900 and 1200 room if you getting the 1200 room you can get better options than there pls consider at least 2-3 hotels

Have stayed for 1 night with my family.. rooms are costly but not properly cleaned , stinky washrooms, on top of that no hot water as they are having solar geyser system so you wont get hot water at night except morning time.. and they will not tell you this thing before check in.. poor attitude of staff their manager will not come to listen your problem even calling several times.. not recommended at all...

The hotel stay is very nice..The hotel staff is very helping and friendly.Location is very good,Near ISBT, Railway Station and Mussoorie bus stand.On road and peaceful stay.The room required some miner repair like water tap, light switches and door locks..The hotel restaurant service is some costly other than market restaurant.Best economy and nice hotel.Over all the stay is very comfortable.Thanks Hotel Doon Residency..

Awesome place to stay I really liked place hospitality

We stayed there on 21st and 22nd of this month. When we arrived there and saw the rooms and shower wasnt clean and didnt have towels and shower kit. Then they organized that. Next day Morning we ordered breakfast around 9am and got it around 9:45am and it wasnt complete we spoke to the manager and then he sorted out. Before leaving we asked for fresh towels and the lady said you will get it whenever you come back. We came back around 10:30pm and asked for fresh towels the guy said the dont have anymore. And the guests next door was playing music very loud and shouting i complained about two times and didnt got anyone to sort it out. All over it was a waste of money and time. I suggest to all who are reading dont stay there. Room wasnt clean n Showers wasnt clean either. We didn got clean towels n we didt got break fast on time.

I booked executive room and trust me it is below standard category.I changed my room 3 times ,in my first room pot and jet wasnt working,In 2nd room washbasin wasnt working and the room service guy told me that I can use the tap by using the tap below the washbasin (main connection). in ny 3rd room washbasin was moving plus the washbasin tap was not working properly like normal.Room was full of dampness..I get to change my room because i complained avout them to goibibo.ONE MORE THING I WANT TO MENTION.There is no hot water facility in room and when i asked them for hot water firstly room service guy said its night (8 pm) so solar water heater is off you can use water imulsion rod and make hot water by your own.Third thing this property is goibibo certified but doesnt meet any of it standard.Not recommended at all.

Location is good.Property is good.But maintenance is an issue.Very slow service, dirty pillow, dirty walls of wash room.No hot water available.But lady at reception is well mannered & soft spoken lady.

Nice big hotel for average commuters. Well located and connected near Prince Chowk and District Court. A bit old fashioned but full of all amenities. Dont expect very large rooms, they are just spacious enough for all the stuff and some walking space. Hotel staff is good but a bit lethargic, you need to ask even for your basic needs. However they are quick to respond.

A very good hotel at that price. Bathrooms were clean, service was good. In house restaurant is decent but there are also plenty of eateries around. Remember to carry an adhar with you as they insist on it.

Not a great place. Much better options are. If you can try and go to better hotel near ghanta ghar. The balcony door in my room did not have a lock and was swinging open had to block it using a chair at nightVery Dirty room. They did not clean it properly. There was some renovation work going on and had to keep my stuff in colleagues room.

We reached Dehradun after 8 hour long journey having 4 hours ahead of us to catch the next train to Delhi.We were tired and hungry, found this Hotel in our search for some place to relax and eat.The hospitality offered here was simply amazing, the food was finger licking good.(Do try their Mushroom Cabana and garlic naan)Also we were 9 of us having dinner and a full 3 course meal cost us less than 2000 which was a bit of a surprise.Also the owners were very kind to let us wait back for over an hour even after our meal was over.Its definitely my must visit place whenever Im in Dehradun.

The staff on reception will behave good till you check in..... they will promise you, but there is hot water problems... poor service... they will not resolve your problems... so look for different option

Good hotel in budget.

Too much below average. No hot water in rooms, tasteless tea, coffee. Vegetarian food appears to be dream. Room service and house keeping is almost nil. Really bad experience. Better to avoid this hotel. Instead, stay in Mussoorie is better.

Hotel was good, parking facilities were good. I went their for a seminar. They conduct it really well . Their was enough room for more than 50 people at one hall. Their were 2 seminars going on at the same time in the same hotel.Its on a very good location. Near the railway station so if any person has a train after. A day or later than this hotel will be the best choice for him. you can fin this hotel on any app also like make my trip and others.if you want to go to mussorie or any other place in dehradun you can book their cab also.

I really had a bad experience with the rooms. Firstly, a paint job had been done recently and we received a room with wet paint. Moreover, the bathrooms were extremely dirty with litter, all around. The floors were unclean, the switch board was faulty and broken. They bedsheets were unclean and unhygienic. I would literally want to have a refund for the poor services provided.

Best place at affordable price

This hotel is situated at aprime location of dehradun also near the railway station. The c&c restraunt of the hotel has delicious food and affirdable drinks. I had a wonderful experience .

The staff is very cooperative

The most irritating part is that there were bed bugs so i was not able to sleep even for a minute. and telephone present was also dead not working and even tv provided was not working.it was my worst experience...

It was very worst stay I had ever. Bathroom was not clean and the tap was running all the time there was wasting of water and blanket was so dirty that I told him to change that but I dint get that changed one and there was a low quality TV and there was nothing for hand wash nor for body wash so please take action about it and bed was also very dirty it was not comfortable for sleep and even there was no towel facility in the room and no water for drinking it was really a bad stay so I want to claim about it and they have very bad facilities for stay

They have got worst Air conditioned rooms ever. Photos seemed to be good on internet but the reality is something different. Room service is very poor. Bathrooms arent maintained properly. Not a good place at all to live.

One of my worst experience in Dehradoon. The hotel need not be that expensive for its location or the hospitality they serve. I used the bars and the staffs were very biased. All the Negative rating is for the behavior. All what they earn is for the food, which was good, specially the Chinese cuisines

Well hotel doon regency is kind of old building hotel. At heart of city got 2 rooms @ 1444/- (exec non-ac 2018) which was quite cheaper than rest. Bathroom too looks old.... Bedsheets clean... But mattress are thin so not so comfy for few... Room furniture is cramped....

C7nstruction work is going on so understand that place is not that clean but atleast keep the rooms hoti mark..bed pillow is smelling
