Rock climbing/ wall climbing is not my cup of tea.. but this a must try experience atleast once.. though Im a decently active person, this wall climbing was so exhausting drained out. But its a good workout or a weekly activity u can enjoy by joining the classes there. We went for recreational purpose, had proper safety measures and detailed coaching. Cost Rs.700/head, no time limit you can climb as much as you want till its time close for the day. Prebook and check for timing in google.

Well, this happens to be one of a unique place that I have visited when it comes to fitness. Its not just a regular place but a step beyond it as they have a 36 feet high mountain climbing set up. This training not just trains you physically but also help you in making mentally strong. No doubt you would need to get trained to climb a rock or mountain and this place very much suitable for people who love trekking and travelling.Although its not in a very visible place but we have Google maps for everything and we can use it to reach there.The trainers over there are very helpful and keep you motivated in achieving your fitness goals.

The gym is cool.Body balance and core is key for climbing.It was very challenging to climb for the first time.Instructors were friendly and helpful.Very nice place.

Amazing instructor and a great ambience. Completely safe and enjoyable activity .Would really love to practice more and become fit. A different activity other than gym and regular sports. It really helped me to increase my concentration , helped me to focus on my muscle strength and finally the joy on completing the tasks gives me immense pleasure. This is a gym but the main attraction is wall climbing of course.They also have boxing classes but the wall climbing is what we went for. It was 600 for a single session with better deals for extended use. It isnt as easy as it looks and was not just a great workout but also extremely fun. The instructor was cool and with his instructions we were able to do better the second try.The wall itself has 4 levels of difficulty and youre good to go for up to level 2 on your first try. Definitely a fun place to waste an afternoon at especially if you actually want to get into wall climbing.

Awesome Ambience. Great height for rock climbing. Loved it. Only pblm is it is located in a interior area. It is along with with a gym.

Definitely one of the best rock climbing gyms in the city. And quite possibly the biggest too. The walls are set up for all ranges of climbers. From novice to experienced. The instructors were very helpful and friendly. The premises are very well maintained and clean and safety was never an issue. Looking forward to visit again soon.

A nice place to spend an evening with friends. There have a wall (rock climbing) for all levels of expertise (beginners to pros). Good demonstration and warmup sessions by the instructors. Slightly inside palllikaranai though.

Its the go to place in Chennai for climbing lovers.It has bouldering routes and tall wall for top rope as well.The trainers were supportive and assist you at all timesDefinitely a good experience for first timers as well. That adrenaline rush and pushing your limits feeling which climbing provides should be experienced atleast once.

The place is very interior. The coach was well trained. Its was a new experience. As a beginner initially I find quite difficult, after 1st attempt, I enjoyed a lot. Trying to visit once again.

Visited Fit Rock Arena a while back. They had a convenient appointment booking option too. I tried my hand at rock climbing and enjoyed it a lot. Apart from having indoor rock climbing, they also have an indoor gym and a small boxing facility.

Good gym and beat place for rock climbing setup. This gym is not that easily noticed from main road. This is in Sai Ganesh Nagar, Pallikarnai. 1km from oil mill bus stop. Only bike parking available inside the gate. No car parking available. You might need to park your car on road, which is risk for others to pass through. Cute and playful dog is there in gym....

Nice and clean infrastructure with professionally trained trainers. This is the best gym in the neighbourhood. The trainers take care of every individual coming to the gym and gives the best training.Especially the trainer named Prem” has given his best beyond the excellence.

An excellent experience .. Sam is a very patient trainer .. Highly recommend this for anyone trying to get out of their comfort zone and wanting to experience something new / challenging

Awesome climbing gym in chennai. Only drop back is very interior but its worth to find it. Climbing is fun , in the first time it seems hard but 2nd time it was cool. I felt very adventures in 35 feet wall. I hope you guys will have fun 😎

Fit Rock arena is an awesome gym which provides unique climbing facility in the city !!! It has 36feet wall for top rope climbing along with a wide bouldering wall built by experts !!Instructors are enthusiastic ,very friendly with Children and adults and amazing climbers themselves !!!Place has very good other gym equipment’s as well along with Boxing , Slack lining and other obstacle training facilities !!I love this place & Past few months have gotten addicted to this place .Its little inside form main road but once you reach there you are in for a fitness treat !!!It’s must visit while in Chennai place !!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The instructor are very friendly and we enjoyed rock climbing.

It was a great experience and the staff are super friendly plus they have various levels of difficulties so that wr may challenge our own strength.. Typically charging 600 per person it is completely worth every penny spent and would be a great weekend plan with friends.

Awesome location for a workout weekend. Star attraction is a 32ft wall, customized for multiple difficulty levels. Theres the straight wall for novices, slightly thinner grips for the not-so-fresh starters, and the slanted overhang for the Tom Cruise types. And not to worry, safety first - the belt clips and retracting wires will keep you from getting splotched.If you tire off the wall, theres archery, a fully equipped gym and pretty good cross training strength training equipment. Everything to get the workout tuned to your needs. The crew is so friendly and you will be better off heeding their tips.Heard they have opened a new branch in Thoraipakkam, yet to visit that though.

Its my first time doing indoor rock climbing with my friends. I had amazing fun. Praveen, one of the instructor, was awesome. He really helped me to reached the top on my first go. Loved it and definitely going back for a second.

The wall is 35m high and they had walls of different difficulties. The trainer was extremely good :) had a great time
