Bhumis recruiting team dont even know how to treat an applicant right way, then how can they do service to people??Your selection process is great, but at-least review the candidates tasks & application before calling for F2F interview. Also try to be polite with the applicants. How can you do service without knowing how to treat people in a right way?Getting rejected in an interview is not an issue. But the way interviewers treating an applicant hurts.Isnt a military Job or training i guess.. and you are all once a applicant dont forget it..Thanks..!

Nice place to work. (I did one month internship in Bhumi) but when it comes to employment recruitment, its worst. After application they take around 2 months to call for an interview, after interview itll take the same time to get an updation.

The motto of this NGO is nice but few ppl (trainer) are not executing in a proper way.The way they organize is not proper.1.No proper updates is communicated to team.2. No proper time management for call scheduling.Please make sure the ppl who lead must have a service motto.

I joined this organisation 2 days back for the post of finance executive and in the interview I made them clear that i dont have knowledge in TDS and payroll work and they also accepted it and they told they will teach me and asked me to quit the job I was working and asked me to join the organisation as soon as possible, I BELIEVED THEM AND THEIR WORDS AS THEY ARE RUNNING AN NGO I THOUGHT THEY ARE NICE PERSONS AND WILL BE TRUE TO THEIR WORDS, so I joined them on Tuesday and on Wednesday the person who interviewed me called and told me that we arent ready to teach you and you can quit the job.And now I dont have any job and it is other thing and i will get some other job but what kind of ethics they are maintaining and being an NGO they should maintain ethics and should be true to their words and the person who did this is GANAPATHY and they call him as GANA and I am not talking about the whole team coz everyone is good but coz of people like GANAPATHY THEY ARE GETTING A BAD REVIEW AND HE HAS NO RIGHTS TO DO THIS TO ME AND HOW COULD HE JUDGE ME WITHIN 2 DAYS TAT I WONT FIT FOR THE JOB WITHOUT GIVING ME ANY OPPORTUNITY AND WHY JUDGMENTAL PEOPLE ARE WORKING IN NGO AND PLZZ THINK WHAT KIND OF HELP HE WILL DO BEING JUDGEMENTAL.ME AND MY FRIENDS LOST RESPECT FOR THIS NGO COZ OF THIS ONE MAN.
