Awesome place to buy dresses for children and adults

Hospitality this time was so good and the person over there had help me to get what I have searched for.

Good collection but need to be careful with the sizes thy mentioned shdnt not pic without trial.

Has good collection of wearables. Humble hospitality. Kind request to place chairs or cushions for sitting. It nearly takes 2 hours for a family shopping and legs start to sore in half an hour. Price is mid and above. Thumbs up.

Kids collection are nice, but still sizes in 13-14 jeans and leggings are in less counts

Last week i visited Ambattur Max. No much rush. Kept sanitiser at the main entrance and also kept several other places so that customers can use it. Now lot of offers going on (upto 70%). You will receive the bill to your mobile which can be downloaded through whatsapp..

Every thing was fine.In ground floor I do no his name when I try to take a photo of the dresses he arrongantly says dont take the photos. He instructed in an indisciplined manner.its makes me highly irritated. Instead of people advising us not to take photos. Put a notice board like people were not allowed to take photos inside the max so that we will avoid

Had a great experience at max fashion Ambattur. Miss Reshma was very patient and friendly. Got my footwears and it was amazing.

Ive experienced a very worst service.At the first time of my purchase Ive used my card for payment the cash has been debited but still the payment havent done due to sever error,they said that the cash will refund within 72 hrs, and they told me to pay once again to get the product as it is reasonable Ive accepted but due to short of cash I cant able to pay again at the time and Ive left. And the next day Ive paid and got a product .And due to size issue I came again for an exchange @ 10:10 am shop has been half shuttered, I can understand that the shop havent completely opened yet, but still Ive requested one of the staff to process my exchange due to an emergency work, they informed me that they have to go and get a permission with co-staff , and the co-staff lady came down and refused to exchange the product due to cashier havent came to store yet, until 10:30 were not able to do billing process etc etc, At the time more than 5 staffs are available at the store, dont a single person knows about billing process.? .. Ok then Ive accepted the situation and Ive asked them that is it ok that Ive wait here till cashier arrive , But the Lady staff told me that the store havent opened completely and to wait outside of the store till opening, Is this the way they behave with the customer ,Im very disappointed. I came for exchange from avadi. First time due to tech error I came again , now again for exchange process. I understand that I came early that day but still wat Im expecting is customer service. Worst behaviour of bunch of staffs. THANK YOU MAX AMBATTUR
