Standard subway experience. Few of them could be trained lil more on th ingredients and how it might taste as a whole to better assist th customers with their choices.

Subway Moogapair outlet one of the best place to hangout the bread is so fresh here and the food also so good but at some time they are not accepting card payment.

They always run out of things. Whoever is incharge if their stock is doing a very poor job. Like last time they said they dint have lettuce and time before that cheese and always theres only one or two variety of bread .Oh they dint have couple of subs too, cos they had run out of stock. They close the service for online orders very quickly and wont accept orders. Its not the best of the branches.

Templated food. The restaurant met all expectations. Since I went at closing time, they were generous with all the ingredients. I had a sub of the day - Tuna and it was totally worth it with the generous toppings and the discounted rate.

Visited this branch around 8.35pm All lights were On but they informed us that they have switched off the equipment sometimes back. We were at the opinion that 10 O Clock govt lockdown kicks in including the restaurant etc. But atleast until 9.30 they could have kept it open strangely 8.30 closing time is too early probably they are not interested in business anymore. Lesson learnt not to visit this Shop after 8pm

The place has great ambiance and the service is on point......must try the Italian BLT sandwich.

Looks good. Good location with ample car park. Staff can be efficient. Can visibly look for improvement during the execution. Can see the toaster pan has a paper that is stained. Have to.advise them.to.keep changing the paper atleast when it gets stained. Who knows whether it is a ham spill.over or cheese spill over. Anyways, 4 stars.

Very poor service from the staffs. Salads vegies and the meat are half filled and not worth the price we pay. Highly doubting whether il make there again. Subway is losing its quality in india with such outlets to speak the truth. I dont see room for improvement at this outlet specifically because of their customer service #subway

This place has different process to other subway. Their preparation is different and they actually dont add the quantity request for. Veggies arent loaded...

Very inexperienced staff. Any order you make is done with dissatisfaction from the staff. The quantity of food given is very less compared to other subway outlets. These guys work on thr own terms. Today i ordered for a Tuna salad i was told thr was only one bread available which was multigram. For which i said ok and was waiting for my order to get ready. After few min another customer walks in to make an order, this time the staff adds 2more varities of breed. When questioned the staff he said he did not notice the bread available. Well Im not much of a complainer this has not been the 1st bitter experience. This time i decided to make a review. We dont want any thing for free. We all play money equally and would like to be treated that way. Never going back here again.

Subway has always been my healthy, fast, go to meal place. Subway is always super busy when I visit, but usually the employees are quick and speedy about getting people in and out.

The service was good and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that when I was there, the restrooms were under maintenance, so there wasnt any place to wash hands before and after the meal as well. It usually isnt crowded and its peaceful to grab a quick bite if youre in this neighbourhood.The green tea was sub par and didnt really taste as nice as the other joints that have this new option.

They working hours is till 11 but they say they closed when I arrived at 9. Kindly the zonal manager talk to the franchise owner about this they make your brand a bad impression

All the time they say like water issue.. water non available etc. Etc., but i saw their employees using the washroom and locking it after every use.. pathetic..Their employees will treat you like you are getting your food for free of charge.. ✌

The Parmesan oregano bread here was the freshest subway bread Ive had yet. The store manager has made the effort to ensure extreme hygiene and fresh food. I had the fun combination of sweet onion sauce, mint mayo and half the usual amount of tandoori mayo on my pretty perfect Italian BMT

Good place to dine in. Customer friendly folks. All subway items available. Parking available for 2 cars and 20 odd 2 wheelers. And we can park car opposite to shop as well. Dine in can accommodate 40 members.

3yrs I’ve been going to Subway... many branches in Chennai and yet this one stood out very poor. This was the 4th time I went to this outlet and nothing’s changed since the 1st time I went. Infact don’t get a takeaway order unless you by a car or not driving because they don’t give out carry bags with handles. Reason: Higher authorities have told them not to. And yet day before yesterday I walked out of a proper carry bag from AnnaNagar branch. While ordering, another customer before me asked one without Mayo. When she reminded them that they had put mayo, the staff’s solution was not to make a new sub, but to scrap it off the bread with a knife. And coming back to my order, seems when you order 2 subs, they just split 1 wrapping paper in half and use for two.

Ok place. I was not impressed with the way things are served. I ordered a salad and they fill the bowl so much so place to stir and the no steel spoon. With plastic you can hardly move one vegetable...
