I had a great experience at Isha Life. Right from the security to the doctor, people received warmly. Doctor had all the patience to listen my symptoms without being judgmental which often happens. Isha Dental Care - I had been to this place twice now and I found that the place is brimming with positive energy. The staff are very friendly, dynamic and very accommodative in rescheduling appointments, proper reminder calls etc. The dentists over there are mostly young and very sweet to talk. They explained me d procedures done to me and about d oral hygiene also. The clinic is spic and span.

Good place. Good therapies and treatment. Volunteers are very helpful and caring. Doctors are also all ears ... Completely give space and time. This is a go to place to get some chronic diseases treated. A bit pricey I would say but much less as compared to allopathic treatments. Highly recommended.

I am an Isha meditator for past 9 years and so in blind faith I drove to Chennai all the way from Bangalore and to my utter dissapointment experienced a thorough lack of professionalism and integrity. The therapies provided did not follow the basic protocols of Ayurveda and actually made me sick after the very first day. I was running a temperature of 101.4 by next morning and yet the money minded staff told me that I should rest and continue with my treatment.Their website claims that their biggest USP is an integrated approach to treatments involving Ayurveda, Sidda and allopathy. So the first thing is you get a consultation from doctors belonging to all 3 specialities and my biggest draw to travel there was to also get a consultation with a Sidda practioners as they are not commonly available.I wasnt given consultation by a Sidda practioner at all and was told to pay RS 28000 for 4 days treatment , without explaining the nitty gritties of the treatments and what they involve and how it will help healing my ailment and when I said I would like to pay for 2 days first and understand and experience what the treatment is all about, the doctor and the cashier made a big face and said that wont be possible.Patients and seekers, please BEWARE. Wouldnt recommend. It was a breach of faith being an Isha meditator.

1.I first visited Isha life in august. i had chronic tonsillar cyst. it did not resolve after 4months of allopathy medicine. I was given medicines for a month. yes thr were many. but i took all of them religiously. at the end of the day i just wanted to get better. the cyst wasnt there after a month and a half.....2.I am a known case of cervical spondylosis(4 months) and lumbar disc bulge (7 yrs) .Recently we decided to go for their 8 day musculoskeletal program which was like a day care treatment. It involved ayurvedic massages, combined with medicines and daily yoga practices. The doctor had told me that all the ayurveda medicines work differently when compared to allopathy medicines. It would heal you from inside out. My yoga instructor had fold me that by doing certain practices my spine health will improve. So i had to wait patiently and adhere to my medicines as well as my practices. Initially for the first2 days my pain seemed to increase. But gradually i felt the pain subside. By the end of my therapy i felt rejuvinated. i had improved so much..... for my own disbelief..i still cant believe it. i had visited so many doctors and so many physio sessions.....it was a very tedious and did not seem to work on the long run.I was also suggested few diet modifications.3. The atmosphere,ambience is not of a Normal hospital. That itself will take you to a different space that you need not be a patient if you are willing to work towards it.4. The staffs....everyone for that matter in Isha life health solutions are in a way that you dont see anywhere else. The doctors,therapists,receptionists,cook,....people who are all behind whom we dont see work together and made this possible. i cant thank them all enough.5. I also went through a session of klesha nashana kriya...it was a very surreal experience for me.All the Treatment offered to me was customized according to my problem and complaints combined with regular follow up.6. Being in that Space has brought about a balance within me. i thank Sadhguru🙏🏼 and all his staffs who worked and made sure that my life was better...If anyone has chronic unresolved ailments especially like i had please give it a try...I just want to say that we do so many things unknowingly from food to lifestyle. But it causes us in a major way....even the silly ones. Thats what i have realized...Nip it when its young.🙏🏼

I was diagnosed with diabetics immediately after my 40th birthday , sooner or later I was expecting it as I was genetically predisposed and I was pre- diabetic too. I had a consultation with a group of doctors and they advised me to lose weight as I was overweight and this will automatically lower my blood sugar. Immediately I enrolled into a weight loss program, where Dr Venkateswaran and Dr Mrinalini gave me diet charts to follow. The Weight loss program also had therapy session which included oil massage and steam which helps in losing weight . Doctors gave me a very well thought out diet plan, initially I thought it was impossible to follow it, but surprisingly I was feeling very energetic throughout the diet program, I didn’t have any headaches or tiredness during the diet. Its a multi-faceted clinic with an approach towards Health from various aspects like allopathy, ayurveda, siddha and yoga. The doctors here were very friendly and did a brief study about ones health using various methods like checking the Nadi for example, and also gave good suggestions on diet. Also, they suggests ayurvedic therapies if required; wherein they have trained therapists.This is not like a typical clinic where a doctor diagnoses and gives a prescription. The approach here is very unique and addressed towards an individuals over all health. They recommend allopathic medicines only if required, otherwise they suggest ayurvedic organic medicines which does no harm to the system.
