I have no idea how this hotel is given a 5 star rating. This place is nothing but average and is overpriced as hell. Look for good deals online and only if you can find one...then think of staying here.

Excellent hotel , The rooms were clean , very comfortable and the staff was amazing. Someone who is looking for banquets,Rooms together than there is no replacement for this hotel. The best part is their food. Staff members are polite and very humble, they went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I called Mr. Vinit in July end and requested him to send quotes for a two day wedding function at the hotel. When I called him after 7 days, I got no response from him. Till date I have not received the same from him. Seriously, sometimes the staff ruins the reputation of a valuable heritage!

The only thing that can turn you off about the stay is its location. Otherwise, its a pretty property. Unfortunately, we had to deal with some construction noises as they are apparently adding a floow but apart from it, they will surely provide you a smooth and lovely experience

The room allotted to me (Room No 223) was very small. Air conditioning did not work properly. Even after calling for the mechanic, the fault could not be addressed. it seems the hotel does not bother much for the guests which are booked through portals. overall a very average experience despite paying such high cost. I do not recommend this hotel for leisure travelling on the following counts:-1. No scenic view of surrounding areas. 2. Away from the main town and tourist attractions. 3. very small room size and bathroom. 4. Poor customer service support by hotel staff.

First star hotel in Dehradun. Well appointed rooms, large banquet halls with green space all around. Has a small swimming pool.

We arranged for brothers marriage in this hotel on 26th June 20201. It was the worst experience ever. I would never recommend anyone to arrange a marriage/family function at this place. ACs didnt work. Guests kept sweating, low grade food, very less serving staff for marriage function, guests kept waiting for snacks/drinks to be served. Only one washroom was available for a large gathering. Despite raising it multiple times with the manager, they didnt do anything about it. And, they kept on saying AC is not working. Not a value for money option for any function. There is no option to put -10 stars for rating hence giving a better rating (1 star) 😊. They dont have any back up for support in emergency. So, if you want to spend sleepless night feel free to stay/visit here 😃 Any local banquet would have done a better arrangement. Thank you Sarovar for your service.

Attend a marriage on 26 June 2021, poperty location and food was ok ok but service especially AC in hall was very poor and after reminding staff for the same they were not upto the mark. Poor air conditioning destroy the charm of wedding. No No this is not a 5-4 star. Dont recommend anyone for wedding or any ceremony.

For a five star rated hotel, many things were lacking.Smeared carpet when entering the room.Flush not working properly. Room decor not maintained.No dental kit provided (when asked, was given)Breakfast was decent, but omelet was covered in oil. Seyfert sarovar premiere is an amazing place to to stay its a five star hotel I would say its a Nice hotel with posh rooms, courteous staff, tasty food, and prompt service you will get fully satisfied over here with the services.I would like to rate their service a five-star. I was travelling back from Dehradun and I needed to use the washroom, I asked the person on the reception (sorry dont remember the name) and he directed me for the same (he was very humble though I just wanted to use the loo). THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL !!!Location - Out of city, reaching to Rajpur road will take a good 50 mins during evening time..Rooms - Fine and spacious, but had to call for toiletries, tea cups, water bottles, bathroom slippers, didnt expect so much back and forth for such items in a 5 star, the room where I stayed, had a Farm and some local shop facing view...Breakfast - Very limited options..Building - Very average, also top floor under renovation. Lifts are cramped, limited stuff in gym2 nights stay was around 9K, definitely not worth it at all..

This place is not as good now as it was 2 years ago. Earlier it deserved 5 star but now just 2.Problems : The rooms are not in good shape and not maintained properly.Food : Not hygienic.Seems to be an after effect of Covid 19.

Room was ok. The bathroom door didnt close. No food/drinks menu in the room had to ask. Couple of Power points didnt work. If was staying for more than 1 night would have definitely switched rooms. Breakfest was decent.

Arvind and his team are thorough professionals. They not only made our stay pleasant but also ensured they made us feel special on our honeymoon with a simple bed decor . The breakfast needless to say has a nice spread suiting everyones taste buds. We being egg lovers took complete advantage of it. Despite our return being early morning , Arvind was kind and accommodative enough to arrange a packed breakfast for us . We thank Seyfert Sarovar Premiere for their hospitality.

This is what I called a hotel and staff. Rooms are nicely clean and decorated. One of the best hotel where I stayed till now. I booked room threw goibibo with breakfast and the breakfast is like a proper lunch there. Everything I can imagine in a breakfast that is present there. Juice was fresh and natural. Every item serve by them are very tasty and uniquely made. Garden was very clean and nicely maintained. Recommend to everyone who should go there atleast try once.

Well, I attended a marriage function here. So my review is more from food and the decor perspective. This hotel is a beautiful piece of property. The grandeur is awesome. The food is scrumptious and the service is equally amazing. Highly recommended for grand parties.

The overall stay was good. I visited Dehradun with my friends and enjoyed the stay. The food served was nice. My recommendation to hotel owner is to cover the car parking with a shed to give shelter during sunny and raining seasons. We stayed just for a night and visited Rajpur Road for lunch and Robbers Cave for an outing spot.

Service is very slow.Had to wait for 30 mins for morning Tea and at last surprised to get cold tea.After returning still found it on the final bill.Asked for desert after dinner buffet, told me to wait for 10 mins. After half an hour of wait got response that its over. At least have the curtesy to inform.Ambience is niceLocation is out of the city.

I stayed here for 3 nights last week and had a wonderful experience.Ambience: the place was peaceful and quiet, even though there was an ongoing wedding reception on their property, we could hardly hear/see anything. Many five-star properties do not provide this experience and one can hear the noise till the party wraps up.Service: I must say that one of the best service that I have experienced up until now. The staff was courteous and very accommodating.Food: Dinner and breakfast were the 2 meals we ate at the hotel. The food was fresh, and delicious.For breakfast however the Idli-sambhar wasnt quite good and the puri-sabzi was a little lack-lustre. The other options were all tasty.Amenities: since we were on a packed schedule we did not get to enjoy the gym and swimming pool, although both looked quite inviting.one suggestion to the team would be include a spa on their property, so that weary travellers can be comforted.Room: the rooms were comfortable. Although I do have an issue with the bedspread: it wasnt soft and thus felt very uncomfortable.All in all a nice stay.

I will give full rating to this hotel. It is indeed a very nice hotel. very courteous staff. Since we reached early around 11 am, the staff was nice to allow us early check in. Throughout the stay, any need with respect to Wifi, house keeping, room service etc. were promptly attended within minutes. Breakfast was really nice and the spread was really good. Stay was really comfortable and nice. I will give 5 star for the facility and stay. If I may, I will give one more additional star for the courtesy of the staff. They really treat the customers as king and queen.nothing. keep up the good work.

Attended a amway meeting here and I loved this place. They have velet parking for about 80 to 100 cars, inside environment is clean, they have a big hall good for medium size gathering of around 500+ people. Hospitality was good.

Very bad experience, visited the hotel for a wedding and it was an awful experience. The electricity cut was so often that one cannot enjoy the wedding.

Seyfert Sarovar Premier claims to be the first 5 star property in Dehradun. The location is quite outside the main city at about a few kms. It is convenient for those looking for a stay closer to tell airport ( the airport is far from the main city ). All facilities provided by major 5 start chains are present ranging from a varied breakfast spread to the Spa and gymming facilities. The rooms are comfortably equipped with all needs.However, it doesnt quite live upto mark in terms of service. We were kept waiting for 20 mins till the the room servicing was complete before we checked in. All in all the place is good if youre looking for a business stay or a stay closer to the airport however there are better options for travellers.
