MSS Transport service is good for their delivery speed for our commercial parcels. But they need to improve a lot in stocking the inward parcels which are currently dumped like mesh. All the best.

It was a good parcel service. Their service is very good and quickly responsive.

Recently, I book for two my Wheeler transportation,After bike reach destination - For unloaded vehicles, They charge about 120 rupees, which is not acceptable.if required any bike packing to avoid bike (scratch or damage ) they charge separate 200 rupees which is not included in transport cost, im not any received receipt packing my bike*.Transportation costs are too high.

Not organized the package to deliver so its takling time to dispatch

13/10/2020 booked a parcel 14/10/2020Morning is delivery time but the person in tambaram said parcel not yet come so he asked me to come at 6pm but parcel didnt come at 6pm after seven pm the parcel came it was fully damaged unloding with inexperienced persons from Bihar.Asking extra money without bill 150 very very worst service fraud company and staffs.

Office staff was polite and responsive, overall (Tambaram MSS boarding point was good).

Asking more than that of actual money

MSS parcel service is very poor. No one is picking calls when we call for enquiries. The guy who is sitting in reception cooly said that phone got damaged so cant able to attend calls. Not even a single star is worth these guys. Please choose a good parcel service....

Booked a parcel on 27/5/20 from hossur. Today 29th waiting @ Tambaram office for delivery. Office shutdown no active mobile numbers. Very poor service

They will ask Rs10 for giving the parcel and say unloading chargessender already paid the shipping charges then why these chargesWe can think its only 10rs . but think if they charge Rs 10 for 500 parcel per day then unloading charges earning per day is 5000 rupees & for 30days ( 150000)

மிகவும் மோசமான அனுபவம் . நான் கோவில்பட்டியிலிருந்து சென்னைக்கு மர கட்டில் பார்சல் அனுப்பினேன். கோவில்பட்டியில் மழையில் கட்டிலை முழுவதுமாக நனைய விட்டுவிட்டார்கள். சென்னை வந்து சேரும் பொழுது கட்டிலில் போடும் ப்ளைவுட் நன்றாக மழை நீரில் ஊறி உடைந்து தனித்தனியாக போய் விட்டது. இதனால் எனக்கு 3000/- ரூபாய் வீண் செலவு. இதற்கு யார் பொறுப்பேற்பார்கள்.....!!
