Situated on main Rajpur road, Hotel with Nice Ambience although not a huge property. Decent room sizes and fifth star is for the service and their staff.

I am very satisfied with the hotel facility. Service and all are very good. No issue regarding any thing there. I had my food there and I like it. Hotel is located at the best place. Nice amenities and all are there. Room is very comfortable. Overall hotel is very clean.

I think they should name this place as Hotel, I was there for one night and its hard to pass that night. When I checked in my room AC was not working properly so they change my room at 8 in evening then in other soon same issue occur and AC was not working. In morning when we tell this issue to Hotel Manager he said sir in room number 201 and 202 there is some problem in AC. I mean if know this then then why they gave these room to us? Really disappointed with this hotel.

I was rerouted to this hotel due to the problem with Make My Trip last hotel. If you are looking for a standard, open, clean,quiet and quality hotel in the locality. Choose this one without opening your eyes. They have quality food. They have fast service and polite staff. They didnt show any trace of problem in opening hotel server especially for me at 4:00 in the morning. When I was rerouted to Hotel Classic International, I didnt even had the slip to enter but they arranged it for me. I am still thankful to them because of them I made in my time to my interview. They have clean room and bed sheets, and you can order from their kitchen too. Quite Impressive!

The one thing I can say about this hotel is that its service is amazing. The manager is welcoming and is always willing to extend himself for your convenience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is quite good and reasonably priced. It was, overall, a great experience to stay in this hotel, and the next time I visit Dehradun, I will definitely stay here.

This is an excellent option for all sorts of travelers. Located in the heart of the city right on the famous Rajpur Road. With cutthroat competition, it is high time that management of the hotel needs to work immediately on:1. Increasing the amenities in rooms.2. Immediate working on the morning B/f buffet variety. Quality is very good but variety and options to be immediately put in place and put an end of repeated very common set of breakfast menu.For travelers coming in once a while, everything is extremely good, but for weekly, monthly travelers like us, above observations needs to be corrected immediately.

I stayed here for 3 days. One star is just for the good location of the hotel. Firstly, the centralized air conditioner was pathetic in the room. It seemed so hot in the room even in the month of April. Secondly, the staff was confused whether the tea/coffee service was 24X7 or not; different staff members gave different responses. Thirdly, the managers at the reception do not respond in a courteous manner, something totally unprofessional. Fourthly, on asking for a suggestion paper, they did not have anything to write. Fifth, during the breakfast buffet, they did not have the tea bags, and the staff person replied that they have told the management for it hut havent received yet. It is very disheartening to write so many things for a hotel that has been here for years. Dear Management, instead of just saying thay you will look into the matter, kindly pull up your socks and do the needful. I would not visit it again but surely it would benefit the others who would visit.

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay from 21st Feb to 23rd Feb 16 for my my entire family of around 45 persons. The Manager took personal interest to see that all my functions of marriage go smoothly by even providing halls at short notice. The Hotel provided us buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner to all at reasonable rates even when I forgot to add complementary meals for some of the rooms while booking with *********.

Stay is comfortable, rooms are spacious.Food quality is good.No one picks up phone in house keeping n room service, very rarely they pick up.Only Reception people are working responsibly n good.

I had to do a last minute booking. Their hotel staff themselves recommended me to try online booking as it would give me much better discounts. My room was a deluxe one with included breakfast. The breakfast was also good. Will visit again next time. Thanks.

The hotel is located right infront og Hotel Madhuban. There are quite a good number of eateries in a radius of 2kms. We didnt try the food here. The rooms are very spacious and moderately equipped.

I took 2 rooms and stayed there for 1 day....i was charged 2000/- for early check inn....half day room ....no.110 was hving horrible washroom.....entire row is not at all good....then we were alloted 106 & 107....they were ok....Extra bed was provided on the floor....shameful part.....Complimentary breakfast was pathetic......we get much better in lower class hotel like chanchal deluxe in paharganj delhi....As stated earlier ......not practical for parents......as they take advantage of us by forcing us pay for early chk in....We have many more better options like meedo grand, madhuban....etc in the same location compared to this hotel....
