This company is doing scam by immigration to abroad countries. they not send any one to abroad , Fully fake promise they given. They put a trap by telling we support to get job from abroad. but after make the payment we not get any thing from their side. FIRST THEY NEED MONEY, after only we get any information from y - axis. Mainly BRANCH MANAGER GRACE is only trained the consultant for how to cheat the tamilnadu peoples.And after make the payment they give one agreement , that agreement they mentioned NO REFUND MONEY at anytime. So please dont trust this company. And dont be a fool. Because already i lost 2 lakhs rupees from this company.

Highly unprofessional service. They tell you one thing and theyll do another. I have tried to reach them a multiple times. I have tried to reach the process consultant who in return kept sending me mails that he couldnt reach me because he kept calling me at unscheduled times and when i asked for a refund due to the issues faced but they say that they will not refund for such issues. I had spoken to the team leader who spoke to me in a very rude manner and didnt give me any solution to the issue regarding the refund. I like to Express my opinion about Y-axis.It Happens on 2018.Please dont fall in Y-axis trap, dont pay any money to this consultancy before getting your work done.One of my relative suggested Y-axis for Canada Immigration. Initially Y-axis staffs speaks nicely and created a image that you are qualified and they assured your profile will get PR after that they did Regular formalities and then Y-axis evaluated my profile and evaluation report showed positively and both party agreed to Pay sum of 2 Lakhs Rupees and After signing contract I have paid nearly 50% of Money.When I discuss with Y-axis Staff they confidently said will provide 100% job offer and if we failed to get PR Y-axis will refund the money.After few weeks i have signed agreement with Y-Axis in that clearly mentioned Money not refundable and job assistant provided (Agreement and Actual discussion is completely different - Due to lack of knowledge I have signed and thats my big mistake)Transcripts collection from University, WES formalities done and i have not appread for IELTS, every single day someone will call ask for update.Finally I moved to a remote location for my work, I cannot Provide them IELTS and all the Efforts and money is waste.I advise every one to grab knowledge and what are all the documents required and how consultancy looting a person who dont have much knowledge on this process.Please approach any consultancy after having all the documents which required for Immigration.Consultancy know all the loop holes and tricks which they wont inform you for their personal gain. Consultancy Staffs will provide only half information.And Half Information is always dangerous.

Broad day loot! Thought I will stay vigil and promised myself that I would never walk into any consultancy and pay money just to get mugged. Well I did, just to live my dream to live in the west to grow older with your family in an environment where you get end to end value for everything,Typical desi attitude, where all the follow ups which you experienced while signing up for their assistance will disappear when you pay the money upfront with GST. They will seek or apply job in any country without even checking the basic eligibility check, of course they shall ask your consent but eventually you will be sidelined. One point, where I felt cheated is when I happened to see my roughly drafted resume uploaded in the job site, what is the point to pay these people to write resume and cover letter. This is just rubbing salt to your wounds.Poor demonstration of Value, Professionalism and customer obsession. My tip is that you dont need these guys and its better you explore yourself especially for the ones who seeks work abroad.

I was very critical situation to survive my life. One day i got a light from Y-axis and i got better hope with them so i feel my life may turn in to good way. After i paid to them the light starts blink and trying to understand upto 10 month my light become useless because initial hope given by them after payment not happen. I got a very good response in the y-axis luckily consultant suganya mam is very supportive in my PR process. They are giving a good solution and special attention to their clients. They are very flexible to the clients. Especially in my case, I paid the service amount but I deferred for the service after two years due to COVID. Yes, they accepted.

Y-Axis is the worst immigration consultant in India. I applied for Australian PR through them in 2016 and received an invite in 2017, however they had advised me not to take it, citing some technical issue which was entirely due to their fault. And now, my EOI has expired in 2020 with very bleak chances of further invite. I would strongly recommend people NOT to use the services offered by this company as they are extremely unprofessional and the agents are not supportive in their approach.

They will only guide you to fill the online forms and other easy step by step document preparation in an elastic way ...If u got enough knowledge to go abroad u can easily do all the required steps by yourself ...and one more crucial thing is they do only PR for countries not the work permit visas and u cant get eligible for PR unless u have job offer ...try to save your money spend your time on job search and gather info about few migrating countries laws and eligibility criteria .....if you are aware of all the steps and being lazy to do it by yourself ,you can give 70 thousand plus rupees for these super brains

U begin to wonder as to what his focus is.. They need to improve customer service... Need to call back as promised... Adhere to committed time..An update : they couldnt place him anywhere inspite of good points and then told him they will upgrade, if he pays again..well we never did..and having paid 95,000, we got back 42 or so...they started at 20, spoke spoke spoke...bargained bargained... and finally this amount... I have no idea what they are doing over their. Went to adayar branch gave 1400rupees for initial assessment over an year back. They are yet to get back to me. But I do get offer mails every week. Last I spoke to some guy from hyderabad saying he is from the assessment team but after that I did not get any mail or other form of communication from themIt might be helpful for a few as couple of my friends took their service and they are happy. I checked in to Y-Axis office before 2 months for enquiry about canadian PR. They said that Work experience before completion of the course is not considered for immigration. My course duration is from 2009-2012 but I cleared all my arrears only by 2014. Ive been working since 2011. But Mailed Canadian Immigration support they said that not true. I am not sure what kind of service Y-Axis is providing to aspiring people. Totally fed up. Shattered my dream all together.
