Good hotel and parking service available, staff behaviour very nice

Room are vary good and clean ..all staff is very good. TV was not working.the hotel is good under this budget.

I would definitely recommend because its affordable,neat and tidy place.

Talking about property, rooms were neat, clean & well maintained. TV was not working because its out of recharge & even requesting many times, the hotel staff didnt solve this issue.They only said that I can use wifi to watch entertainment on my mobile but didnt recharge the dth connection.Experience was not good as TV was not working.

Recommending this place for only staying purpose, tv was there but no connection, place has no local transport youve to walk to the main road and get cab and taxi, near by ATMs were also closed, the room was okiesh & and bathroom was not so good but satisfactory ..

It is a nice and decent place.not far from the main road.location is also nice.they were out of soap and shampoo which i didnt like.other than that it was cool.

A good hotel with non cooperative staff.Rooms were neat, clean & well spaced.At first, I loved the hotel but when I turn on the TV, I found that TV wasnt working. I complained about it to hotel staff as well as customer care but the issue wasnt solved even till the checkout.Also in breakfast, only 2 bread toasts were served instead of Alu parantha even after order of Alu parantha.

Room with balcony is good, stayed here for 7 days.Visitors are not allowed; kitchen was not available.Staff is cooperating; sometimes you need to face hot water issue for bathing, toiletries you need to ask, out of 7 days only one time bedsheet got changed, they should change it by themselves on daily basis, same with towel.They did not even tell nor I ask —Per day room rent means per day new bedsheet , per day new toiletries and per day new towel.. treat each day as a new day ..

Hotel staff is very less only 1 person is looking after. No body was there to handel the guest. They provide one towel for two persons. Toiletry provided after your demand

I have been here two times for a total of 7 days.The rooms with balcony are good. Hotel staff is very polite and understanding.Parking space might be a issue for someone with a 4wheeler

It was nice room, and nice bathroom , room was clean , soft spoken staff,. easy to reach , near to main road.as a couple I like,no disturbance from any one.

Washroom is pathetic. The room walls are pathetic. The bed is not at all good. Do not recommend.

I stayed here with my colleagues, and tge stay was nothing short of being hellish. At first we were denied entry in our room citing policy that they could not accomodate 4 girls and 5 guys in 3 rooms. They said it was against OYO policy. They were not able to show any such policy on oyo website. This continued for an hour and around 11:30 in night we finally checked in.Apart from the above incident the hotel does not deserve the rating it currently has The staff was rude and behaved unprofessionally. The room was dirty and basic amenities like towel, water, etc were missing. There were insects lying around in the room. The geyser was not working, they said it worked from solar energy but it was not the case. It never worked!!!!!This was one of the worst places I have stayed in.

Great ambience and clean rooms. This hotel is located a little further from the main road, however it is much better and cleaner than the ones that are on the main road. The staff is friendly and definitely worth the money for an oyo flagship.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel, location is good and near to ISBT, check-in was hassle free, clean linen and clean washroom was provided, staff was cooperative, only one problem occurred to me was that there was no geyser otherwise everything was good.

Okay hotel. The staff is polite. The rooms are decent but have water damage on the wall. The food is average compared to the prices. The hotel is slightly difficult to find since it is situated in a gully leading from the main road.

Very Bad Experience. Rooms were smelly and dirty. Bedsheets were not changed and broken hairs were there on the bedsheets . Cigarettee smell was also in the room.Bathroom was ok but the hand soap bottle was broken.The location of hotel is easily reachable but in the inner lane with no parking facilities. You have to park your vehicle outside the hotel on the road at your own risk.They dont provide all options in the complimentary breakfast as given in oyo food menu available in room. When I asked about it they said that the menu is an old oneand only one option (Aloo parantha) is available. The receptionist infact didnt know whether one beverage (tea) is included in the breakfast and was getting itconfirmed from someone on phone.The hotel manager attitude was very casual as if he didnt care how would be the guest experience in the hotel.He was also in fight with one of guests late night abusing one another.Overall this hotel is not suitable for family. Only students or males can stay there at their own risk.

Not a good experience staying in the hotel

Actually the hotel is lacking experienced staff and toiletries were not present in the room, the flagship hotel always have glasses and water jugs of there own, but they dont have that also. And other things which were missing is cleanliness as the room was smelling and stinking of cigarette smoke and there were no clean towels, exhaust was not working, hot water was not hot, Oyos very own lotion and bathing accessories were also missing.

It was a great stay.. reception staff was very helpful.. will be back soon

Thoroughly dissapointed with the services, had to wait for 30mins even i informed the hotel 24hrs before about my early arrival. Was visiting doon for the first time and the staff was of no help plus the complimentary food was seriously yakk. Even the condition of the and washroom was pretty bad, had to ask them to clean it again.

The guy who sits in reception told us that it was his first day. He was very friendly and polite. five stars for you buddy. People in customer service should be like that . Such a welcoming person.
