Booked it from oyo and the booking was prepaid. The person sitting at the reception was rude and said they dont provide hotel at such rates even after showing the confirmation. I told him to show me the room he denied by saying that there is some power failure at their place and cant give any rooms. Later when we raised a complain to oyo they said the hotel reception reported that we people dont have the covid report with us but I have the report which he never asked for. If there is some option to provide negative rating I can do that too..

Room was good. But in the mid night there were few rat.It is very bad you book a room and get disturbed bt rat.So i request owner of tgis hotel please make your customer comfortable.

Theyll try to cheat you!!! I booked a 2x classic room instead they gave me 1× room ...... none the less there are no windows or balconies even rooms are not as they are depicted

I had booked it in Covid times and my booking included dinner and breakfast. The hotel did not provide for it. The room was very small and suffocating. The bedsheet and pillows were untidy. The washroom was very small. And there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room.Apart from this, the hotel leaked my phone number and fake call were made to me asking rs 1000 in name of hotel saying oyo reservation will be cancelled and theyll get me the refund amount. And since the payment, no one answered my call .

You wont feel like staying here again once you have experienced this place. Staff doesnt want to help. They give you tap water without notifying, you might be assuming bottled water. Flush and other basic amenities dont work. Old and torn sheets. Damp walls. Ac stops working in an hour, and the receptionist knows the problem, still gives you that room. I will never come back here. Really bad experience with Oyo. Bad quality service. Location is okish, 10 min walk from main road/highway.

Booked this hotel through oyo app online. When we reached at hotel, the reception guy denied rooms if we had paid online, luckily I was in process to pay online. Than he insisted me to cancel the booking and take rooms directly saying that they wont give rooms to oyo customers. Finally we took rooms directly which were dirty. Washrooms were in worse condition with flush tanks outnof order and dirty condition. My advice, dont book this hotel.

Worst worst worst hotel in dehradun. Dont take this hotel even if they offer a room for free completely ruined my trip. They have rooms so small that even a pet dog would find it small , bathroom doors wont close no matter how hard you try, only 10 Tv channels in total that to the free ones no sports channel. for The complemetry breakfast you have to order for like 1.5 hours ago and that too before 10 other wise that wont be served and the breakfast is limited only two aloo pranthas after 1.5 hours wait. Toilets are disgusting as theres a very thin wall between two room bathrooms and one can easily listen to other persons pooping activity. i strongly disapprove this . Dont go there or else your tour will be spoiles for sure.also theres no regulator to control the fan , ac was about to fall.

Hotel is near to ISBT bus stand, hotel staffs are very helpful, room are spacious, washroom is clean. i stayed in a family room. one can get good food at a reasonable price in the hotel itself till midnight.All in all value for money.

Both of managers was very rude but the housekeeping boy was very nice and very helpful and at the time of the check out the both of managers was argument with me around half an hour.

WORST HOTELSuch a dirty rooms and whole accommodation is not suitable for stay. We booked on the basis of goibibo review and really regretted. We thought it would be close to isbt and hotel must be fine. But we were wrong. This hotels condition is so bad that everything is not working in the room, Smell in the room, bathroom dirty, linen, bed sheet, blanket even more dirty. I had to stay this time because we had no other option. Next time NEVER.
