Recently visited Girias Tambaram for the purchase of LG FRIDGE and Washing Machine. Mr. Vel Murugan , Sales Person who interacted with me at this store was excellent. The offers, pricing and above all the interaction was excellent. Too good.

After seeing good reviews here in google, went to buy Top loading washing machine. Mr Murthy, sales representative explained the features in a well structured manner and we were about to book the machine. However, during negotiation, we asked for a very minium reduction which the billing person did not agree. He was so rude in responding that we were comparing the online price of 2019 which was actually not correct. We left the shop and bought the machine in another shop with more competitive price than what was told in Girias. The point here I would like to make is that a single customer not buying a product is not a big loss for the shop, but with such excellent sales person convincing the customers to buy products, the billing person or the management shall hold the customers if the price really is negotiated with a minimum reduction. The highlight is got a call next day from the shop and was followed for my decision, which i tried to explain like i got from another shop with more competitive price and asked them to negotiate with customers, but the person who called didnt want to hear anything and abruptly cut the call. Because of few employees, the shop may loose its brand name and positive reviews. 5 stars for Mr Murthy and 1 star for Billing person and the guy who phoned next day. So 3 stars.

Purchased an Morphy Richards 48 litres OTG oven recently from Girias. The Sales person Jenifer and Insaq really helped us understand the functionality of the OTG and cleared all our doubts during the purchase. The staffs were really helpful and polite in explaining the features and accessories for the product.

Mrs. Jennifer Manova one of the Sales executive here dealt very well with us as we were on urgent request to buy and install a Häfele chimney at our new home. I have purchased laptop from giriyas today(16/09/2021) my sales rep is Vimal raj . While I purchase there was only few stock but we cannot underestimate by it. because even if its few they have best of best product in my case I have got best laptop for affordable price and i was able to select it in a minutes and Thanks to Vimal Raj Ji and team for wonderful service.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------After using for a week, I found that laptop is working great. Having satisfied with her detailed explanation I decided to go for the Butterfly bloom weet grinder Althea I wanted ultra grinder. On my request she took my request for a reduction in the price. She unhesitatingly talked to the Manager and got sizeable benefit.I greatly appreciate the sales girls Jenefir dealing with the customers.My Good wishes to her.

Worst sales process. Very desperate sales persons. Went to check AC in that showroom. Immediately the next day, 3-4 sales persons call me one by one and demand why I did not purchase from Girias. They inform that it is their waste of time to attend to a customer.Dear Girias owner,Please take this as an advice. If it is so difficult for your staff to demo a product to a prospective customer, you shall not run a showroom with so many sales people at all. Please do yourself a favour and close your showroom. It is the sales persons job to demo a product to a customer. And it is the customers right whether he purchases or not. Purchase can not be demanded.And a kind advice to the Sales people, you can do sales. But please dont do over sales. It really irritates a customer. If you really want to earn trust of a customer, dont torture him with your desperation. It will be a huge favour for both the customer and the Girias organisation also. Hope the top management takes note of this.

He guaranteed that the Girias brand stabilizer will be delivered along with the product I purchased, but stabilizer was not delivered instead it was marked as due in purchase bill stating that the stabilizer out of stock.Its been a week am getting update on the stabilizer nor delivery. I would like management to look into this.We made multiple telephonic followups and finally after second walkin, we got stabilizer in hand.

One great point of this place is, the Customer Service. And the sales people are really engaging and Proactive. I bought a washing machine 2 months ago and a refrigerator today. The prices are really considerable comparing other shops in the locality. Sales person Parthiban(today) and Basha(2 months ago) were of great assistance to me. And their delivery and installations are hassle free.
