Found it so difficult to cancel booked ticket. Will never book again and will discourage others whod like to book in irresponsive Yatra.com

Never BOOK flights tickets from Yatra.com YATRA IS a SCAM website, At the ticket of booking I paid for the meals, but they didnt forward that money to the airlines and In-flight I didnt get my meals, when asked they are not refund my meals money nor they care to respond.Book from so many other good travel company. Yatra is just pure scam website. They cheat you and loot your money. Yatra.com is the worst website ever. Dont book from them.

Fraud company, fake address, fake phone no, fake gift vouchers.etc, no resssssssponssssse

Worst service, dont even book through them, you will lose all your money, they are practically not reachable

Mr Reddy the local incharge of Yatra is extremely irresponsible. Last night when a full paid hotel reservation was denied by Golden Fruits, he was not picking cell phone. He was apparently informed by The hotel about the hotel denying the reservation. Anyways both Mr Reddy of Yatra and hotel Golden Fruits have shown they can not be trusted.

Very bad experience in getting my refund. Its been 1yr since i paid one lakh rupee for my trip and i couldnt travel since my daughter met with an accident. But til now thy havent refunded. Everytime new person is picking up my cal n thy rreplying tat thy wil cal within 3 days but nobody is calling n no response. Plz dont book in yatra.

I dont think so they have customer care support to answer the phone calls & emails. no matter how many times you tried there wont be any response. useless IVR. Keep the good customer support team. try to learn from other website sources..

I don knw wot service these people in mylapore office are doing.I jus called reagrding a query the guy named Mr.Bharat who is working in chennai Mylapore office,was so rude and he jus kept the call lyk dis is some other dep and ge jus hang up the phone..i didn evn complete my sentance bfor tat he was behaving so unpolote and rejected my call...i called again and he was arguing with me..i don knw wot kind of guys u ppl r selecting...totaly damaging the company name...😡

DO NOT BOOK TICKETS WITH THESE GUYS.... BAD EXPERIENCE. TICKET NOT CONFIRMED ON RETURN TRIP. Ms. SANGEETHA and MOHSIN DONT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE....If there was a 0 * then I would have given that.
