They show a great hospitality and freedom towards the customers. Its quite opposite to the periyamet signal police station. So its a great and secure place to stay even for girls and family as well.

The room possessed a scent like cigarette smoke, the shower was nauseating, the toilets had cigarette cinders, the bed sheets were not pressed as expected , the towels were stained, the floor felt oily, the mirror was messy and the hotel room was extremely grimy

👍Location easily accessible on 5 min walking distance from railway stn. Small rooms with decent room service and breakfast. Running water hot and cold available round the clock. Provided with stool, 2 side tables, cupboard and dressing mirror in the room along with a mirror in bathroom. Wifi cupon provided to each guest individually.😢One cannot open windows of economy non ac rooms as the windows appeared to be very untidy and full of spider webs.Ventilation couldnt be expected and therefore in the hot and humid climate of chennai it becomes suffocating. However there was no way to get fresh air in rooms as there were mosquitos outside anyway.Bathroom is attached with toilet and accordingly is small as one has to manage standing too close to the commode while taking a bath. The running water is very salty and not fit for brushing. Bathing in the same water leaves stickiness leaving before and after experience of bathing the same.Bottomline: Go for it if you are okay with the above conditions and pack a tube of odomos.

A good budget hotel for travellers doing transit through Chennai. The Central Metro station is at walkable distance. Booked a non-ac room, it was a double bed room with a window with less air flow and mainly no signal for mobile. Room & Bathroom was clean and water facility was proper with heater. Toilet kit was provided. Complimentary breakfast was providedThere is no space for car parking, but enough space for 2 wheelers.

Nice place. Photo of rooms and hotel is as shown. Service is good free breakfast included. For lunch and dinner you have to go to restaurant type (not exactly a restaurant) [eg. Krishna bhavan for veg] and some more other restaurants are also there. The hotel room and bathrooms are a bit small but very well maintained. Its near Marina beach. Overall a positive response for this hotel 🏨 at this budget.

This is a very good place to stay in with affordable price. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. The place is very much neat to the railway station. It also provides complementary breakfast wich is very good both in terms of quality and quantity. If you wanting to stay near the railway station then it is highly recommended.P.S. Beware of the autowalas they usually charge more than double from the tourists.

The location of the hotel was pretty close from park station. Service was excellent. only thing is the room size which was too small. we booked the hotel for 3 people for 2 nights . But same room which was given for 2people was only provided and the bed size was small for 3 . Neither there was space to provide an extra mattress

The place is safe for girls, everyone among the staff is helpful and accommodating, near to the Chennai Central Railway Station (mgr) and although the bathrooms are a little small, they are clean. The place is worth the money!

Good stay..We stayed in non ac rooms...The tariff of non ac is bit higher compared to other hotels. Rooms are neat and clean. Bathroom is too small and the water tasted salty.

Customer is not given any value nor respect. The place did not appear to be like what was shown in pics. The room was congested and not value for the money paid. Even when digital payment was available the staff did not accept card or digital payment and forcefully asked us to pay in cash and we had to walk to the nearby ATM in rain which was not working. Even after telling that the nearby ATM was not working he was adamant and asked us to go look for other ATMs.

Pros:1) Seems like a new hotel, so, very clean including the bathrooms. I did not find a single hygiene concern. The rooms and even bathrooms were clean and looks brand new.2) Room boys were courteous, smiling and eager to help.3) Allows zomato and swiggy deliveries without any issue4) Closer to Chennai Central Railway Station.5) I booked a room without complementary breakfast but they still offered me breakfast and tea which was really nice of them (I did pay for those later)Cons:MANAGERS - Can be more respectful and helpful for the guests. They did not allow me for a late check out at 1 pm. My booking confirmation mentioned the check out time as 12 pm. I requested the manager for a check out at 1 pm because my train is scheduled at 2 pm. He did not oblige my request and instead said the actual check out time is 11 am. As I am requesting he said I can vacate by 11:45 am in a not so kind tone. The manager also said if I stay past 12 pm, I need to pay for the next whole day. Maybe he is not aware that there is a late check out fee. Both the reception personnel can be more courteous to the customers. So far from my experience at other hotels, when a guest request for a late check out time of 1 hour, the hotel usually obliges or tell in a polite tone why they cant do it. They dont usually warn customers that they need to pay for the next whole day if they stayed past 12 pm.Also during check-in, the receptionist took so long to check me in and acted like he does not know what he is doing and treated me strangely. For a couple of minutes, I was confused and felt like I am at a wrong hotel by mistake.2) Wifi - can be better. Have interruptions couple of times. Had to call front desk two times.

Hotel is good but the thing is they dont give blanket for non ac rooms heard it 1st time and the water is also not so good...hence there is some water prob in chennai so myt b....over all good experience and the hotel staff member also were good
