Strategically located,Plan and execution of the builder is commendable ,there was about 1 year delay on account of Covid -19. but the builder came back with an action plan to mitigate the risk. Project is almost ready to get occupied (18th Sep 2021. Tower Longue opening event )

Considering the strategic location and the TVS brand name we went for it. We are disappointed on the undue delay in completion of the project. The handing over is getting postponed month after month.Though the CORONA is mainly responsible, we expected Brand TVS should have come up with a better / alternate way for earlier completion.Those who have booked at a later stage seems to be benefited from interest cost vis a vis bank loan.

Good Builders with kind staff. Quality of work seems to be good in high standards. Building apartments at reasonable price at top quality on prime location with trust and transparent service. 5 years maintenance and on time delivery. Highly recommend to purchase your dream home to TVS lighthose.

Not-satisfied due to the false promises. Don’t keep up their promises made during the sale especially on the project handover. Keep on changing and updating nearest possession period in their website just to attract the sales. Keep extending the handover period 3 times in last 9 months...recently extended another 6 months...brand trust didnt go well as expected.

I Have visited the project last week. Project looks good, feels like a star hotel in a decent price & location. sales people are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am planning to go for 3bhk. TVS name is more enough to buy this property.

Two Stars for Location only.Horrible floor plan with no vastu for all direction flats.If you are not worried about vastu then worth buying between INR 5100 to INR 5400 psft, and again addl floor rise charges, so negotiate with them otherwise look around for better option, so many builders are there with better floor plan and excellent output.The sales persons may convince you in TVS name to achieve their target, don’t believe them about the pricing and quality.Just have a look around for the quality of output (even from small builders) to compare with, you will surely (100%) understand how they have compromised with low quality output on bathroom finishing, fittings (there are so many good varieties/options are there) and tiles (this is the only items they are providing between the walls), eventhou total Project, Floor Plan acquired from Viswakarma without any changes.And finally playing with GST 12%.upfront 5 year Maintenance fee?? dont know what is there to maintain other than lift and security??TVS LighthouseNot worth for money you are paying.If you have paid more than this better luck next time.

Not worth it, i am one of the unsatisfied customer in Perungalathur project below is the response1. Electrical points – poor wiring and overlaps hence short circuited2. Terrace & Utility door – develop bubbles3. Invertor / battery spoiled due to poor wiring4. Main door shutter – We have cleaned the existing surface and Two coat painting done (damages in the photos)

Very poor customer service. I try to get project details at perungalathur and contacted sales guy and he promised he would send the details. Till now he has not sent. Then i contacted the higher official subhasree and who is supposed to be marketing head. She also did not show any interest .She was not bothered to listen also. TVS is known for courtesy. But surprised how come they train the staff like this. Very pathetic.

TVS Emerald LighthouseIt’s been a fairly smooth journey with sales & post-sales (CRM) teams @ TVS Emerald Lighthouse. I have to say they are Professional, knowledgeable, helpful yet courteous in terms of sending emails, clarifying doubts, sending updates etc about the project. I’ve bought 2 units at TVS Lighthouse & I booked them back in Oct’18.For the location - it’s Good & Strategic - not deep buried inside the city yet not outside city limits either...strategic location because its right on the upcoming IT / industrial corridor that connects City (GST road) to OMR ( Thoraipakkam) via the so-called 200 feet Radial road.I’ve been getting regular email updates on construction progress. Will provide regular updates here as we make progress on the construction. I am positive the project will be completed on time ( based on the progress made thus far - as of end of 2018, 3rd floor roofing is completed)Overall a satisfying journey by far. Won’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone - satisfied!Update as of Apr,2019:Five floors of construction completed. Eight floors are expected to be completed by Mid-July, 2019.GST Update: They did NOT reduce GST effective April. So, same old GST rate of 12% continues yet. This is indeed disappointing as I feel, the customers are always on the receiving end of tax abuse and don’t get any benefits out of it.Update as of end of July, 2019:8 floors completed, construction is progressing per schedule.Update as of end of September, 2019:11 Floors ( out of 14) completed, construction is going ahead of schedule.Looks like project will be completed in an year from now ( year 2020) - will wait & seeUpdate as of end of November, 2019:14 Floors completed, construction going ahead of schedule, I was told expected project completion will be by/before Q1 2021.Update as of January 2020:Interior work such as block work, putty, first coat painting, wiring etc have started. They’ve provided brochure for modular kitchen with 3 color options but it’s kind of pricey. Was told they’ll start modular kitchen work in April & will be completed before June, 2020.Note:Tower A ( road facing / front side) is 10 floors & consists of 1 & 2 BHKs.Tower B ( middle one ) & Tower C ( rear side) are 14 floors & consists of 2 & 3 BHKsTotal 279 apartment units. So one of the main drawbacks is the UDS area - due to too many apartments in too small area ( 279 units in less than 88K sq. feet) which gives an avg 320 sq.ft per apartment unit)Update as of April 2020:Obviously due to Covid-19 lockdown, construction work has been stopped in Apr & May. Apparently, this’ll delay the project completion by at least a couple of months. Will have to wait & see when the work will resume, only time will tell....Update as of Dec 2020:Ive been getting monthly updates on construction progress and so far the outer construction(elevation) has been completed for all 3 Towers- A, B & C. However lots of work to be done in terms of Painting, Plastering etc. Per email from the CRM team, theyre now estimating to handover the units from June 2021 thru August 2021, phase-wise (Tower A, B & C). That said, if you add 3-6 months to this, we can say the overall work completion at Lighthouse project will be done prior to end of 2021.Update as of Aug 2021:Have been getting monthly updates on construction progress. Looks like the interior work, final touches are in full swing ( amidst delays due to ongoing effects of Pandemic). However, I’m being told the final handover of apartment units are scheduled to commence in a couple of months. So estimated completion of the project is around end of 2021 I think- fingers crossed 🙂

They have placed their advertising boards throughout the median of the radial road. Many of them are hanging towards the road blocking the way of transport and many of them fell on the road. Speeding vehicles had to take a sudden turn to avoid hitting the boards. This will lead to many accidents. Now you know how they will care for you if you book a flat with them, when they dont even care about the public road safety.
